"Leave Jack to me."

This guy had the audacity to follow North to his home at the North Pole. North shook his head.

What is wrong with this kid?

The guy must be in his early twenties if North is judging him on his appearance. But the guy was a spirit so North couldn't exactly say.

Jasper has black hair and was short but Jack was shorter. He sports black cargo pants and unexpectedly, a white hoddie. It wasn't a look that you'd expect from a summer spirit.

Though North guessed that Jack's attire wasn't what he'd expect for a winter spirit, too.

"You call us here." North gestured to his fellow guardians. "To tell us to leave Jack?"

Jasper shook his head and flailed his arms wildly in disagreement. "Goodness no! What I meant was stop hovering over his shoulder!"

Bunny raised an eyebrow. Just who is this kid? Bunny just turned away from Jack just one day and the next day North was saying that Jack has a brother and that the guy wanted to talk to them.

Bunny pinched the bridge of his nose, frowning. How come Jack has a whole complete family and none of them even knew it before?

Tooth was looking confused and Sandy was pondering.

"What exactly do you mean, mate?" Bunny gave up after a few minutes. He wanted to go and see Jack since North told them that Jack might be immortal by now. Maybe he can see Bunny.

"I'm just saying that the kid isn't familiar with so many people. He'll probably think you're just monitoring him if one of you is by his side every minute." Jasper sat down on the floor.

North immediately gestured for the Yetis to bring seats but Jasper waved him off.

"I'm fine." Jasper then looked at the guardians one by one.

"I'm a little surprised that not one of you ever saw me. I have been with Jack for like a long time ago." Jasper asked, thinking.

At that, the guardians looked at each other silently asking each other.

Jasper gave them a minute before stating. "Jack wasn't in your monitor, then"

"I know about you, mate" Bunny mumbled irritated.

Jasper leaned back and forth. "Well of course, you're with Spring" Bunny clicked his tongue.

Tooth raised her hand, "Can I ask how did you know Jack?"

Jasper put a finger in his lips. "It's a secret Toothiana."

Tooth pouted, looking at the ground. Jasper laughed.

"I'm his brother. I'm Mother Nature's son I've known of him since he was born as a spirit." Jasper went silent.

The guardians looked at each other again, thinking of the man's request after a minute.

"I just want you to keep it subtle and not crowd my poor little brother." Jasper gave them a sweet smile.

"Please I want to do my job." Jasper whispered. Something they all heard but the guy was already on his feet.

"Do you want to create a schedule? Like Bunny on Mondays, North on Fridays, Tooth and Sandy on days that they can?" Jasper said, walking around slowly with his hands on his pockets.

"No weekends please. We need day offs, too."

Bunny stumped his foot. "You're talking like you're the one we'll be visiting"

Jasper went near to the window.

"Well of course, I'll be with Jack most of the time. I'm his opposite and brother after all." Jasper jumped out of the window and the guardians all ran to the window shocked.

Jasper laughed at their dumbfounded faces.

"Think of the schedule, will ya?" and he took off.

That was tiring.

Jasper flew to the skies checking on his watch. He was on schedule on his job. He could take his time.

What is? Jasper smiled. He's still not used to Jack listening to him but it was a nice feeling.

I just talked to a bunch of stubborn adults who think they know what's good for kids like us.

Jasper wondered if Jack could sense that he was talking about the guardians. Maybe if Jasper stopped thinking, Jack will never know.

I see.

Jasper smirked. He was kinda getting the hang of it. Not thinking in sentences is blocking the other from his thoughts.

Jasper knew that Jack would have a hard time about this since Jack usually think in sentences as he tend to have full conversations with himself all the time.

Can I go to you now or are you still working with your penguins? Jasper waited for what felt like half an hour when Jack responded.

Why do you want to see me? Aren't you supposed to hate me? Or do you just want to use me for something?

Jasper hummed. He was ninety nine percent sure that Jack didn't meant to ask him that. The poor kid would never voice his negative thoughts about another person out loud.

I just want to see you. Now that you see me, we can bond like real brothers. Which we are.

Jasper changed his course. Jack doesn't seem to be focusing on any work right now so he might as well use this time to meet his brother.

Jasper knew his brother would never turn away any form of bonding time even if it was from an enemy.

Jasper wasn't an enemy though so Jack is one hundred percent safe.
