"I gave you a simple mission Stark." Fury's angry voice echoed in the room.

"Hey we tried okay." Tony said.

"Oh you tried?!" Fury said sarcasticly.

"So you are telling me that you can fight an alien army in the middle of New York but you can't just find a random guy jumping around the city with underoos." He added.

"Hey if it is that easy why don't you and your clowns at SHIELD go find him?" Tony shouted.

"Allright Stark but don't forget these words when I come back with spider man." Fury said and he left.

Tony laughed sarcastically to pepper who just came into the room saying she heard Tony shout.

"It's nothing." Tony said.

"Just Fury with his ego." He added

"And you are saying that" Pepper laughed.

"Ha ha funny... Anyway I have to make a meeting with the Avengers so we can talk and try finding a way to catch this spider guy." Tony said.

"I thought Fury was going to handle it." Pepper asked.

"We all saw what can this spider do. Fury, his men in SHIELD and his ego doesn't even stand a chance." Tony said while he was already arranging a meeting.

*******TWO HOURS LATER********

All the avengers were sitting in the living room and watching all camera footages about Spider man.

"So we basically know nothing about him." Steve said.

He was surprised and amazed to be honest. It was like spider man knew every camera's location and acted proffessionally not to give anything away about his fighting skills powers and identity.

"Well unfortunatelly." Tony said.

Tony knew that spider man was just a single guy and not knowing anything about him was killing him. In a normal situation he would let Fury complain about the spider and would do nothing about it. But to be honest he was curious as well. He was wondering who he really was and why he was doing what he does: help people. He had to have a background story right?

"We know he is a good fighter. We also know that he uses some sort of technology that makes him... I don't know, sticky?" Natasha said.

"And he has these web-like material coming out from his wrists." Clint added.

"So what is Fury planning?" Bucky asked.

"He is going to do the thing he knows best. He will send a full army of SHIELD agents after the spider and if he can't catch him he is going to exterminate the target. I hope things will not come to that point though." Tony said.

"Yea me neither. I really want to meet that spider guy especially when we consider that he managed to outrun Fury for so long. He can even teach me some tricks about that." Clint said and they all laughed.

Fury was standing in a room full of monitors when one of them showed a guy dressed in blue and red. We found him a man said and Fury shouted:

"Everyone to their war positions. We have a spider to catch!"

Peter was having a normal day. Well, a normal day at his standarts at least. He stopped some robberies but nothing big has happened. It was a slow day which was an odd thing for Queens.

When he heard vehicles coming in an order like the army's he understood that he talked too early and the day wasn't over yet. Thanks to his advanced senses he could hear them from a mile away.

His spider sense started warning him about the vehicles coming closer so he hid behind a tree's strong branches. He was hiding less then a minute when his spider sense went crazy and he started dodging bullets.

When he looked closely though, he saw that they weren't bullets but needles with sedative liquid on them. That's when he understood that the guys shooting at him didn't want to kill him.

Gunshots and footsteps began getting closer and peter felt paniced. Then peter saw the logo on the chest of a masked guy shooting at him. It was a SHIELD logo. Wait... why was SHIELD attacking him? He has done nothing wrong but to save people.

When he was thinking these he heard a familiar but irritating voice.

"I kept telling you that Spider man is a manace!" The voice shouted.

"And finally SHIELD seems to understand that."

When J. Jonah Jameson's head dissappeared Peter saw his image figthting the shield agents on the gigantic screen.

"OMG I'm on the big screen!" Peter shouted while punching another agent.

"Victory pose!" He said looking to the news helicopter and kicked another agent.

But agents kept coming. There was no point in fighting them so he did what everyone would do...

Ran for his life.

Or swing in his situation.

He didn't want to hurt the agents so he kept swinging between tall buildings until his spider sense warned him about a great danger. He saw another helicopter flying just infront of him with Nick Fury inside it. Three men including Fury pointed their guns at him.

Surprise element caught spidey off guard and three needles went directly into his chest.

Avengers were in the living room minding their own business when Steve shouted to them and pointed the TV. J. Jonah Jameson was on every channel broadcasting live under the title "SHIELD finally gets the spider menace off our New York City" There were more then 100 shield agents at the closed road fighting Spider man.

"He really have some skills." Natasha said looking at the final kick came from the spidey.

"What's going on?" Tony asked entering the room.

"They nearly got him." Steve said.

"Who?" Tony asked and turned to the TV.

He saw Spider man fighting an army of SHIELD agents.

"Wow. Fury really got it serious this time." Tony said sounding surprised.

"They are treating him like a universal threat" Steve said.

"He should have come with us when we asked him nicely." Tony said like SHIELD already got the spider.

A small part of him however wasn't thinking that catching the spider would be that easy. The moment he thought that a shield helicopter prevented their vision and moved directly to Spider man.

Tony saw Fury and two other men in the helicopter pointing their guns at the spider. And three needles shot Spider man right in the chest.

Yeah, maybe Tony was wrong about his final statement.

Peter felt three sharp needles in his chest right before his vision blurred and he began to fall.

Auch was all that peter could think of.

He forgot his situation and the SHIELD agents pointing their guns at him for a moment. He was ready to give himself up to the sweet feeling of unconsciousness for a few seconds before his spider sense tingled telling him to stay awake.

He tried to get up but he was sure that at least five of his ribs were broken with the fall. He winced in pain when he tried to get up.

Then he felt strong arms forcing him to sit and handcuffing his hands. Helicopter flying above him landed slowly and Nick Fury got off. He came directly to peter and stood in front of him.

"Well isn't this our famous spider." Nick Fury said sarcasticly.

"Nick Fury. Huge fan. Especially when you are NOT attacking me with an army." Peter said still feeling the pain from his broken ribs.

"You have caused me a lot of trouble kid." Fury said.

He was hearing or seeing Spider man this closely for the first time and he was honestly surprised at how young his voice sounded.

"Why don't we see who you really are" Fury said and he slowly moved to the spider's mask.
