Dear James, Sorry that I cant make Your Christmas party, My mother is very ill and I have to go home to help take care of her , while my father works. Its been very tough on him and they really need me. I will have to be leaving school before the break starts. Ill be back a few weeks after Christmas break, Hope your well and you enjoy your holiday.

{Remus passed the letter to his owl and sent it off to James, The Shrieking Shack creaking in the night. He stood there watching the bird soaring through the sky. Sadness draped over him as he stood watching. The Bird going out of sight, he walked back into the shack , ready for his isolation and pain.
