Leo POV

Leo really liked the Hero's High.

It was certainly better than the foster homes he's been too, Leo was playing one of the old arcade machines. Blinky kept repeatedly killing him, but Leo hacked the system to make him have infinite lives.

He was thinking about becoming an 'all-rounder' because this place was infinitely better than the 'care' he got at his foster homes. He was thinking on it and decided that if he did, he would have to ask for all of his stuff back. The clothes he had were only for the year.

He got tired of playing and went to sit on a chair. He noticed that a black haired girl, and whiteish blond haired boy entered, and were immediately fussed at by a boy Leo's age but ten times cooler.

The girl argued back and the the whiteish haired guy stepped back and laughed.

The boy that approached them shook his head and walked up the stairs.

"Hard time?" Leo called.

The boy looked back, "Yeah, you could say that. My sister is always reckless." He paused, then said "I'm Jason, who are you?"

"Leo Valdez, at your service." Leo replied.

"Know any empty rooms I can bunk in?"

Leo smiled, "Yeah mine."

"Lead the way." Jason replied returning the smile.

They walked through the common room and finally found Leo's cabin.

Leo noticed the door was ajar and a burly Asian kid was checking out the room, and a dark haired boy holding cards was unpacking a black suitcase.

"Wow, I was lucky to ask you Leo. There's only one bed left." Jason chuckled before addressing the Asian kid, "Hey Frank."

"Oh, hello again!" The guy responded.

Jason immediately started unpacking his stuff.

The other guy, Frank, pulled a string connected to the ceiling that Leo hadn't noticed before. A ladder unfolded leading upward.

"Woah." Frank said.

He climbed up and announced, "I think this is our closet."

He came back down and broke a rung muttering, "oof."

Leo decided that the first thing he was going to do in his cabin, was fortify the ladder.

He noticed that it was indeed pretty old and needed a repair.

He took some tools out of his tool belt, though most of his 'tools' were duct tape.

He started on the rung that was broken, replacing the screws and attaching it back on.

He worked away on the sides that were supposed to be held, rolling them up in duct tape to stop splinters, making it more comfortable when holding, and to make it look camouflage. Mostly wanting to make it camouflage.

After he was done he wiped his hands on his matching camouflage jacket, and proceeded to put all the tools back.

"Nice work Leo." Jason applauded. "Looks good as new."

"Hey, I'm Frank if you didn't know and, nice job." The Asian kid said.

"Leo Valdez." Leo replied, already thinking of ways to prank the clumsy looking dude in front of him.

Frank turned to say something to the other dark haired kid, but somehow the kid managed to slip out without them knowing.

Leo looked around the room, seeing if anything else needed to be fixed.

'Probably the legs on the table and beds' Leo told himself.

Another guy entered the room and looked around, "You guys must be my roommates." he grinned, "The name's Percy Jackson."

"Jason Grace"

"Frank Zhang"

"Leo Supreme bad boy, McShizzle man9675 Valdez"

(Author note: you knew it was coming)

Percy smiled at him, "Oh, I didn't know we were going by street names."

They laughed and walked out to the boy's common room together.
