Klaus and Caroline are engaged! But there are a whole lot of enemies who don't want this to happen. Caroline gets wrapped up in Mikaelson family drama when Dahlia, Finn, Mikael, Esther came back, Exes come to stop them. Hybrids who broke their sire bonds come to kill Caroline. Elijah is adamant to make Klaus through with the wedding because he thinks Caroline is the one for him.

1. Chapter 1

A Klaroline Wedding:

Chapter One: Engagement.

Author's Note: Hey everyone! Klaroline fanfic.

"One hell of an arrangement this!" Klaus Mikaelson came inside, holding a gift in his hands.

"Oh, Klaus, you are hear already!" Caroline said, "I said those go in the back!" She snapped at an employee of the Mystic Grill.

She came down from the bar, from where she was examining all the arrangements.

"You really outdid yourself today, love!" Klaus told her.

"Of course, I did, Josie and Lizzie don't have to merge," Caroline smiled. "A cause for celebration!"

"Of course!" He said, smiling darkly, "But that might not be the only cause of celebration today!"

"What else could be?"

"A surprise!" He displayed a one sided smile, which deepened the dimple on one side. "For later!"

"Oh, Klaus, you know I hate surprises!"

"You'll like this one!"

He disappeared, as other guests started to arrive, and Caroline forgot about it, busy with meeting and greeting the guests.

"So Klaus has a surprise for me!?" She sat next to Bonnie, in front of Elena.

"And it is killing you!" Bonnie said.

"YES!" Caroline sighed, "You know how much I hate surprises!"

"So just ask him!" Elena said,

"He won't tell me," Caroline looked over to Klaus, who was sitting with Hayley and Elijah. He caught her eye, and smiled.

"He's all secretive about it!" She said.

"Whose being secretive?" They were joined by Damon Salvatore. Who brought a bottle of Bourbon from the bar.

"Klaus!"

"Oh that nut bag!" Damon cracked open the bottle, "Better run then, lunatic will blow up the grill!"

"Seriously!" Caroline threw him an annoyed look. "You should remember, it will be even easy to kill you, when you are a human."

"Sorry, Blondie!" He grinned cheekily.

"So what was the surprise!?" Caroline finally took a seat opposite to him, leaving the guests to Alaric. As she saw Elijah and Hayley leave with Hope.

"What's the rush, Love?"

"Oh, come on, you know I hate..."

"Surprises!" Klaus completed the sentence, "I know you hate surprises, Love!"

"Then just tell me already!" Caroline said impatiently.

"Okay!" Klaus reached over and held her hand, "Let's go outside!"
