-Trisha's Spooky Valentine's Day Spring Break Christmas Special Part 2-

After Judy and Sarah had gotten settled and unpacked they sat on Trisha's bed and stared at the bunny in mild disbelief.

"What do you mean we can't leave the room without blindfolds?" Judy asked, one of her ears drooping.

"Yeah, won't we bounce into walls and stuff?" Sarah added.

Trisha seemed undeterred by the questioning and kept the same smug smirk on her lips as she stood in front of the Hopps girls.

"I will help you walk around," Trisha explained which did little to convince Judy and Sarah.

"Right into the couch," Judy said as she crossed her arms.

"Oh come on that was an accident," Trisha said with a chuckle. "Anyways it's only for a little bit."

"How little?" Sarah asked as she mimicked her sister and crossed her arms.

"Tomorrow morning?" Trisha said as if negotiating.

"Tonight," Judy responded quickly.

Trisha let out a sigh and tapped her chin with one of her paws.

"What if we need to go to the bathroom?" Sarah asked as she raised her paw.

"Well I guess then tonight after the other stuff we can let it slide," Trisha said with a sigh.

"No I mean right now," Sarah said as she crossed her legs and began to wiggle in place.

The rest of the day was actually not too bad, even if they were stuck in Trisha's room for a bit. The brown bunny explained it was just for a little while until the sun started to set and then they would meet the others in her driveway. After that though all the plans were a mystery.

They spent most of their time catching up and laying around on the bed. When it was time for some snacks Trisha's mother appeared with sandwiches and chips for the girls to munch on.

Much to Judy and Sarah's annoyance Peggy kept her mouth shut when it came to the plans for the evening. Even when Sarah pleaded and wrapped her arms and legs around Peggy's leg.

"Puh please Aunt Peggy?" Sarah asked as she gave the older doe a wide-eyed stare.

"Oh Sarah," Peggy said as she reached down and patted the small doe on the head. "I raised Trisha, what makes you think that would work on me?"

"Darn," Sarah grumbled as she released the older bunny and skipped over to the bed where her sandwich was waiting.

It didn't take long for the sun to set outside. Judy was actually surprised at how quickly time flew. It had felt like they had only just arrived.

"Alright," Trisha said as she skipped towards her closet and opened the door. Inside was a jumbled pile of clothes that made Judy tilt her head in concern.

She wasn't surprised this was how Trisha put her clothes away, the image of Trisha diving into the pile only to hop out in a different outfit played out in Judy's mind.

Trisha reached up and picked three shirts off some hangers and slung one over her shoulder. She then turned to her guests and beamed.

"Time to get dressed up," Trisha said as she opened up one of the shirts and showed a large smiling jack-o-lantern face beaming back at the does.

Trisha helped Judy and Sarah get into their new outfits. Judy was in the orange jack-o-lantern shirt while Sarah was in a navy blue one which had a crescent moon stitched to the front.

As the girls inspected their new shirts Trisha put on her own orange one which was just like Judy's. She then produced several bandanas from a dresser drawer near her bed. Judy and Trisha each had a green bandana they tied around their neck. Sarah, however, had a camo one. Instead of the standard green though it was black, white, gray, and brown. The doe eagerly wiggling in place as Trisha tied the fabric behind Sarah's neck.

Once they were all changed Trisha took a step back and inspected her paw work and began to nod as her lips curled into a smile.

"Alright, looks like we are all set," Trisha said as Judy and Sarah inspected their own outfits.

There was a ring at the doorbell which caused all three doe's ears to shoot up. Moments later Peggy called from the front door.

"Trisha, there is a gaggle of trouble makers in my driveway for you."

"Thanks, mom!" Trisha shouted before holding up the blindfolds once more for Sarah and Judy who both rolled their eyes.

Trisha led the girls back outside and onto the driveway. When Judy removed her blindfold she was pleased to see everyone in similar outfits to Sarah and her.

Emily and Nick were in pumpkin outfits like Judy and Trisha. While Copper, Atom, and Delta were all in crescent moon shirts like Sarah. All of them sporting similar bandanas.

Atom, who had not been present when Judy and Sarah arrived, hurried over to greet the girls. He gave Judy a quick squeeze before scampering over to Sarah. He proceeded to wrap his arms around the small bunny and lift her up which caused Sarah to let out a series of laughs.

"Looks like we are on the same team," Nick said as he casually trotted over to Judy, trying not to get too much attention from the others and failing miserably as several eyes went over to the fox and bunny.

"So it's a team thing?" Judy asked as she reached up and gently adjusted Nick's bandana which was gently wrapped around his neck.

"Well when we saw the moon patrol over there," Nick said as he nodded at the painted dogs who were all in the same outfit as Sarah, "I had a feeling. Trisha tell you anything?"

"No," Judy grumbled as she glanced over at Trisha who was currently chatting with Emily, the vixen trying to get some information about what was next from her mischievous friend.

"Well at least we are on the same team," Nick said with a smile.

"And that's all that matters," Judy whispered as she reached over and gently laced her paw into Nick's, the tods tail swishing back and forth happily.

"Alright so before our spooky escort shows up," Trisha began which brought all eyes on her. "I am sure you have noticed we are in two different costumes."

Everyone looked down at their shirts and then back at the bunny. Emily, however, glanced over at Nick and Judy and beamed when she saw them holding paws. She nudged Copper who was standing next to her and nodded over at the fox and bunny couple. Much to Nick's annoyance the girls began to giggle and leaned close, whispering some gossip between them.

"We have team moon," Trisha said as she waved a paw over at Sarah who was now on Atom's back, her small arms wrapped around the canine's neck. "Who will be led by moon princess Sarah."

Sarah's bright pink eyes went wide at the announcement. Delta and Copper both turned to Sarah and bowed respectively which made the small bunny blush.

"And then we have the awesome team pumpkin!" Trisha announced proudly before skipping in front of Nick and Judy as she struck a heroic pose.

"Wonder who is lead us," Nick said as he looked down at Judy who began to chuckle.

Trisha's ears drooped slightly before she glanced over her shoulder, "Who do you think minion?"

The sun was still in the sky but had begun its lazy dip towards the horizon. As some of the street lights flickered on the gang began to wonder what Trisha had planned for them.

They didn't have to wait long as a cloaked figure walked down the street and then slowly up the driveway towards the waiting kits.

The garage door closed behind them which caused everyone to look behind them and then back at the spooky figure approaching them.

Sarah hid behind Atom who in turn hid behind Delta and Copper who both stood their ground.

Nick gave Judy's paw a squeeze which she returned as she watched the cloaked mammal approach them with some hesitancy. Emily took a step back and stood next to her cousin, looking a little concerned.

Trisha, however, stood her ground and put her paws on her hips, "Bout time."

"Alright listen here you little trouble maker," Came a familiar voice from under the hood.

There was the sound of the front door to Trisha's house closing just behind the group and moments later Peggy came strolling over to where everyone was gathered, "Well hey stranger."

A large gray paw reached up and pulled the hood back to reveal old man Johnson's son. The wolf was a bit of a staple during Halloween. He would visit his father who dressed up their family home like a graveyard. Kits from all over the neighborhood would visit in hopes of getting a king-sized candy bar. The only problem is they had to try and get past some kind of spooky monster, normally played by the wolf currently standing in Trisha's driveway.

"Hi, Mrs. Rose," The wolf said with a friendly smile. "Dad says we are all set."

The wolf then covered his head again and looked down at Trisha.

"You are to come with me," the cloaked wolf said, lowering his voice in an attempt to be scary. It didn't really work as Trisha skipped up to the cloaked figure and took him by the paw.

"Lead on reaper," Trisha said happily.

"You aren't supposed to grab the grim reapers paw!" The wolf under the cloak bellowed as he waved his free paw about.

"Why?"

"Because he could try and take you to the afterlife," The wolf shot back.

"Why?"

"Oh no, ya don't I am not playing a game of Why!"

There was a pause as Trisha looked up at the cloaked figure, "Why?"

"Alright gang follow the Grim Reaper and the Pumpkin Queen," Peggy announced as she began to usher the gang down the driveway after the wolf and bunny.

The odd assortment of mammals proceeded down the sidewalk. Trisha and the Reaper at the lead. Delta and Atom close behind, both of them staring up at the hood figure. Sarah had changed positions and was now being carried over Copper's shoulders. The bunny happily chatting with Copper and Emily as they strolled along.

Judy and Nick brought up the rear, still, paw in paw. A slight skip to both their steps. That was until a sudden flash came from behind. Judy and Nick's ears both went up as they nervously looked over their shoulders and back at Peggy. The older bunny had a camera in her paw and was sticking out her tongue.

"Why?" Nick asked in a pleading manner.

"Your mom told me to," Peggy said with a mischievous smirk that reminded them both of Trisha.

"His mom or mine?" Judy asked nervously.

Peggy chuckled before simply saying, "Yes."

As they made their way through the neighborhood everyone was wondering what exactly was going on. While Peggy seemed to know what exactly was happening she wasn't letting on what she knew.

Fortunately for everyone they didn't have to wait very long.

As they turned a corner a familiar sight came into view. Nick and Judy recognized the large park up ahead. They had hung out here once or twice before when visiting the seaside city.

The park had a large grass field, swing sets, jungle gym, and a huge wooden structure with many crossings and pathways. To the many kits with the right imagination looked like a castle.

Judy noticed something odd though. There were tons of different colored lights spread throughout the field and wooden structures. Most were orange however there was also a green or two. A top a tall swing set sat a purple light.

None of these had been here on their last visit which meant it was something new.

Nick gave Judy's paw a squeeze which made the doe look up at the fox before looking in the direction of his gaze.

She spotted several mammals waiting nearby at a picnic table that had been placed on the edge of a small dirt parking lot.

Larry was waiting along with another female painted dog. Judy recognized Jean who was sitting at the picnic table with two familiar wolves.

Judy recognized Mr. and Mrs. Johnson. The kind old wolves waved at the approaching group. Mr. Johnson took a moment to stand up and trotted over to the new arrivals.

"Well, it took you lot long enough," The wolf said with a friendly grin. "Halloween was only a few months ago."

Everyone in the group laughed before settling down.

"Alright so here is what we have got for you," The wolf said before stepping aside and looking out into the field. "Looks like some happy haunts have gone out and put some pumpkins out. I need you lot to collect them."

Judy glanced out at the field and then at one of the small orange lights sitting in the grass nearby. She realized that the light was actually a small pumpkin lamp.

As the sun began to set beyond the horizon the night sky was filled with stars, only adding to the neat little light show they already had before them.

"Now who are the team captains?" Mr. Johnson asked as he looked back at the group.

"Got one for ya right here pops," The hooded wolf said as he raised Trisha up by her paw, the small bunny being held up in the air with ease as she waved happily with her free paw.

"We got ours right here," Copper said as she turned slightly, revealing Sarah who was still on the painted dog's back.

"Alright good. It will be your job to motivate your teams," Mr. Johnson explained as he produced several cloth sacks. "Now I don't have enough for everyone so you should split into pairs."

Mr. Johnson proceeded to pass out the sacks to the eager group, all of them looking out into the field.

"What are the other lights?" Sarah asked as she clambered off of Copper and stood at the edge of the grass field. "Some are green."

"Those are little ghosts," Mr. Johnson explained. "They are worth 5 pieces of candy."

Everyone froze at the mention of candy. All eyes went to Mr. Johnson who had a smug grin on his muzzle.

"Had a feeling that would get your attention. The pumpkins are worth 1, ghosts 5, skulls 10, and witches are a surprise. You will gather what you can and share with your team when it's over."

"What color are the witches?" Emily asked.

"Purple," Mr. Johnon's son said as he pointed over at the top of the swing set where a purple light twinkled.

"How are we suppose to get up there?" Delta laughed.

"Well I used a ladder," The hooded wolf said with a laugh. "You lot are on your own."

"So when do we start?" Judy asked as she held one the sack she had been given before smiling up at Nick, both of them knowing who they would partner up with.

"Well from the looks of it you already have," Mr. Johnson said with a chuckle as he pointed towards the wooden structure.

Sarah was busy putting another pumpkin in the cloth sack she had been given, the bag glowing bright orange from the pumpkins she had already gathered.

"Hey, no fair!" Trisha shouted before she darted out into the grass, Emily close behind her.

All the kits scattered and began to shout and laugh as they hurried about, picking up pumpkins and the occasional ghost light.

The adults stayed to the side and watched as the kits darted about, occasionally shouting instructions or tips.

Judy and Nick worked well together. One would hold open the bag while the other hurried ahead and scooped up a pumpkin or ghost before returning and tossing the light into the bag. They would swap on occasion, each taking turns.

"So what did you go as for Halloween?" Judy asked as she plopped another pumpkin in the bag before spotting a ghost sitting on a wooden step nearby.

"ZPD," Nick said with a smirk, Judy turning to give him a blushing smile.

"Like last year?" Judy asked as she plucked the ghost from the step. She glanced over to see how the others were doing.

Copper and Sarah were busy walking across one of the wooden castles many bridges, picking up pawfuls of pumpkins.

Trisha and Emily were running around the field. Trisha tossing pumpkins at Emily who would catch them in their already half full cloth sack that was glowing a bright orange.

Delta and Atom were by far the most amusing to watch. The two painted pups were standing under the swing set, Atom on top of Delta's shoulders as he tried to reach the purple light. They were however nowhere near tall enough and would fall into the sand on occasion before changing tactics. At one point Atom tried to shimmy up the side while Delta climbed a swing, both of the boys falling on their backs several times.

"Mom wanted me to thank you and your parents again for the berry delivery," Nick said as they skipped up some of the steps leading up to the wooden structure.

Sarah hurried up and stopped in front of Judy, smiling up at her sister.

"We already got that spot there," Sarah said as she pointed in one direction. "Copper and I are gonna go higher but we didn't go down that bridge yet and I saw lots of pumpkins that way."

"Thanks, Sarah," Judy said, pleased that her sister wasn't overly competitive and willing to share information about where to find more treasure.

"You aren't supposed to tell them that," Copper said playfully as she hurried by and grabbed Sarah by the paw.

"Why?" Sarah asked with a laugh as she was led away by her painted companion.

Judy and Nick hurried across the small wooden bridge where a small gathering of pumpkin and ghost lights were waiting. The two busied themselves with gathering what they could as they continued to just chat.

Nick realized just how rare it was to have a moment like this with Judy. Every time he came to Manta Bay they were always so busy with everyone else. Sure they had the occasion where they could just sit and chat. Moments like that though seemed rare and he cherished each one.

"So when are you coming to Bunnyburrow?" Judy asked as she put another ghost in the bag and smiled up at the tod.

This question seemed to come out of nowhere and had hit Nick like a brick.

"Wh..what?" The young fox asked, trying his best to remain calm but from the smug smirk on Judy's lips, he could tell he must have looked rather flustered. "I mean..I...umm...I can..try?"

"You should," Judy said with a confident grin as she smiled up at the fox, her bright purple eyes shining thanks to the glow from the different Halloween lights. "I want you to."

Nick had forgotten just how confident Judy could be sometimes. When they spoke on the phone she would sometimes be heard berating some of her siblings that she was on a call. When they asked who she was talking to she never denied anything and would confidently speak her mind if someone had an issue with her speaking to the fox.

Her postcards had also changed. They had become less formal and more casual and caring. The way she wrote to Nick had gone from penpal to something he couldn't quite pin down.

"I would really like to," Nick said with a smile. "Would...anyone care?"

He had heard how Judy's siblings reacted to the knowledge she was on the phone with a fox. She would quickly hush them up and return to talking to Nick as if nothing had happened.

Things weren't the same in BunnyBurrow as they were in Manta Bay. Here no one seemed to care.

Right now in this park mammals of different species were busy hurrying about, laughing together, and enjoying one another's company. No one seemed to care.

"So what if they do?" Judy asked as she grabbed Nick by the paw and led him up some steps, each one had a small pumpkin the bunny picked up and tossed in the cloth sack.

"I don't want to get you in trouble," Nick said, he had become hesitant all of the sudden and the only reason he could think of was Judy. He didn't want her to be in any trouble over him.

"You won't," Judy said with a smile as they reached the top of the steps that led into a small wooden hallway just tall enough so Nick could walk without bending down.

The hall would have normally been rather dark but thanks to a few of the Halloween lights and the cloth sack in the fox's paws it had a warm glow about it.

"You sure?" Nick said, sounding excited.

"Yeah," Judy said as she looked around the warmly light wooden tube.

The small bunny then turned to look at Nick. The warmest of smiles gracing her lips. They stood like that for a moment or two, just staring at one another and saying nothing. Judy then closed the gap between them and wrapped her small arms around Nick as she buried her head in his chest.

Nick gently patted Judy on the back before resting his head on top of hers. Time seemed to stand still as they simply stayed close to one another.

Some shouting outside brought them back into reality. The warm orange glow of their surroundings taking focus once more.

Judy and Nick gathered up the remaining Halloween lights and hurried ahead, hoping to see what all the commotion was about.

They came around a bend that opened up to the second floor of the wooden structure. It provided them with a perfect view of the area.

"Oh my gosh," Judy said with a bit of a chuckle.

Nick glanced over and saw what Judy had spotted and he too began to laugh.

Atop the swing set sat Atom, the painted dog holding a little purple light over his head as his tail swished back and forth.

All the kits began to hurry over, each of them cheering on Atom who had an open-mouth grin.

By now all the other Halloween lights had been picked up by the other mammals who began to gather around the bottom of the swing set where Delta was staring up at his smug looking friend.

"Ok Atom so quick question," The young painted dog began as he folded his arms, his tail going from side to side. "How ya getting down?"

Atom's grin vanished rather quickly as he realized the situation he found himself in. The painted dog began to look on either side from his perch atop the swingset.

He then looked down at Delta and began to make a series of paw signals.

"What ladder?"

Atom made more paw signals.

Delta looked over his shoulder at the adults waiting nearby.

"Do you have a ladder?" Delta shouted as he remained next to the swing set.

The adults looked at one another before the cloaked figure that had brought them here spoke up.

"Took it back home, I can head over there and get it."

Delta then looked back at Atom who let out a nervous whining, "Gonna have to wait."

More paw signals from the painted pup on top of the swing set made Delta roll his eyes.

"You were the one who wanted to go up there in the first place."

"Poor Atom," Sarah whispered as she stood next to Judy. The young multi-colored doe looked rather concerned for her teammate.

"Throw the light down!" Trisha shouted which caused all the other kits to look over at the doe. "What?"

Atom began to make more paw signals which caused Delta to turn his head, "What do you mean?"

Atom began to make more rapid paw signals as Delta watched intently. He then took a few steps to the side.

"Like this?"

More signals from Atom made Delta take a big step forward.

"Ok here?"

Atom began to nod his head happily.

"What are you going to- AH ATOM!" Delta shouted as he watched his friend jump from atop the swing set only to land on top of the surprised pup.

There was a muffled thud as Atom landed on top of Delta followed by several concerned shouts from the parents who all hurried over.

"Get off me you great big lump!" Delta shouted from beneath Atom who was wagging his tail as he remained on top of his friend.

Atom looked up and then over at Sarah before holding a purple light in the shape of a wolf's head with a witches' hat on top.

The adults looked over Delta and Atom who were alright but just a little dirty from the sand that surrounded the swing set. In fairness, Atom had never been in any real danger. While the swing set looked rather tall and insurmountable it was really only a few feet off the ground.

The girls all cooed over Atom, making sure he was alright and that nothing was broken. Trisha meanwhile was cackling at Delta as she teased her painted friend.

"You make a great landing cushion!" The bunny laughed as she held the sitch in her side. "Oh my gosh, the look on your face!"

Delta looked over at the bunny and grumbled something under his breath. Eventually, though Trisha calmed down and did the right thing making sure her painted pup was ok.

Eventually, everyone managed to calm down long enough for Mr. Johnson to get their attention.

"Alright looks like all the lights have been gathered," The old wolf began. "Now hand over your sacks to the reaper here."

Mr. Johnson's son trudged over and slowly raised his arms out, opening his paws for the teams to surrender their cloth sacks.

Both the large bags glowed with various patterns of orange and green. A purple light shining from the top of Sarah's bag which made the multi-colored bunny rather proud.

The cloaked figure and Mr. Johnson slowly walked away back towards the cars parked near the field. After a few minutes, they returned carrying two new bags. Both of them a bright orange with a jack o lantern face printed on them.

"So who won?" Trisha asked as she began to hop in place next to Sarah who looked at her friend and caught some of Trisha's energy as she too started to bounce in place.

"Think you all did," Mr. Johnson's son said as he tossed one of the large bags that landed at Trisha's feet. It spilled open slightly and candy came pouring out.

"Oh my gosh look at my haul!" Trisha exclaimed as she scooped up the candy on the ground and then looked into the rather full bag.

"That is for your whole team young lady!" Trisha's mother reminded the bunny who rolled her eyes.

The hooded figure then passed Sarah her bag which the doe had trouble holding thanks to the liberal amounts of candy inside.

"Geeze Johnson, how much candy did you put in there?" Larry asked with a laugh.

"There was a sale," The old wolf said as he tried to act innocent. All the parents, however, were giving him questioning looks as they realized they may have to deal with some sugar energized kits in a little bit.

"What about the purple light surprise?" Nick asked as he looked at the rather full bags.

"Thanks for reminding me kitto," Mr. Johnson said with a smile.

Mr. Johnson's son began to laugh underneath his hood.

"What is so funny?" Larry asked nervously.

"Oh just you wait, dad overdid it," The other wolf said with another laugh.

Mr. Johnson had kept a paw behind his back since they returned from the vehicles. He slowly brought it around with some difficulty thanks to the size of the object in his paw.

It was a candy bar.

Not just any candy bar.

Mr. Johnson was known for giving out king-sized candy bars every year for those brave enough to complete the maze he set in his front yard.

This was about 4 of those put together.

The old wolf had managed to get his paws on a novelty candy bar that was normally sold to elephants or other larger species.

Both the kits and adults present went silent as Mr. Johnson held what could easily be described as a Sarah sized block of chocolate.

The small doe was speechless as she stared right at the enlarged candy bar. It was wrapped in the same wrapper it would in the store only the print was far larger. One of her paws would have easily fit between the letters in the name of the candy bar.

"Here you go captain," The large mammal said with a smile.

"Oh my gosh if her parents find out," Peggy said with a gasp as she put a paw to her mouth. The older doe obviously worried about what Bonnie would say.

Sarah reached out and had to wrap her arms around the bar. Only to lose balance when the wolf let go. Copper and Atom both hurried over and grabbed the top in order to keep Sarah from falling backward.

"Well, what do you say kitto?" Larry asked with a disbelieving laugh.

"Your my favorite," Sarah said in a dream-like state as she looked from the chocolate and then to Mr. Johnson.

Everyone around Sarah burst into laughter as the small bunny looked back up at the chocolate bar she was now hugging, unable to get her arms around it thanks to the size.

Eventually, it was time for everyone to part ways.

The candy was divided up between the kits. Larry had brought some extra bags in his car so they could divey up the candy. The older painted canine seemed more than eager to help organize the candy, pocketing a few pieces.

Sarah and Judy watched the painted dog who put a digit to his muzzle and gave the girls a wink which caused them both to snicker. Sarah even helped grab a few extra pieces and passed them to the off duty officer who gave the bunny a pat on the head in thanks.

When it came to the giant candy bar it was Sarah who was most concerned.

"How can I split it up and give some to everyone?" The doe asked as she looked at the bar.

"Don't worry sweetie," Peggy said. "When we get home I can cut it up into pieces and you can give it to your teammates."

"And team pumpkin too right?"

Judy beamed at her sibling, proud of the generosity coming from her younger sister.

"Of course dear," Peggy said happily.

The gang said their goodbyes. Sarah hurrying up to everyone and giving them a hug. Even the grim reaper got a hug around the leg which made the wolf underneath chuckle.

"So I will see you tomorrow I guess," Nick said as he tried to play it cool and gave Judy a confident smile.

"I am supposed to call my mom when we get home just before I go to bed," Judy began with a smile. "I'll ask her when you can come and stay.

All sense of remaining cool went right out the window with Nick who began to stammer and figure out what to say, "I uh...sure...I mean."

A whispering behind Nick caught his attention, "Sounds good."

"Sounds good," Nick mimicked his cousin who stood behind the stammering tod.

"Night Emily," Judy said as she glanced over Nick's shoulder.

"Night Judy, cya tomorrow."

With that, Nick felt a tugging on his shirt's collar and he was dragged away by his cousin.

The others said their goodnights and made their way back to their homes.

When Judy and Sarah arrived at Trisha's the brown bunny turned and let out a sigh before they entered her house.

"Ok, so I promised you no more blindfolds," The brown bunny said with a smile. "Just promise not to tell anyone else yet."

"Who we gonna tell?" Judy asked with a chuckle.

"I can't even see anything," Sarah said as she hefted the her sized candy bar in front of her.

Trisha smirked and turned around, following her mother who was already unlocking the front door.

The older doe stopped however and turned around, "Oh wait hold on!"

With that, she hurried inside. There were a few muffled voices that Judy and Sarah recognized as Trisha's father and brothers. A moment or two later Peggy returned, a big smile on her face.

"Ok, all set."

She then took a step to the side and let the girls waddle in. She reached over and took the Sarah sized candy bar from the small multi-colored cutie so she could see her surroundings.

"Oh my gosh," Judy said aloud as she entered the Rose's home.

"Its Christmas!" Sarah exclaimed as she threw her paws in the air.

The whole house had been decorated for Christmas. There were red ribbons, wreaths, nutcrackers, and all sorts of festive decorations throughout the home.

Judy walked around in a stunned manner as she looked all over the lovely decorated home. Sarah on the other paw had already had a few pieces of chocolate so she was scampering through the halls and happily announcing all the decorations she saw.

"Trisha this is amazing," Judy said as she stopped next to her friend and rested her head on the brown bunny's shoulder.

"It's for tomorrow," Trisha said proudly as she looked around the living room. "Oh, by the way, don't go into the back yard."

Judy blinked a few times before she looked over at her friend.

"Why?"

"That's a different holiday," Trisha said simply before skipping off to find Sarah.

Well, that sure was a fluff-filled chapter. :D

So I got the idea for the elephant-sized candy bar from my favorite chocolate place when I was a kid. Ghirardelli in San Francisco, CA used to make these giant versions of their candy bars. They would then bash them with a hammer and wrap all the large pieces and sell them as just bulk chocolate. I always wanted to get my paws on an intact one, glad Sarah got to at least. ;P

I know its not quite the same as having a full Halloween chapter but it was still kind of fun, right?

The next chapter should be done soon. Stay safe out there everyone!

Cya in Manta Bay!
