Alright. Lets make this quick.

I AM GOING TO STOP PLAYING AMONG US AND FOCUS THIS STORY.

Because you guys are the best. And i rage a lot. But u didnt hear that from me.

SO HERE WE GOOOOOOOOO!

Jason POV

The group ran through the halls, shoes skidding the ground every now and then. Jason took a slight glance behind to see how Grover was doing, and saw that the crippled boy was doing just fine, his crutches flashing through the air.

Jason shook this off and sprinted faster, through the maze of hallways and to the common room. Seeing the stair rail, he jumped on and slid off like a slide, Frank in pursuit, Percy just jumping off the rail, Leo tumbling down the stairs, Grover going one at a time, and Nico... was already at the bottom. Jason swore he moved like a shadow. It was strange but Jason brushed it off, focusing on the more important task at hand. They slowly pushed the large door open quietly, hoping not to disturb anyone. Thankfully, it had just began as they were greeted with,

"Welcome to the assembly! A few announcements will be made, such as new rules added to The Games and such. Older students, please inform the newer ones later on. Thank you!" Headmaster Brunner smiled at the large audience in the auditorium.

Jason searched the crowd like a hawk, looking for seats to sit in.

The students started talking amongst themselves after the Headmaster rolled off behind the velvet curtains.

He saw enough seats to fit all of them, but unfortunately they were all spread out.

"I gotta go guys, good luck in finding seats!" Grover said timidly as he shuffled off.

"Alrighty, there's enough seats for all of us. But all of them are spread out, so whoever you sit next to, no complaining." Jason muttered, "Including you Leo."

Leo turned red and shut his jaw.

"I think I see one." Percy squinted into the crowd and started to make his way over.

Nico wordlessly stalked off behind Percy and soon split up.

"Okay now that they're gone, Frank do you see that one?" Jason pointed.

Frank nodded and began to make his way to the vacant space.

"Leo there's one over there." Jason pointed and walked off, "I'll go to mine."

As Jason got close to his selected chair, Leo seemed to have finally spotted his, "Ugh it's too close to the stage!"

Jason rolled his eyes and sat down.

"Funny to see you here." A familiar voice said next to him.

He turned and was greeted with short, choppy hair.

"Piper?" Jason muttered incredulously.

"Took you long enough." She snickered.

"Why are you here? I thought you'd be at the front."

"I don't really like crowds so I chose to sit here." Piper said innocently, "What about you?"

Jason blushed furiously, "We may, or may not, have accidentally lost track of time."

Piper studied him, and Jason could see a mischievous smile tugging at her lips.

"Barely managed to find seats anyhow, this one was part of only remaining spaces." Jason counter and evaded the look by turning to the stage.

Piper giggled, which almost made Jason chuckle. Almost.

Leo POV

When Leo saw he was in the seat by the aisle, he was overjoyed. When he saw who he was sitting next to, it drained him of that happiness.

"Hello, Sunshine." He groaned.

"Calypso whipped her head around, "Why are you so late? Why are you here? I sat here just to avoid you!"

"Wow, really feeling the love." Leo snickered.

She scoffed and turned around, "Anyways don't bother me. I want to pay attention."

He sat down in the slightly padded seat and crossed his arms, determined not to do the one thing he wanted to, annoy the girl next to him.

Leo soon became impatient as the seconds passed and started tapping his foot on the ground, ADHD kicking in.

The lights dimmed, the enormous sea of kids became still and silent almost instantaneously.

Calypso sighed, "Just like a real play." She put her hands in her lap and sat straight up in her seat, mirroring an expectant kid who wanted some sweets.

Leo snorted but kept quiet as Mr. D walked up on stage and addressed the crowd.

"Well it's nice to see some new and old faces!" Daedalus boomed through the mic. The crowd murmured in agreement. "Well as most of you have noticed, we have changed some of the rules to The Games, starting of with..."

Leo began to zone out. He never listened, and besides he never needed to. Leo knew and was confident in his abilities. He could just wing it no matter how scuffed it would be. Headfirst, not knowing what he's plunging into.

He slid his hands into his pockets, and his eyes moved around the large room, trying to find something interesting to look at. Leo's eyes swerved in his line of sight, trying to find something, anything to distract him from the monotone voice he listened to.

Well, monotone until Leo's ears picked up something he was attracted to like a magnet.

"... One of my last announcements about the rules, you can craft your own weapons in battle."

Voices from the crowd went out, some in outrage, some in confusion.

Calypso leaned back in her chair muttering, "Guess Beckendorf finally got that rule through."

Leo didn't see the problem, building thing was his expertise. His brain ran through the many weapons he had made, from a paper sword to a snap activated flamethrower. It wasn't going to be hard to think of a strategy involving these weapons as well.

Of course, the only problem was going to be how the surrounding area would be. Thankfully, for the first time in forever, Leo planned ahead.

Percy POV

Percy never understood why fate, if that was such a thing, always decided to set him next to a certain blonde, stormy eyed girl.

"Hello." Annabeth said slightly turning her head to look at him, her eyes shining in the dimly lit room.

"Hey." Percy instinctively replied, in a nonchalant matter.

Daedalus began announcements while Percy sat back, his ADHD kicking in. He started tapping his foot, restlessly. He noticed that Annabeth seemed to listen, but also started tapping her foot. Slower than Percy's, but quickly and gracefully. Percy started nodding off after a bit, but Annabeth, subtly, elbowed him in the ribs.

He groaned inwardly and dragged himself to listen. Nothing interesting, a few complaints from the crowd here and there but nothing too interesting. After what felt like hours, it was all over and Percy and Annabeth stood up with the crowd, walking away.

"I don't see the problem though!"

"Probably because you're too short to see it."

"Shuddup."

Percy slowly walked over to Leo and Calypso while Annabeth was admiring the architecture, lagging behind.

"Whats up?" Percy asked, not knowing if he wanted to listen.

"Leo likes the addition of the "Building Weapons" rule." Calypso stated.

"Well I like the concept." Leo whined.

"I think its a good rule to add as well." Annabeth agreed, as she walked up to them.

"See! She gets me." Leo said hastily.

"Well I understand Annabeth's reasoning, but not yours." Calypso sighed.

"I just explained why I liked it!" Leo claimed. "And I don't see why you hate it so much."

"First of all, I don't hate it, second you've never met Beckendorf." Calypso sighed

"Now who is this Beckendorf bloke you're talking about?" Leo asked in frustration.

"Well, she's talking about me, of course." a voice said from behind the group.

I'm SOOOO sorry. I have no excuses except for one. A lot has been going on in my life and i just can't seem to spend time on this story. I hope you understand. I have been focused in my studies to get passed the exams for a while now. I haven't updated in forever but i'm NOT dead. I do hate as well when an author suddenly disappears from the Fanfiction world forever. But authors have lives too and its pretty hard portraying stories you have thought up in the perfect way. I've googled so many synonyms for words it's insane.

Anyways, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Its that time of year once again.

The best wishes for all of you, and I hope, my amazing viewers, you have a happy holiday.

Thanks for all of you that have spent your time on stranger's stories. Especially mine. Thanks for everything. I'll see you next chapter.

Your Boi,
