Hello everyone! I have missed you all! It's been a hot minute hasn't it? I've been away for a long time but this story has always been sitting there in my documents but it hasn't been forgotten! Thank you for your patience!

"Oh come on Wolf… you can't STILL be mad at me…?" Yuuri looked at Wolfram with pleading eyes. "I said I was sorry."

"Hmph, I don't even feel any sincerity in your words."

"Well I am sorry…" Yuuri scratched his head and mumbled, "even though I already told you it would be a bad…" He quickly bit back the rest of his sentence Wolfram threw him a look that was sharp enough to kill.

Yuuri sighed as he got up and walked around his desk to hug Wolfram. Wolfram leaned away from him as pulled the blonde into his arms but Yuuri wrapped his arms tighter to keep him from breaking free. Yuuri gently grabbed the blonde by the chin and placed a soft kiss on his forehead. "I'm sorry. Forgive me?"

"I.."

Suddenly there was a knock on the study door and Conrad entered. "Excuse me Yuuri, but I need you to look at the plans for the upcoming banquet… Oh…" Seeing the couple in each other's arms, Conrad grinned, "Should I come back another time?"

Wolfram flushed as he shoved Yuuri away, "It's fine Conrad! I need to go take care of my part for the banquet!"

"Wa-wait Wolf!"

Wolfram stormed out of Yuuri's study with a flush across his cheeks. He needed to blow off the steam from his embarrassment. Although he was becoming more comfortable showing his affection to Yuuri in public, it was still embarrassing for him.

With a huff, Wolfram marched straight to the practice ring where his men would practice and grabbed a wooden sword. Letting some steam off will help clear his mind and he could use the practice after all.

After two hours, he had worked up a good sweat and felt a lot lighter in the shoulders. He shook the hands of the men who acted as his sparring partners and walked off to the banquet hall to check on the last bit of preparation that was taking place. Once he confirmed with some maids on the decor and seatings, Wolfram decided he wanted to take a quick bath and freshen up to prepare for the night.

Wolfram went through his usual shower ritual and lowered himself into the bath… if bath was the right word to describe the sizable pool that he was soaking in. He let a sigh and with it the last lingering bit of stress left his body.

He let his mind wander to the events of last night. Yuuri always flushed easily when he drank and the he always told Wolfram that he couldn't hold his liquor. Yet mysteriously, Wolfram has never had a chance to see Yuuri drunk before. Maybe it's time for some curtain lifting then… It's time to see exactly what Yuuri is like drunk

At the banquet…

"A toast to all who are gathered today! Thank you for making the long trip to visit Shin Makoku! Please do not hesitate to help yourself to any of the refreshments and beverages. I hope you all enjoy your time here!"

Yuuri took a small sip of the wine that he had in his glass and after a round of applause, the crowd dispersed and music began to play. Wolfram nudged Yuuri and gave him a small smirk, "It's a banquet Yuuri, you don't have to be so reserved."

Yuuri gives a smile and take another sip of his wine without saying a word. At this moment, a clear voice rings through the crowd.

"Your majesty~~"

The crowd parted in front of Cecilie as the former maou approached Wolfram and Yuuri. His mother sashayed her way towards them holding a large bottle of what appeared to be an antique wine.

"Your majesty, it's such a wonderful banquet you have organized! Although personally I feel it's lacking in the variety of beverages you provide to your guests… BUT that's no problem I brought this bottle here just for you to try! Do try this won't you?"

As she spoke, Cecilie poured a glass for Yuuri without paying heed to his excuses.

"There's so much more where that came from your majesty! Oh try this bottle as well it's simply exquisite!"

Wolfram smirked as he watched his mother feed glass after glass of different types of alcohol to Yuuri as the night went on.
