Chapter 23

I don't own gacha world but please enjoy this story that i write for you. Also i will not be posting chapters during christmas, after new years i plan on resuming this story. So please have a very merry christmas.

The rainbow road was so long, I mean in the distance I could faintly see that we were getting closer to something. The sun felt good on my skin and my body was refreshed, the fight with Luna had left me all battered and bruised, both inside and outward. But after getting to this place my quick healing kicked in and now I was as fit as a fiddle for the most part.

"Alright Sora! I think it's time to continue your training" Ellie flew around my head, whenever she did this now it caused my nose to bleed because now she was exactly 3 feet tall, and it was kinda hard not to look at her fluttering skirt when she was hovering around me.

"Um what training" I wiped my nose on my arm and looked away, my cheeks growing faintly warmer.

"Training to help you control the gacha sword better, did you know that you change its size and shape?" this caused my eyes to widen ever so slightly, did this mean I no longer had to heft this overly large and extremely thick greatsword anymore?

"Alright give me a moment" I stopped and unsheathed the sword.

"You need to concentrate and have the item you want it to become envisioned in your mind" Ellie told me, her hand settled on my shoulders as she watched my sword. Envion it huh? Alright, all I wanted was a lighter and easier to wield sword… perhaps a bastards blade? Yah a bastards blade! The sword grew lighter and a tiny bit shorter, I opened my eyes and the sword was exactly as I envisioned it.

"Oooh what kind of sword is that?" Ellie asked surprised, wait… did bastard blades not exist in any of the worlds?

"It's a bastard's blade, it's lighter and shorter than a greatsword. Now it may give up length and weight but you also gain the ability to wield it with either one hand or two hands. It's actually very similar to the one handed longsword in some areas" I explained, taking a few practice swings I found myself happy with it and sheathed it again, surprisingly the sheath had changed to fit the sword.

"Oh… I've never heard of one of those, are they something from your world?" I shook my head, I still didn't know much about my world or anything about my past. Actually the only connection I had with my world was the continuing appearance of the girl who said she was my sister. That and the few memories of a child being beaten continuously by other children. The thought of such things happening in my world made anger start to fill my body, the corruption coursing through my veins only amplified my emotions which didn't help at all.

"Alright I think we should resume walking, maybe we will find some monsters and I can get some practice with the swords new form" I laughed, my anger deflated enough for me to continue normally. Sadly this corruption was constantly pressing on all my emotions and my mind, whispering things into my ear and trying to get me to lash out.

"Ok, so sora, have you ever thought about being in a relationship?" Shu asked, this question was so sudden! Where did it come from?!

"Uh n-no why!" I almost yelled out that last word, Shu just smiled and replied as if it was nothing.

"It just seemed like you and my master are in a relationship, mostly about how close you are and how you act with each other…" my cheeks heated up in an instant and I turned away from the slime and the blushing fairy. The corruption started to amplify everything around me, I had to cool off right now before I did something I would regret.

"Hahaha!" I let out the best fake laugh I could muster. "If i'm going to be in a relationship… I would want it to be… a harem! Yah!" what was I thinking! A harem! What the hell! Why would I say something so embarrassing! "Ah it looks like we're getting close to something! Lets go!" Without letting anyone respond to what I said I used the corrupted energy in my body to help me suddenly start running.

I really didn't want to continue the conversation at all, ever! Man why was my life like this?...
