Ellegaard POV:
Sitting on the toilet in the drugstore bathroom looking at the two pink lines on he pregnancy test makes me realize something: I have to tell Magnus. I quickly rush out of the bathroom, grab the ibuprofen I came in for, and go back out to the car, where he's waiting. "Did you get your ibuprofuen?" "Yes. can we go now?" "Sheesh okay!" As we're driving back to the fortress, I nervously think about how to tell him. As soon as we get back, I get out of the car and go find Petra. She's a mom now, and she'll know to do. "Petra, can you help me?" "Sure. What is it?"
Magnus POV:
I know there's something up with Ellie. She's acting stranger then usual. She was snappy at me in the car, and basically flew out of the car when we got back. I go inside the fortress and walk to our room. I can hear voices inside. Petra and Ellie are talking. "Just tell him. I know he'll be supportive of you. He's a good guy." "I know, I-I'm just scared he'll dump me when he finds out!" I hear someone walking towards the door and I pretend like I just came down the hall. I knock on the door. "Ellie, you in there?"
Ellegaard:
I hear Magnus knock on the door. "Ellie, you in there?" I reply "Yeah, um, can I tell you something?" He comes in and sits on the bed. "What is it?" I dont know how to tell him. I blurt out; "I'm pregnant" He looks shocked, they he grins and hugs me! "I-I'm gonna be a dad!" he exclaims "and a great one too" I add.
Magnus:
So that's what was bugging her! She's pregnant! I can't believe it. We both walk out of the room and walk into the living room where I see Olivia on the couch with her baby, Star. Ellegaard goes over and tells her, and Olivia looks startled. Ellegaard goes to find everyone else to tell them, and Olivia motions for me to come over. "I got this for you for Ellegaard. For Christmas." She gives me a box and I open it. Inside is a necklace with red and green jewels. "Ellegaard" she points to the red jewels, "and you" she points to the green jewels. "Ruby and Emerald respectively." "Woah this is really cool!"
Ellegaard:
I'm so glad he didnt dump me! I try to find people, but then it's time for dinner, so I figure everyone will be there. We all sit down at the big table which is also used for planning our missions. Around the middle of dinner, I stand up.
Magnus:
Ellie stands up in the middle of dinner, and I figure she's done, but she says; "I have an announcment." Everyone looks up. "I'm pregnant" everyone sits in stunned silence, but then Lukas starts clapping, and everyone follows suit. "Congratulations!" Petra shouts from the other end of the table, where she's sitting with Jesse and their son, Tony.
