Back at the mansion; Luz was sitting in her, Sonic, Duncan, and Lynn Jr's bedroom when Sonic entered the room.
"Well that gameshow fucking sucked. Turns out it was a plan conducted by Donnie's lab rats to get everyone distracted with a terrible show so that they can take over the world, and use stolen objects to convince people to compete in it." said Sonic.
Luz became mad.
"Yeah, the nerves of what had happened. And there was a news report about it." said Luz.
"Get's worse then that, the police ended up joining in on the angry mob's protest, and chopped off the judges other body parts." said Sonic.
"And?" said Luz.
"The mob started to burn the place down, and I had managed to lute what I can out of there before it burned to the ground." said Sonic.
"The things being?" said Luz.
Sonic pulled out a box and opened it up before pulling out the same smartphone that was advertised on TV.
"I believe that you wanted this iPhone 12 Pro Max." said Sonic.
Luz smiled.
"Thanks Sonic." She said and hugged him.
Sonic was shocked before smiling and hugged her back.
Amity saw the whole thing and did the 'Forever Alone' face.
The two roommates pulled away and Luz was looking at her new phone.
"Something's missing from this phone." said Luz.
She did some thinking before a lightbulb appeared over her head and shined.
"I know." said Luz.
She reached for her nightstand and opened it up before pulling out a phone case similar to her original one, but for iPhone 12 Pro Max size.
The girl then slipped the bat case on the phone and inspected it.
"There, all better. Back to the status quo." said Luz.
"Besides your last phone having only one noticeable regular camera while this one has three regular cameras." said Sonic.
Luz started doing some work on her new phone.
She then smiled.
"There, perfect." said Luz.
"Indeed." said Sonic.
A chiming sound was heard from Luz's new phone and she looked at it.
"Wilson Fisk drops charges on Toon City teen." said Luz.
Sonic shook his head.
"Some people don't have good luck." said Sonic.
"I know. It even says that Eddy's lawyer was Matt Murdock, lawyer of the Fantastic Four." said Luz.
Sonic whistled.
"Nice, a lawyer who is friends with superheroes, and a vigilante." said Sonic, "Well, let's go talk to everyone and try to get their numbers restored."
"Agreed." said Luz.
