Welcome to Day 25: Gazing into each others' eyes.
Luan was waiting for Benny to come, but had trouble standing the patience.
Benny had something special to show her.
Leni came downstairs to see Luan pacing back and forth.
"Everything okay, Luan?" Leni asked.
"I can't take it anymore, Leni," Luan said. "How much longer before Benny arrives?"
Leni told Luan, "I'm sure he's on his way over here. He did say something special was in store".
Seconds later, as if on cue, Benny knocked on the door. Luan went to open it.
"Hey Benny," Luan said.
"Hey Luan," Benny said. "Are you ready for something special?"
"You know I am," Luan said.
"Let's go," Benny said.
The 2 of them went to the park where they got a good view of the sunset.
"Have fun," Leni said to them.
The second they arrived, Luan saw the beautiful sunset. She then gazed over at Benny.
"This is so beautiful," Luan said. "I love it".
"I knew you would," Benny said while gazing at Luan. "I have something else".
He then pulled out a special ring.
"Luan," he said. "It's a cold world out there. We've been dating for just about a year now. I don't wanna lose you. I want to know right now. Luan Loud, will you marry me?"
"Oh my god," Luan said. "Yes. Yes I do".
She continued gazing at Benny while he slipped the ring on her.
"This ring is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen," Luan said to him. "Where on Earth did you find it?"
Benny answered, "my mom wore it to her wedding when she got married. She said that when the time comes for me to get married, I can use it".
Luan then said to him, "that's awesome. What happened to your dad?"
Benny told her, "he passed away while I was in middle school. As long as I am with you, on the other hand, it won't bother me as much".
The 2 of them continued gazing at each other as the sun continued to set, meaning the day was soon to switch to night.
"Oh my god," Luan said. "Look at that, Benny. Have you ever seen a more beautiful sunset in your life?"
"Not since I first arrived here in Royal Woods," Benny answered. "I barely get a chance to see something this beautiful with you. This really is amazing, Luan".
The 2 of them gazed at each other again.
"I still can't believe this is happening, Benny," Luan said.
"I can't believe it's happening either, Luan," Benny said. "The 2 of us, getting married? Both of our families are gonna be so proud of us".
Luan knew both of their families would be proud. The 2 of them continued to kiss away into the sunset. It was going to be a momentous occasion.
20 minutes later, Benny and Luan started making their way back to the Loud House. Neither of the 2 could believe this is happening. Benny and Luan were both holding hands.
"Thanks Benny," Luan said. "This is the most beautiful thing anyone could have ever given me".
"Anything for you, my love," Benny said. "I'm so happy that you enjoyed my little surprise. So, what do you think the theme should be"?
Luan told him, "well, whatever the theme should be, the main colors should definitely be blue and yellow".
"You got that right," Benny said. "Blue and yellow should definitely be the 2 main colors".
The 2 of them arrived back at the Loud House. They went inside and sat on the living room couch. Leni came downstairs and saw the 2 of them gazing at each other again. The 3 of them said hi to one another.
"So," Leni said. "I assume you liked what Benny had for you?"
"I did," Luan said. "You're not gonna believe it. Tell her Benny".
Benny told her, "Luan and I are getting married. I'm gonna be a member of the Loud family".
Leni commented, "that is totes amazing. All of our sisters were wondering when something like this would happen. Your wedding is gonna be so cool".
"We know," Benny said. "Tell whoever's coming to dress in blue and yellow, okay?"
Leni told them, "you totes got it, Benny".
None of the 3 of them could wait.
