"This is the rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm..."

It was a 20-minute walk from where the group originally was to they eventually ended up. The closer they got to the metropolis, the more they heard upbeat music and passionate cheering. Parting a pile of tropical leaves to clear the path, the outsiders felt their jaws drop and their mouths elicit a gasp of amazement. A variety of multicolored Trolls that bore an uncanny resemblance to Tresillo and his Reggaeton Gang awaited with one crucial difference: feathers galore.

The citizens wore feathers with colors that extended beyond the rainbow. From red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple to onyx, azure, malachite, crimson, amethyst, and chartreuese, this group of Trolls was quite possibly the most colorful out of them all, beating out Techno, Funk, and even Pop. Another of their distinguishing features were their style of clothing that proved risque and sensual much to the outsiders' shock. The males either went shirtless or wore a button-up, collared shirt with denim pants and the sleeves folded to the elbows, exposing their chests and abs. The females, meanwhile, either wore two pieces with skirts or sleeveless midriff tops that closely took after bras and denim short shorts, unintentionally (or intentionally?) highlighting their sultry demeanor. The fashion choices echoed over to the children, who happily ran over with or without adult supervision as they excitedly banged drums and blew whistles.

"What is this place...?" Poppy breathed out.

"This is Cuidad Latina," Tresillo answered, "or Latin City in your language."

"We were one of the first subdivisions created in the wake of Pop's domination of the strings," Tambora elaborated, "The Latin Trolls don't discriminate against any kind and even shelter those without a home to call their own."

"Also..." Marimba thanked a nearby server for a plate of pulled pork sandwiches and shrimp quesadillas, "We have some of the best food you will ever eat."

At that moment, DJ Suki's nose caught a whiff of one of the sandwiches and secretly sneak one off the plate, munching down like she hadn't ate in years.

"I can attest to that fact."

"DJ!" Poppy and Branch were thanking the heavens above for one of their friends' awakening.

"What's up, my little dudes?" DJ spoke whilst eating, nearly choking on her food, "Where are we?"

"From what Marimba said, we're in Latin City," Poppy recalled, "This is the home of Reggaeton, one of the first subvisions of the Troll Tribes."

"Latin City...?" DJ Suki glanced around and her face broke into a wide grin, "Oh, yeah... I knew this place looked familiar."

"Familiar?" Branch and Poppy exchanged shocked glances, "Suki... Have you been here before?"

"Suki...?" Tresillo scanned the Pop Troll up and down and smiled, "Ah! I knew this chica sounded familiar as well! How you doing, girl?"

"Oh, I'm doing better than before..." DJ rubbed her chin, "Tresillo, was it?"

"You remembered."

"How could I forget?"

"This is the rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm..."

"You two know each other?" Wani eyed DJ Suki and Tresillo as they exchanged friendly smiles of acknowledgement. Nothing more, nothing less.

"Business partners."

"Best friends."

"¡Hola, amigo!"

From the corner of Tresillo's eyes, a flying Troll soared above the city and waved hello at the Reggaeton Leader. About the same size as them, he had bright yellow skin with red zigzag patterns and tiny, shiny feathers; a right cheek, green triangle marking; a long mohawk with red shiny feathers; matching and flaring tail feathers; a pair of green pants; and a red neckerchief adorned with glitter. Delight was hinted in his laughter as he performed loop-the-loops in midair and glided down to greet his friend.

"Speaking of which..." Tresillo shook his head as he chuckled.

"TRESILLLLOOOOO!" The avian Troll exclaimed, catching the attention of many a Latin Troll, who clamored and surrounded with apprasial, "And Marimba and Tambora! Welcome back to the neighborhood, you three! And I see you've brought back a bunch of amigos along for the ride!"

"Well, you know what they say," Tresillo shrugged, "The more, the merrier, huh?"

"Indeed, and I'm sure Lucas and Dulce will love them no matter what."

"This is the rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm of the night..."

The avian Troll gasped at the words spoken by the music booming in the background.

"I love this song!"

He then turned to an equally excited DJ, who stated the same at the same time and was met with surprised and incredulous stares.

"You too? Well, come on, then!"

Taking DJ and Tresillo by the hand, the avian Troll flew off and left a stunned group of Pop/K-Pop Trolls in their wake, prompting them to take off after them in pursuit. He gently let them down on a performing platform where a musical band was executing a musical sequence consisting of what appeared to be a blend of Pop, Hip-Hop, and Reggaeton. Tossing them a headset with a built-in microphone that amplified their singing into the speaker, DJ and Tresillo fell into the groove and subsequently got lost in the rhythm of the night.

("RITMO [Bad Boys For Life]" - The Black Eyed Peas & J Balvin)

The crowd gathered around the high stage and cheered on as the trio performed. DJ was the one singing "This is the rhythm of the night" for the desired echoing effect while Tresillo and the avian Troll sang the primary lyrics (the former Spanish, the latter English); the trio shared the chorus in equal measure.

Toda la noche rompemo' (Of the night)
Al otro día volvemo' (Oh, yeah)
Tú sabes como lo hacemo', baby
(This is the rhythm of the night)
Baby, tonight's like fuego (Of the night)
We 'bout to spend the dinero (Oh, yeah)
We party to the extremo, baby
(This is the rhythm of the night)

Poppy, Branch, and the others eventually made it to the front of the stage, watching in awe as DJ performing alongside Tresillo and the avian Troll in such an effortless and flawless manner. As they did, Trollex and CJ (who was now carried by Marimba) awoke and took in their surroundings.

"Is this...Latin City?"

Marimba chuckled and set down CJ, "Indeed it is, niña. Are you familiarized with it as much as your guardian?"

"Oh, am I..."

CJ turned her attention to her aunt, whom she cheered on.

Toda la noche rompemo' (Of the night)
Al otro día volvemo' (Oh, yeah)
Tú sabes como lo hacemo', baby
(This is the rhythm of the night)
Baby, tonight's like fuego (Of the night)
We 'bout to spend the dinero (Oh, yeah)
We party to the extremo, extremo, extremo, extremo, extremo

Tresillo was the first to take center stage with the first verse.

Glancing from CJ to DJ, Trollex watched as she flawlessly danced to the rhythm of the night. His blue cheeks being doused with ruby red, that pink pixelated heart of his also glowed brighter than before, attracting the attention of those around him.

This is the rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm of the night

As if in conjuction with the lyrics, Marimba and Tambora smirked in amusement and began to circle around Trollex.

Toda la noche rompemo' (Of the night) ["You want her now, don't you...?"]
Al otro día volvemo' (Oh, yeah) ["That's okay, she wants you now, too..."]
Tú sabes como lo hacemo', baby ["Boy, have you got a clue now, baby...?"]
(This is the rhythm of the night)
Baby, tonight's like fuego (Of the night)
We 'bout to spend the dinero (Oh, yeah)
We party to the extremo, baby
(This is the rhythm of the night)

Both girls taking one arm each, Marimba and Tambora launched Trollex and themselves onto the stage, where DJ, Tresillo, and the avian Troll were performing a highly choreographed dance number. They nearly stumbled and even stopped their performance when the trio landed in front of them, catching them off guard. A foreigner to their kind of music (although he found it quite alluring), the Techno King was to be taught a lesson in the school of Latin flair.

"Follow our lead," Marimba and Tambora whispered in each of Trollex's ears as they circled around him again..

"Which ones? You or you?"

. . .

"Yes."

Marimba went first...

The rhythm, the rebels, styles upon styles upon styles, I got several
Born to be wild 'cause I live like a daredevil
Live it up, hit 'em up, that's the scenario (2Pac)
I get around like a merry go (Rooftop)
I am on top of the pedestal (Flu shot)
I am so sick I need medical (Puta)
I learned that shit down in Mexico (Hahaha!)

...while Tambora went second.

The rhythm, the rebel, new and improved I be on a new level
(Oh, yeah)
That's how we do it, we buildin' like LEGOs (Oh, yeah)
Feel on the fire, you dealin' with fuego
Can't stop, I am addicted I never quit
Won't stop, don't need to speak to no therapist
No stop, keepin' it movin's the narrative
Nonstop, do it like woo, there it is

All the while, Trollex did his best to memorize and mimic their smooth moves before he just went along with what he had. His eyes meeting with DJ, he watched as she smiled proudly and joined in with him.

This is the rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm of the night

This in turn prompted Tresillo and the avian Troll to join in as well, followed by Marimba and Tambora.

Toda la noche rompemo' (Of the night)
Al otro día volvemo' (Oh, yeah)
Tú sabes como lo hacemo', baby
(This is the rhythm of the night)
Baby, tonight's like fuego (Of the night)

"RITMO!" The feathered Trolls shouted in unison before they cheered the group on.

"Ha, ha," Tresillo chuckled before turning to his avian friend, "You like that space?"

"How could I not?" The avian Troll high-fived him before noticing blood seeping from DJ's waist, "Ooh, chica. You're bleeding, are you not?"

"Oh, yeah," DJ weakly chuckled before wincing, "I really shouldn't been dancing that much...but it was a good song."

"A great one," The avian Troll corrected before he was met face-to-face with a now worried Trollex.

"Tresillo said you could help her?"

"That is correct. Follow me."

Marimba and Tambora peered down and gestured the below group to follow behind.

"You know, I've never met a Techno Troll up close and personal before," The avian Troll remarked, "I consider it a honor."

"Color me pleased," Trollex stuck his hand, "My name's Trollex, King of the Techno Trolls."

"Mine's Diogo," The avian Troll shook it, "Primo of the King and Princess of the Latin Trolls. Welcome to Latin City, Your Majesty."
