Spider-Man: Look out! It's your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man! Turns out the whole gang war was a set up. Not sure why, or how those Tech Soldiers are involved. This calls for an investigation. And who better to start investigating than Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of Crime.

BGM-Spider-Man 3 (Game) OST-Black Suit Theme #3

"HELP! SOMEBODY! HELP US!" yells a terrified woman, as she and few other civilians are being dragged into a back alley by Symbiote Snatchers during the night. They are being taken to a Symbiote Pod as the symbiotes throw civilians at it, one at a time. The Pod spits out tendrils and grabs the screaming civilians, absorbing them. Then seconds later, spits them out as new symbiotes like Symbiote Zombies, the silver-colored Symbiote Slashers, or even the Grimm-like Symbiote Beringel.

As the Pod spits out more symbiotes, Team Cinder watches it in horror as they still couldn't believe with their own eyes that Venom has effectively become the Symbiote version of Salem, secretly creating an army to conquer the world. Speaking of Venom, he is with his friends, but is feeling a strange and painful headache that forces him to sit on his knees while clenching onto his head, hoping it'll ease the pain, "AAAAGH…The paaaiiinnn!"

"Brock?" Cinder looks at him, then carefully approaches him an uncharacteristic concerned look on her face, "Eddie? Are you okay?"

"ARGH! W-We're fine…Still adjusting to this new power." said Venom, calming himself as he stands on his feet, "Our children…They are spreading. Pieces of us…Calling to us. Feels like I was being ripped apart, cell by cell."

"Take it easy, man. Why not take a break? You've been creating these Pods nonstop." Mercury says in concern for his friend as well.

"Why should we stop the spawning? Marvel at my greatest creation!" retorts Venom, gesturing to his Symbiote Pod absorbing another human.

"AAAAAAAAH!" screams a male civilian, as a Snatcher throws him into the Pod to be transformed into a symbiote.

"We have, and it's disgusting." Emerald quips with a disgusted expression of the hive.

Cinder crosses her arms while stoically watching another civilian being absorbed into the Symbiote Pod. "This isn't right." She muttered, which was loud enough for Venom to hear.

"Growing a heart for humanity? That is so unlike you." Venom quipped.

"Ironic, coming from you!" retorts Cinder, turning and glaring at her symbiote friend, "I could care less about what happens to these people, but YOU should. This isn't like you, Brock. You always swore to protect the innocent." She stated, knowing that something about Brock is different.

Venom says ominously, "What do you think we are doing? We are not harming them. We are saving them. Bonding them to a lifeforce that has existed since the dawn of time. The Symbiotes have seen THOUSANDS of worlds. MILLIONS of civilizations. Learned MANY secrets. Always with but one goal above all else: To…survive. We will share this knowledge with the rest of Humanity, as we bring them together to our utopia, and destroy those who will deny it." He said, frightening his human comrades with his speech.

Cinder scoffs stoically, "How heroic." She said sarcastically, "But is that really YOU talking, Brock? Because this is a drastic upgrade from just wanting to kill Spider-Man."

Enraged by her comment, Venom mysteriously transforms into something else. Something deadly. Something ancient. Red veins start forming all over his arms and legs. His eyespots have become a crimson spiral, porous holes appearing on his body as his spider-emblem turns into a red dragon. Roaring, the mysterious Ancient Venom grabs Cinder by the throat and brutally smashes her into a wall, pinning her there.

"WHY DO YOU CARE WHAT WE THINK?! YOU are just the child that cares for NOTHING but power! Do not PRETEND you have a heart for Brock! VENOM is in charge! Start respecting OUR POWER!" Ancient Venom threatens her before tossing her aside.

"Cinder!" shouts Emerald, rushing to her boss's aid. As Cinder starts to stand, the symbiotes creepily surround the criminal trio as if they are about to lunge at them for insulting their master.

"AAAAARGH…!" Suddenly, Venom feels another headache as he transforms back into his normal form, "The pain…My mind…Stop fighting me." He said, which got a curious eyebrow raise from Cinder. "Cease children." He calms himself enough to stop his horde from targeting his friends, "They did not mean to insult us. We are just tired from a long day of work. Perhaps we should take a break. Kids. Continue working for daddy as he goes find some brains to devour." said the Lethal Protector, ordering his children before swinging away from the back alley.

"Are you okay, Cinder?" Emerald asks in concern.

"Save your concerns for Brock. Did any of you notice that spiral on his face?" Cinder questions her associates.

Mercury nods with a one-arm shrug, "Yeah. That's new. Looked like he lost control. But I thought his new Grimm-Symbiote was supposed to fix that, not make it worse."

"Could Salem be controlling him?" Emerald wondered.

"Possibly. Or worse. Both of them are losing control of their symbiotes." Cinder claimed ominously.

Meanwhile with Spider-Man…

After stopping the gang war, the webbed wonder swings through the night sky of the city towards his next destination as he narrates, 'The armor on those assassins in the park meant they were from a well-financed organization. Thought I would start with the richest crimeboss in town and work my way down. That mean Mr. Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin. I decided to head for the Fisk Building, take a look around, and then see MJ in the morning. 'Course in my life, nothing seems to go as planned.'

Spider-Man spots Fisk Towers up ahead and fires a webline that zips him to the top of the building. 'The stylish headquarters of the FATTEST man in crime.' He jokes in his mind. Suddenly he senses something that got him glancing his surroundings, "Hold on. Something's up." He turns to a door, where is shocked to find Rouge the Bat flying alongside his former girlfriend, and master thief, Black Cat. He groans, "Oh no…Not her. What could Black Cat be working for Kingpin? And, what is Rouge the Bat doing in this dimension? Gotta follow them and find out." He says while watching them flee off Fisk Towers, towards another rooftop.

BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Black Cat Chase

'The Black Cat, Felicia Hardy. Up to her pretty little eyeballs in trouble again no doubt.' thinks Spidey, jumping off the rooftop and swings towards the thieves, 'This time with Rouge the Bat, a government agent from another dimension. Remember hearing from Knuckles she's also a jewelry thief. A cat and a bat. Two thieves that make a deadly combo, and apparently working for the worst crimeboss in the city.'

"HEY CRAZY LADIES! Don't pretend you don't know I'm talking to you!" shouts Spidey, swinging to pursue the thieves.

"I could never get enough of my little Spidey-Man!" quips Black Cat, smiling as she uses her claws to climb a tall building away from her former lover.

While flying through the sky, Rouge notice Spider-Man is not far behind her. She smiles, "Long time no see, Spider. Would love to catch up, but I don't want to be late for a meeting." She says before flying faster, towards the rooftop of a Roxxon building to meet up with Felicia.

"What are you doing here, Rouge? Did Mobius run out of jewels for you to steal?" quips Spidey, web-zipping towards the building.

Rouge smirks, "Not yet." She grabs Felicia's arm as she flies away, just mere seconds before the webslinger caught them, "Thought I come here and pull off the biggest heist between our two worlds with my new cat friend. The two of us have SO much in common." She lands her partner on a rooftop.

"A better couple than me and her." Spidey zips towards the rooftop and fires web shots at the thieves.

"Don't be jealous. I'll ALWAYS have eyes for you." quips Black Cat, dodging his webbing before running away.

"And priceless artifacts, paintings, statues, homeless black cats…" Spidey says while chasing them over several rooftops at great speed.

Cat smiles while swinging towards a rooftop with her grappling hook. "You know me so well."

"Felicia, please, just stop. C'mon." Spidey said, still on hot-pursuit of the thieves.

"Make me." Cat replied, zipping away with her grappling hook.

"Steal her a ring. That'll catch her heart." Rouge wisecracked.

"Oooh, I like that idea." Cat smirked, running alongside her fellow thief.

"I don't. We're too young for marriage. Not to mention I'm a hero and you're a THIEF! We're too incompatible." Spidey snarked.

"That didn't stop the many hugs and kisses." quips Felicia, performing flips on a rooftop.

"Don't even imply we did that stuff. Again, too young!" Spidey fires a webline at Felicia's back, only for her to narrowly avoid it while jumping down to the streets. He zips to the sidewalk to catch her, only for Rouge to swoop in and pick her up as they fly towards Spector Industries.

While watching the thieves fly away, Spidey catches a gaze of someone wearing high-tech armor and riding a Goblin Glider towards Spector Industries, as its alarms blare. His eyes widen in shock, "I must be seeing things. It CAN'T be…" He wonders if that was the Green Goblin he saw and immediately swings towards Spector Industries to uncover the truth.

BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Kingpin Henchmen (Black Suit)

Spider-Man zips towards the rooftop of Spector Industries to find more of those Tech Soldiers he fought at the park, this time finding goons riding their own gliders inspired by Green Goblin and goons wearing bulky red armor. "Spider-Man!" One of the Tech Fliers shouted upon spotting the wallcrawler.

"Whew. Thank god. For a second there, I thought you were the slightly more intimidating nutjob on a glider." quips Spidey, webstriking the flying thugs. "Seriously, who the heck are you people? You're not the Hobgoblin or the Green Goblin. You're just cheap knockoffs. More like Goblinettes ." He webs the flying thugs off their gliders.

As Spidey lands on the rooftop, one of the heavy-armored thugs hits him with a painful shoulder-tackle, knocking him away. "Prepared to be squashed, bug!" said a Tech Heavy as he grabs the flunged superhero and slowly crushes him with a bearhug.

Spidey struggles to break free from the thug's intense grasp, as he wasn't expecting these Tech Soldiers to be so tough. He growls while summoning the strength to break free, "Spiders aren't bugs…We're arachnids…So get…OFF!" He switches to his Black Suit and frees himself with a burst of tendrils, knocking the armored brute away. He then jumps on the Heavy and delivers to him brutal punches in rapid succession until his armor cracks. Spidey grabs him by the neck and throws onto another brute.

Two Tech Fliers throws bombs at Symbiote Spidey, who deflects one while throwing the other right back at a Flier, "Why are all you bad guys so into this Green Goblin stuff? The kids are into Doc Ock and Venom nowadays." He turns to a Tech Heavy, who swings a punch at him, but Spidey easily jumps over it and kicks him away, then knocks him off the roof with a tendrilized uppercut. But to his surprise, the Tech Heavy manages to stick his feet onto the wall of the building to save himself. "Hey! Wallcrawling's my shtick! You start spinning webs and I'll sue." He jumps onto the wall and tackles the Heavy. He quickly dodges his powerful punches before delivering a powerful uppercut that knocks him back onto the rooftop.

Spidey jumps back to the rooftop, only to be immediately surrounded by Tech Heavies. And worse, Black Cat and Rouge were spying on him before they left the scene with their escorts. "Bring it on! I don't care how many of you are-!" As Symbiote Spidey taunt the thugs, they were immediately shot down by a mysterious aircraft that is shaped as a crescent moon.

'Drop the device at once!' demanded Moon Knight, the heroic Blade of Vengeance with great mental problems.

"Moon Knight? Hello!" Spidey responded in surprise of this hero's appearance.

'Drop the device at ONCE!' Moon Knight repeated with a more threatening tone.

"Ugh, I was fighting the BAD GUYS. Can you see?" Spidey quipped.

'You were present at the robbery.' Moon Knight retorted.

"And trying to STOP IT! Now let's chase all the robbers!" Spidey responded.

Moon Knight pauses, as if he's speaking to someone else before responding, '…You speak the truth to Khonshu. Let us pursue them.'

Spidey dryly shakes his head, "And I thought I was nuts."

BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Boss Fight

Spider-Man jumps atop of the Moon Copter, as Moon Knight fly towards the thieves and their escorts. They pursue them to a rooftop, where the Tech Fliers start shooting the Moon Copter. 'I will handle the thugs. You stop Black Cat and her partner.' ordered Moon Knight, shooting the fliers with his aircraft.

"Works for me." Spidey jumps off the vehicle and confronts Black Cat and Rouge.

"Hello lover. Isn't it a beautiful night?" Black Cat flirts with her ex-boyfriend, unsheathing her claws and starts swiping at him, who swiftly dodges them.

"What's going on here? Are you and Rouge actually working for Mr. Monster Butt? What did you steal?" retorts Spidey, countering her speedy claw swipes with a powerful punch that that knocks her backwards.

"Oh, this?" Rouge takes out a small device to tauntingly wave at him, "Come and get it." She takes to the skies and flies around the webslinger, throwing bombs at him. He dodges the bombs, except for one which he throws back with his webbing to disorient the bat thief with the explosion. He webstrikes her, then delivers to her a few punches and kicks before getting flip-kicked. "Now that's no way to treat a lady. Didn't you learn any manners?" She quips, throwing the device to Felicia before flying towards Peter with her Screw Kick.

"I've got manners, but you're no lady, 'cause a lady doesn't steal other people's tech!" quips Spidey, backflipping away from her tornado kick.

"This lady sure does!" Felicia surprises him with a flying kick to his chest. "But do you know what I REALLY want? I want YOU! This city is going to be OURS. You just wait and see!" She cracks her whip on Spidey, who dodges it and counters with a large web blast that knocks her back.

"Alright Felicia, let's put an end to this. Someone could get seriously hurt." Spidey webs her feet to the ground to prevent her from moving.

"Ohohoh, I seriously want that. Bring it on." Felicia smiles, cutting away the webbing with her claws.

Black Cat hurls explosive traps at Spidey, who easily dodges them but was unable to dodge Rouge's kick as he gets smashes onto a rooftop object. "Aww. Did the Spider forgot to wear his lucky charm tonight?" Rouge smirkingly teases him.

"Very funny, Rouge." Spidey flips back onto his feet to continue his fight with the thieves. Before they could keep fighting, a squadron of Tech Fliers show up to pick up the thieves and fly them to another rooftop. "Moon Knight, keep at it with those Goblin fakers!" said Spidey, webstriking some Fliers while on his way towards the thieves.

'At once!' Moon Knight shoots down the Fliers, as well as their reinforcements.

Just as he lands on the rooftop, Spidey swiftly slides under Rouge's Screw Kick, "Oh goody, another round of 'Kick the Spider'." He quips, grabbing the bat with webbing and throwing him onto a wall.

"You know you love it as much as I do." quips Felicia, pulling him with her grappling hook to swipe his mask, knocking him away.

"I've already had my fill of psychotic kitty cats and bats." Spidey webs the cat thief, zipping and flipkicking her straight into the air.

"You may never know what we might do." smiles Felicia, prompting Rouge to throw a bomb behind Spidey that shocks him. Felicia comes down from the air with an impressive display of agility, attempting to use her grappling hook to hit Peter upon landing.

"No, I think I do." quips Peter, quickly recovering and leaps away from her ground pound.

"Only one way to find out." Rouge flies towards him with another Screw Kick. Spidey creates a web shield to defend himself, but it was in vain as her Screw Kick pierces through the webbing and smashes him into a wall.

"Rouge, I'm doing my best to hold back. You and Felicia keep pushing." Spidey zips himself off the wall and attempts to hit Rouge with a flying kick.

"Holding back on us?" Rouge easily flies away from his flying kick. "You'll regret that." She attempts to kick and slap Spidey, but the webhead dodges and attempts to punch her. Rouge simply flips out of the way, "I'm beginning to think you're getting to me just as much as Knuckles."

"And I'm beginning to think you're not exactly normal. Are you?" Spidey retorts with rapid spinning kick that she blocks with her own kick.

"This question brought to you by the human spider wearing a stylish black suit." Rouge quipped, complimenting his Black Suit.

Spidey switches to his Red Suit, "It is? What 'bout the classic red-and-blue?"

"Not as sexy." quips Black Cat, nearly surprising him with a deadly whip attack if it wasn't for his Spider-Sense.

"I wouldn't call wearing an evil alien costume 'sexy'." Spidey retorts with a few web balls hitting the thieves.

'Spider-Man! More Fliers inbound! Can't hold them all!' Moon Knight informs him, as another batch of Tech Fliers arrive to pick up the thieves and escort them to another rooftop.

"Round three, lover. Ready to be knocked out by a girl?" Felicia taunts him towards their new battleground.

"If so, then that would make you and Rouge the 13th and 14th woman respectively that've beaten my butt." quips Peter, webstriking the Fliers before landing on their rooftop.

"13 IS my favorite number. This fight has just gotten a whole lot special." Black Cat uses her enhanced speed to clash evenly with Spidey, managing to scratch his costume with her sharp claws.

As Rouge prepares to swoop him while he's distracted fighting Black Cat, Peter quips, "This fight has dragged on long enough!" He senses the bat coming and easily backflips over her quick swoop and webstrikes her to the ground, nearly knocking her unconscious. The webslinger dodges a vicious swipe from Felicia before shocking her with taser webbing, leaving her vulnerable to a finishing blow.

That last attack knocked back Black Cat, causing her to hold onto her stomach while panting in exhaustion from the fight. She glares at her former lover before covering her face in shame, then jumps down to another rooftop, standing next to a water tank stand to cool off and heal.

"Felicia?" Spidey scratches his head, wondering what is wrong with his ex-girlfriend.

'Spider-Man, I have forced the tech thugs to retreat. What do we do about these thieves?' Moon Knight asks him from his aircraft.

Spidey kneels next to Rouge, checking if she's okay as she slowly recovers from the battle. "Keep an eye on Rouge. And be nice and gentle. She may be a thief, but she's also a friend with answers." He orders Moon Knight. "I'm gonna check on Black Cat."

The webslinger jumps to the rooftop where Black Cat is recovering the battle. He confronts her, gently placing his hand on her shoulder from behind, "Are you okay? I told you to lay off-." His Spider-Sense tingles as Felicia swipes her claws at him, but none of them are connecting thanks to his peerless reflexes. He backs off and hits her with a dropkick, knocking her off the building, much to his shock and horror, "CAAAAT!" He rushes off the edge of the roof, skydiving towards Felicia. He shoots out two weblines to speed himself up and catches her, "Gotcha." He swings through the city, with her in tow as she regains consciousness. The former lovers look at each other, for a moment before Felicia slaps him. She bounces off of him, then uses her grappling hook to swing away on her own. "Felicia! What NOW? Why is she such a headache machine?" He asks himself in frustration, deciding to chase his ex-girlfriend through the city.

The confused webslinger chased his ex to the balcony of her nice, and possibly expensive, penthouse, glancing to find no signs of her anywhere, "Felicia! You in here? …Here kitty, kitty, kitty."

"I'm right here, you idiot." retorts Felicia, sitting on a small staircase while getting his attention.

"Uhhhh…sooo…Are you okay? I'm not sure what's going on." He said awkwardly to his ex-girlfriend.

"Look, I'm a screw up, okay?" Felicia retorted.

"Ya think?" Peter quips, "You're working with Rouge. The both of you do a heist for Kingpin. Try to kill me…"

Felicia quickly stands up to confront him, "We were working from the INSIDE!" She retorted, "Rouge has her own plans, but I get in over my head, then I couldn't get out of it, and then YOU show up way too early, and I get this huge RUSH from seeing you-!" She turns away from him.

"You attacked ME!" Spidey retorts to the argument, "An-And what do you mean I showed up early?!"

"I was doing it for YOU!" Felicia hits his chest with a pointy finger, "So you can see we were MADE for each other!" She explains herself as she still has feelings for Peter.

BGM-Spider-Man 2 (Game) OST-Breaking up with Cat

"Oh." said Peter, as his eyes widen in nonchalant shock. He frowns under his mask, "I'm sorry. I-I had no idea you still felt like-."

"Really?" Felicia cuts him off, "Well guess what? I do. I still love you." She sighs, "Look at us! Wearing these stupid masks. Who are we really? We have all these powers and act like we're ashamed of them." She suddenly pulls Peter's face for a quick kiss through his mask, "BE with me. Together we can be whatever we want. FREE from want. FREE from responsibility. Free to have FUN! You do like fun don't you?" She asks, flirtatiously moving her body to tempt him into being her boyfriend again.

'She's right. We could use a little more fun in our life.' said the inner and calm voice of the Black Suit again, pushing Peter to restart his relationship with Felicia.

Peter's inner voice argues, 'Maybe. But that would require abandoning the life of Peter Parker. Besides, I'm still with-.'

'With WHO?' The symbiote retorts, 'We broke up with MJ. With Yang. We barely dated Betty and Blake. Two of those girls we love live in a completely different dimension. We can't balance that. Black Cat lives in THIS world. She is the perfect girl. The only one who can keep up with us to stop the Kingpin!'

Peter pauses for a moment as the symbiote nearly takes over his body, '…No…No!' The symbiote stops midway on the torso, 'There are other ways to stop Kingpin! And Black Cat…She has only loved the spider, not the man. MJ and the others love all of me. I'm not like Cat. I can't live the life that she does. My powers came with a responsibility, and I NEED the balance of a normal life. Being Spider-Man is who I am. But…being Peter Parker, is who I am too.'

The symbiote retracts completely as Red Suited Spider-Man pushes himself away from Black Cat. "I can't do that…and you know it, Felicia." He told her, decided not to restart their romantic relationship.

"Can't, or won't?" Felicia asks with a stern glare.

Peter pauses for a moment, then looks at her, "…Same thing." before launching a webline to swing himself away from the penthouse, leaving Felicia alone, mad, and sad.

Elsewhere in Manhattan…

"OOOOOHHHH, THE PAIN! IT HURTS! IT HURTS!" screams a red symbiotic monster that resembles Venom, but doesn't seem to be part of his growing symbiote horde as it is walking pass the corpses of the many victims that it killed in the most gruesome ways. Its chest beats in pain while glowing a mysterious yellow, coming from within his body, "Ah, come on! I hate this. I don't want it! What it'll take to stop you from hurting me?" He asks while being very vague to himself.

BGM-X-Men Legends OST-Sentinel Lab (Action)

Right on cue, the symbiotic killer notices a truck belonging to Wilson Fisk about to drive pass him, sensing something powerful in the back of the truck. He lunges through the window, quickly killing the driver and passenger and causing the truck to crash into a building. The red symbiote then opens the back of the truck and find boxes containing ISO-8 crystals. He chuckles upon recognizing the crystals, "Oh yeah! THESE should help me put it down for a while!" He quickly devours all of the crystals, enhancing his strength exponentially while causing the mysterious chest glow to subside, "Ahhhh. Feeling MUCH better. But it won't be long 'til it returns. Now I know how mother felt when she went through electroshock treatments when having me. The thought of this happening to me SICKENS me. Need to hurry and hide. Kill it soon before Daddy Venom finds out. If he does, or, WHEN he does, I'll make him regret cursing me with this pain in my chest and slice him into tiny daddy pieces! I SWEAR on my life that I will kill him, or my name isn't CARNAGE!" He declared, revealing himself as the infamous symbiotic serial killer, Carnage, and it would appear he is pregnant.

KFX Here: A lot is going on. Both Venom and Carnage are dealing with their own symbiote issues, and Black Cat is left heartbroken as the Black Suit is slowly corrupting the webslinger.
