"Oh Chopper, long time no see" Jasper pat the penguin's head. The penguin only looked at him awkwardly.

"You know their names?" Jack asked skeptical.

"Of course, I've been coming here for a long time. I prefer cats and dogs though" Jasper entered Jack's living room through the window.

Jack just kept looking at him with wide eyes.

"Are you that surprised?" Jasper asked, ruffling Jack's hair.

"I never seen you before. How could you be here a lot of times? Old Man haven't mentioned you" Jack said softly.

"You'll know in time, my baby brother."

Jack pouted. I'm not a kid.

Jasper gave a hearty laugh. "Of course, of course. How about a game of hopscotch?"

Jasper was sitting in the floor of Toothiana's place just looking around.

"You know, I'm perfectly fine with going to North's. You didn't have to change your schedule for me."

Bunny snorted in agreement. The guy didn't need to know where their bases are. He already knew Norths.

"Nonesense. If we're going to compromise, we need to make a lot of adjustments" North bellowed, rubbing his belly.

Tooth cheerfully nodded.

Sandy was not here, currently attending to the kids and with Jack. Jasper was grateful that Jack could maintain a conversation with Sandy without the kid's mind thinking that he was a nuisance to the other.

Of course, maybe Sandy made Jack sleep but that is good, too. Jasper giggled a little.

"What's funny?" Bunny snapped, thumping his foot on the ground.

"Sorry, I just know that you hate high places and you don't like me." Jasper pondered, staring at Bunny. Bunny raised his eyebrow at the guy.

"You must like Jack"

Bunny burst out coughing. Jasper laughed at Bunny's reaction.

"Geez, my little bro is now popular. That's nice" Jasper slapped his knee, still laughing.

North laughed for a minute but then stopped. "How is Jack?" he asked obviously concerned.

"He's back to being immortal though you could still see brown threads in his head. He must be aging" Jasper said jokingly.

The three guardians gave a relieved sigh.

"He's busy though. He only had an hour before he needs to go tend to his job." Jasper said as matter of fact.

North stroke his beard. "When will he be free?"

Jasper stared at the big man for a second. "If you're asking me, when will he have time for any of you, I can say he always have time for you guys. Always had"

Jasper tilted his gaze, "Didn't you know that?"

North looked down at the sitting kid. This guy acts like he was so much mature than any of them but at the same time felt like he was genuinely confused as to why they don't know most things about their newest member.

North can see Jasper was not gloating but it sometimes sounds like it if he didn't hear his tone.

"Okay, then" Tooth cheerfully announced. She was buzzing like a bee, ordering her fairies.

"But you have to understand, we, seasonal spirits are busier that you are" Jasper cleared his throat.

Bunny could only glare down the sitting boy. "You don't know our job, kid. You can't know how busy we are"

Jasper stuck a tongue to Bunny. "I'm not belittling your work, Aster. I'm just saying your work revolves around the children."

Jasper then looked at the rest of the guardian. "Ours revolves around the land, animals and people. We worked around the clock. I can't even phantom the weight of Jack's job being the Sheppard of Winter AND a guardian"

The guardians nodded.

"That's why I asked you to have a schedule. Jack would drop everything if it comes to you guys but be aware of all the responsibilities in his shoulders. He might be a kid but he has those jobs and I'm sure as heck he can handle them well" Jasper stood up straight, cracking his back.

"Just don't overwhelm the guy. He's still not use to both of his job but don't make it look like you forgot about him" Jasper rubbed his eyes yawning.

"Oh! Would you like to sleep here?" Tooth offered, getting close. Jasper raised a hand.

"Thanks but no thanks. I'm needed somewhere"

"Snow globe?" North offered.

"Nah, thanks" Jasper took a glance at Bunny, silently asking.

"As you can see, you dill, I can't create a hole from high up." Bunny grumbled.

Jasper put a hand on Bunny's shoulder and gently squeezed it, "I'm glad you offered." He said smiling.

And quickly pushed Bunny to the edge.

Bunny panicked and hold on to Jasper tightly for his dear life. Jasper laughed.

"I'm taking you Kangaroo to Jack." Jasper called out to the two guardians, waving goodbye.

"I bet you miss him" Jasper turned to look at the man hugging him.

Bunny closed his mouth before he could puke.
