Ember found herself wandering around a retro chic store thumbing through leather jackets. They varied from sheep hide and cow hide but none seemed to be what she was looking for. "Black with white, solid black" plain jane jackets nothing. One by one Ember kept sorting looking for the perfect jacket.

"I know you're not one for conforming Ember but i think the mens jackets might be a little big one you"

That voice. Any other day she would be thrilled to hear it but not when she was shopping for her baby pop, "Kitty" she nervously greeted "yeah i know they'd be huge on me but the womens selection was just to, wanna be Blade for me" Ember lied.

Kitty gave her a warm hug "when did you get back? Desiree is all ready to pounce since Danny's back in town" she exclaimed.

Ember had to force down her bubbling rage, Danny is hers no way Desiree was getting her hands on him. But quickly took a calming breath she couldn't let Kitty know.

"Doesn't matter Kitty the game is already over" she stated with a fake grin " I already had Danny boy"

"oh is that so? Care to share?" Desiree's voice called from the other side of belt rack.

"crap"

Now she had to do something, she couldn't flat out say she tagged along with Danny for 3 months met his adorable clone sister and took a liking to him. Ember was stuck but if she was to avoid bringing this game to light ever again it had to be over. "yeah i had phantom last night, and i rode that boy like a bronco"

Why? Why did she go that route. This was a public store in Amity Park Danny knew people and sure enough his fan girls would take any gossip back to him for a chance at his heart. " I tell you it was good, Full on rodeo and that body my god... 3 consecutive visits to the pearly gates last night ladies, the boy knows exactly what to do to finish the job"

Ember couldn't believe she was divulging actual parts of her first night with Danny and didn't know why. This was embarrassing but she was bragging.

Desiree however was grinning like a villain with smug satisfaction "oh wow awesome wish Spectra phantom sounds like a real treat"

A wish. Spectra wished for Ember to spill the beans.

"well Ember now that you've won are you done with young Danny?" Spectra asked as her forked tongue tasted the air.

Not on your life. Is what Ember should have said. "Phantoms just a toy once im bored with him you can have a turn"

Ember was now kicking herself. She didn't mean that Danny was hers and hers alone so why was she doing this.

"Emy?"

Oh no. That name, that voice. If Ember still had a heart, it would stop beating right now as a teenage girl walked down the isle. Dani walked toward her with her arms full of hoodies and cargo pants. The look on her cute little face made Ember turn cold her big blue eyes swelled with tears , her bottom lip was trembling as if she was fighting to keep it in place. "Emy? You don't mean that do you?" Dani asked with a qivering voice.

"Emy?" Spectra snickered towards Ember "who exactly is the happy meal Ember? Her sorrow tastes, familiar" she hissed as she approached Dani with a menacing stare.

"Spectra back off!" Kitty snapped "she came in with counsilor Fenton and her mother so she's under Danny's protection"

Spectra stopped in her tracks "now why would a cute thing like this, whose shopping with the Fentons be calling Ember a cute name?" she asked looking at Ember with a sinister smirk.

"I'm Dani Fenton! Ember is my friend" Dani snapped. Her eyes quickly darted back to Ember the anger and hurt in her eyes bored right to Embers core. "Why were you saying that Ember? I thought Danny was your friend?"

Ember. Her own name stung like a spear to the soul she was Ember not Emy. The pop idol looked away. She couldn't look at Dani, not after what the little halfa over heard.

"did you ever care about my brother?" Dani asked fighting to surpress her anger. Ember acted like such a good friend when they were in Montreal but here she was admitting she didn't care about Danny.

"Dani..." Ember knelt down and reached out her hand to the little halfa but Dani pulled away as if Ember would burn her. A reaction that brought pain to the pop idol. She had come to like the little pint size and having her pull away like that just showed how she had hurt her. "It's complicated. When you're older..."

"Oh that is such a load!" Dani shouted her eyes sparked a furious emerald green directed at the pop idol. "yes or no simple as that!" the little halfa was suddenly becoming very intense her eyes so full of anger and betrayal.

Watching the argument transpire left the 3 ghosts in slight awe, but it was Kitty who spoke on it first. "it was Dani, right?" she asked as she knelt down causing Dani to slightly recoil. "My name is Kitty, you're Danny's little sister?"

Dani nodded.

"I know your brother even before he became famous anyway don't be too mad with Emy okay, she's not good at being honest with her feelings if she's been hanging out with your big bro for more than a week then yes she cares about him" Kitty explained a whisper so the others wouldn't hear. "so between us girls how long have they been hanging out?"

Dani stood still for a brief moment as she thought on her response "Danny said he spent three months traveling the states looking for me and we spent the last month in Montreal and Emy was with him since day one so yeah three months" Dani replied.

Kitties eyes widended with both shock and excitment as she looked over to her best friend "you naughty siren, Emy" she laughed.

Ember let out a soft growl as her nails dug into her arm "lets set the record straight only the pipsqueak gets away with calling me Emy. Anybody else will get their head busted"

"There's your answer shorty" Kitty laughed "if you can call her cute names and no one else can it means you're special and therefore so is your brother" Kitty assured her. "So Ember 3 months? Have you marked him yet?"

Ember looked away from Kitty as her cheeks took on a red tinge but it quickly faded as she realized something "Hey pipsqueak, what are you doing here i thought you were meeting your parents this morning?"

A mischivous smile shot across Dani's face "oh that? Yeah that was fun"

(flash back)

"Daniel James Fenton!" Madie screamed. She couldn't believe what she was hearing had Dani said girlfriend she would have been a little calmer but cuddle buddy, she knew what that meant, her son was a booty call.

"Mom it's not like you think, Dani only saw us snuggling on the couch" Danny blurted trying to ease his mothers hostility. Glaring at Dani for throwing him under the bus.

"oh," Dani innocently replied "was it still snuggling when it's in the same bed?" she was smirking as all the attention shifted back on her big brother. This was entertaining, if this was what it like having siblings and parents siding with her she could like having a family.

"Danny! Please tell me you were not indecent in front of Dani? She's far too innocent to be exposed to such things!" Jack exclaimed placing his hand n Danis head.

"what!? No never!"

"but you were indecent then?" Jazz chimed in.

"how did this become about me? I bring home a 14 year old female version of me and all you can focus on is my re-sex life" danny quickly corrected himself.

"So you admit it?" Madie gasped "Jack our sons a cheap booty call"

"hey! I am not cheap!"

"but you are somebodys booty call?" Jazz asked.

"not a booty call!" Danny groaned.

"but i heard Emy say your ass belongs to her" Dani added still trying to hide grin. She liked her new family.

"for the love of god Dani Why?"

"Danny don't cuss in front of your little sister Dani watch your language!"

Danny pinched the bridge of his nose, he was being out played by a 14 year old midget version of himself. "Mom Dani is moving into my old room so she's going to need well, everything" Danny sighed as he slid his black DP credit card across the table.

Dani stared at the card. She knew Danny was famous now but was he loaded to?

"I gotta get over to my place and unpack my stuff before meeting Tuck at the phantom zone by the way dad, Dani just finished off your reeses" he laughed as Jack stared down at the empty bowl on the table.

"ground rules young lady!" he heard his dad begin lecturing Danny as he phased out the door smiling to himself
