Ward POV:
I walked down the airship docks and looked straight to see my old professor Glynda Goodwitch she used to be a real pain in the ass honestly. Always telling us that "This is not what hunters and huntresses are supposed to do." but honestly I understand why she told us that now but back than we all thought she was the most annoying teacher ever. However there is no sense in not saying hey to my old teacher so I yelled "Hey Glynda how are you?" She looked my way with a questionned look at first honestly I don't blame her it's been 3 years since we graduated after all. She came my way and asked me who I was since she knew I wasn't young enough to be a student. I asked her "You don't remember your favorite student Goodwitch?" She looked at me and probably immediately remembered me thanks to my good looks. she asked in a surprised tone " Ward is that you?" I answered " Yup it's me witchy." Glynda answered back angrily "I told you not to call me that!" I laughed and said "I must have forgotten." I continued "Anyway I'm kinda waiting for Ozpin have you seen him?" Glynda asked " Is it about what I think it is?" Ward answered " Yeah I need to tell him something about her."
I felt someone bump into me from the back she immediately said "Hey watch were your going!" I turned around to apologize and honestly I was surprised who I saw a second Schnee becoming a huntress. She off course immediately recognized me as a shanly and said "Oh I'm sorry I'm sorry I didn't know you were Ward Shanly." I immediately replied "It's nothing it can happen, but it seems your quite angry at someone why don't we go for a walk and tell me about it." I started follwing the white haired girl with off course the white jacket on and she started talking."You see I have trained and trained and trained for hours on end to become one of the best huntresses their is but..." I interrupted her and finished her sentence for her "Let me guess you thought your skill would automatically give you the leadership position immediately right?" The girl answered back "yeah how did you know?" I answered let's just say something similar happened to a friend of mine." I looked at her and continued "At first I thought it wasn't right but then I learned something by being a leader myself." She looked at me like I was a complete idiot I continued " So you don't seem to understand what I mean so I will tell you this in a very easy way let's fight." She looked amazed at me and asked "Why?" I continued "If you truly are as skilled as you say you are then show me by proving your stronger than me." She immediately attacked me and off course like the other Schnee i once met her attack pattern was practiced and rehearsed to near perfection. I drew my Sword and Immediately Counter attacked she blocked it and I told her "Honestly your pretty good but I haven't even used half of my power yet. She looked angry and confused at the same time her attack pattern becoming quicker. I continued while avoiding and blocking her attacks until I became off course bored and I went on the counter and although she was great at sword fighting she doesn't seem quit as good at improvising during an attack so let's see what she can do I attacked her and the intensity of the fight made my semblance activate. I told the girl "Honestly I need to thank you your the first person since my graduation who forced my semblance to activate, but it's over now" She looked confused but with one slash of what I like to call my dragon blade the game was over.
She looked at me and I simply said "Their is no denying you are skilled and you could have been leader, but in my opinion a leader is more than just the best fighter. The leader is the person that can rally your team and unfortunately for me you don't exactly look like that kind of person yet and even if you are who made the choice to not make you team leader?" She answered me "Headmaster ozpin." well he made me team leader of my team here's a photo of us "The girl looked a the Photo and saw me and my team when we were younger. So i don't think he made that large of a mistake since our team even though back then I was inexperienced as well we did just fine. So maybe just maybe put a little fate in your teamleader and instead of trying to be the best teamleader ever try to be the best partner and maybe even the best person ever." I looked at my watch and saw it was 14:30 I said "Look kid I need to go now I'm going to meet up with some old friends." I gave the girl my number on her scroll and she asked me what the number was I immediately answered "It's my phone number if you ever need a talk or a good spar to get the frustrations out again don't hesitate to call. I'll almost always be available. I walked away and she walked back probably to her dorm and on the Ship docks I see Glynda smiling I guess she really is the best teacher ever, but anyway's down town vale here we come time to bring the WIND back to Beacon.
