Chapter 17

Alright guys here's the deal, i am not able to continuously post every single day, so here is what i'm going to do. I am going to post a bunch of chapters at the same time on random days, Probably not weekends. That sound good? Oh well I'm mostly talking to myself heh. Oh and another thing, if I actually end up making this really long I might end up changing it up a bit and actually making it into a book. If i do end up doing that thenI will make sure it will have no connection to gacha world. Ok i've gotten that out of the way and shall now start chapter 17. I don't own gacha world.

The blue haired guy looked over the top of the boxes and then let out a sigh of relief.

"They're gone for now, so we can talk normally without worry of getting attacked." he settled himself down. I sat down as well and Ellie fluttered onto my shoulder.

"Alright now explain! How are they brainwashed!?" I ordered immediately, the teen nodded and cleared his throat.

"First thing first, my name is Cyto, i am the only survivor of the death game Xkour" Cyto paused for a moment before continuing. "Originally Xkour was meant to be a virtual reality simulation game but then all the log out features vanished and we were trapped. The creator of the game told us that the only way out was to defeat the game. Atom, Blaz, Cele… and Luna… they all died so I could go on and get out. But when I won… the creator didn't let me out… instead they brainwashed all of my friends and tasked them with tracking me down. Then something strange happened, a single black blade appeared atop of a tower and monsters started flooding out of it like crazy…"

"The blade of corruption!" Ellie exclaimed, I leaned forward and clasped my hands together and looked Cyto dead in the eyes.

"It is quite possible that the blade of corruption is the cause for all of this, we shall help you but first we need you to guide us to this sword." Cyto seemed to hesitate for a moment before nodding and standing up.

"We better hurry then, the amount of monsters coming from that thing has been increasing every single day" the teen walked over to the edge of the roof and pointed to a skyscraper off in the distance. "That's the building, if we wanna get there fast we got to leave now!"

I nodded in agreement but suddenly something wet and slimy struck my face throwing me backwards. My back hit some boxes but I was ok minus some bruises, I pulled whatever was on my face off and held it in both hands in surprise. It was a semi see through blue slime.

"Uh… Ellie… you told me there was no such things as slimes" I looked at it from different angels trying to see if it was something else but nothing showed anything other than slime.

"There isn't! I'm positive!" Ellie fluttered around the thing studying it as I had.

"Ok well you watch it while I go deal with the corruption, I wanna study that thing more when I'm finished!" I turned to leave but out of the corner of my eye the slime shivered as if in fear of me studying it. Oh whatever, it's a slime they don't think… do they?

"SORA!" Ellie cried out in anger as I lept off the building, a smile grew on my face again at the thought of the fairy taking out her rage on the slime.

Ellie POV

HOW DARE SHE JUST LEAVE ME HERE! And with a slime too! I glared over at the tiny blue thing which was quivering in fear by some boxes.

"This is your fault!" yelling at the slime only made it shiver more which brought an evil smile to my face, if i couldn't get back at sora physically i could always let loose on the slime… heh heh heh.

I slowly fluttered closely, my hands reaching out to the slime in a menacing manner when suddenly a gem I had been saving to give to sora slipped from my pocket and clattered onto the ground in front of the slime.

"Don't even think about it" I breathed as the slime inched forward to the gem, panic started to fill me but for some reason I was unable to do anything as the slime enveloped the gem. Tears started to cloud my vision when suddenly they were blinded by a blue light. When the spots finally left my eyes I found myself on the ground and staring up at a female human looking slime.

"Master!" the slime exclaimed happily right before wrapping her arms around me into a tight slimy hug. She was exactly my height! None of this made sense! "Master please allow me to repay you for giving me the ability of thought and speech as well as this form!"

"Huh?" I looked up at the slime girl, what did she mean repay? Suddenly I felt slimy tendrils running up my body! "SORA HALP!"

Sora POV

"ACHOOOOO!" I sniffled and rubbed my nose a bit, was someone saying my name?
