Even though Kyle had been in a good mood over the last few days after Brax unknowingly helped him through suicide thoughts, he still hadn't spoken to Heath during that time. Although Heath had been avoiding him as well, which probably wouldn't have helped it. But what did help was Kyle allowing himself to be around Ricky and Emilia more, although he was starting to feel depressed again knowing he wouldn't have that bond with Lillie.

Walking into the living room Brax sighed to himself, remembering everyone was at work apart from Kyle, who he wasn't allowing back yet. There had been a mix up with the delivery at Angelo's and he needed to go and sort it out. Kyle would have normally done it for him, but he wasn't ready for that kind of pressure, but was he going to be okay with being on hand to help Ricky if she needed anything?

"Everything okay?" Kyle asks as he walks out from the kitchen.

"Uh, not really. I need to quickly go to Angelo's to sort a delivery out. If Ricky needs help with anything, are you going to be okay with helping her? If not I can see if someone else could." Brax says.

"No, it's fine, I can do that." Kyle says, lightly smiling.

"You sure? I don't want you to feel pressured into doing it."

"Brax, it's fine. It's actually helping me with everything going on. You've got a good kid."

"Don't need to tell me twice." Brax proudly smiles. "Let me know if you change your mind, okay? I shouldn't be too long anyway."

"Okay." Kyle nods as Brax quickly heads into the flat before leaving, Kyle walking over to the flat doorway.

"Hey! I know what Brax said, but I don't need babysitting." Ricky smirks. "He's fussing over nothing."

"Don't worry about it." Kyle says, slowing walking over to where she was sat on the couch, Emilia in her arms.

"How are you feeling today?" She asks as Kyle sits down on the couch. "Sorry, I bet you're fed up of being asked that."

"It's fine, I'm doing okay." Kyle says, glancing down as he fiddles with his fingers, pulling his hoodie sleeve down a bit more.

"About what the police said, I can't imagine what you must be going through right now." Ricky sighs.

"I'm surprised it took them that long to call the search off. I just wish they didn't lead me along with false hope of finding Lillie when they obviously knew it wasn't likely." Kyle mutters.

"Do you really think they would do that?" Ricky frowns.

"Yeah." Kyle scoffs. "I knew the stuff they were saying about me when they found out. It's like they were expecting something like this to happen because I'm a Braxton."

"You were a great dad to Lillie, don't ever think differently. No one knew this was going to happen, and the police aren't there to judge, they're there to help. I know they haven't this time, but they tried their best." Ricky says, getting a small nod in reply. "You couldn't grab me my camera and the memory cards next to it could you?" She asks, Kyle nodding as he stands up to grab them, handing them to her before sitting back down.

"Are you going to take photos of Emilia?" Kyle frowns, watching her fiddle with the camera and memory cards in one hand whilst holding Emilia in the other. "Do you want a hand?"

"Nope, I've got it." She smiles, handing the camera over to him after finding the right card. "I've been hesitant about showing those to you, but I couldn't help it. I've made a card of all the photos of you and Lillie. I thought, if you agreed to it, you could choose your favourites and I could make a photo album for you." She says, slightly holding her breathe.

"Rick…"

"I'm sorry, it was a stupid idea. I knew I should have waited." Ricky moans, glancing down in the hopes she didn't upset him again.

"No, it's a great idea." Kyle says, lightly smiling as he goes through the photos. "I forgot about some of these." He mutters to himself.

"Really? You'd be okay with it?" She asks, smiling as he nods. "When would you like to start? I've got a pretty busy schedule but there's always room for you." She lightly jokes.

"Why don't we do it when you put Emilia down for a nap?" Kyle suggests. "Or is she not due one yet?"

"She's due one now actually, just don't tell Brax I broke the schedule." She laughs, making her way over to the cot to settle Emilia down whilst Kyle heads to the counter, placing the camera down as he sits on one of the stools.

Walking up the path, Brax noticed voices coming from inside the flat, so stops at the door with a smile as Ricky and Kyle were sat at the counter on the laptop, the camera next to them. Ricky had spoke to him about her idea first and he said it would be good for Kyle to look back on, and he guessed his brother liked the idea too.

"Hey! You're just in time." Ricky smiles. "We've nearly finished choosing all the photos for the photo album, but Emilia is bound to wake up any second. How about you have some daddy-daughter time?" She grins.

"Can't turn that down." Brax smirks, going to stand behind them and check some of the photos out whilst he waited.

The photos were being put into a file for now, so Ricky could make the album when she next had time. She wanted to keep that part of it a surprise for him, and he didn't have any arguments against it. He was full of emotions knowing that Ricky had taken photos, most of them without him knowing. They were special, and he didn't know how to thank her enough for doing it.

"Are you seriously putting that one in there?" Brax moans, pointing to the one where he was asleep with Lillie on his chest.

"Yes, that's my favourite!" Ricky laughs.

"And it's great leverage." Kyle smiles, Brax gently putting him into headlock.

"Even think about showing that photo to anyone, and you'll regret it." Brax firmly says, ruffling Kyle's hair as he lets go, noticing one of the other photos, of Marilyn and Lillie. "I didn't know you had that one." He says, pointing to it.

"It's from Lillie's naming day." Ricky says. "We thought it would be good to give to Marilyn, as she's still feeling really guilty."

"I can't blame her forever." Kyle mutters. "It could have happened to any of us."

"You've always had a good head on you." Brax says, just as Emilia wakes up, making it known to them.

"I'm glad Lillie was never that loud." Kyle says, slightly pulling a face.

"Emilia's definitely got a good pair of lungs on her. You should hear it at 3 in the morning!" Ricky shakes her head, glancing over at her daughter, who was now in Brax's arms.

"I have." Kyle scoffs.

"Sorry, has she woken you up a few times?"

"No, it's when I couldn't sleep and would go into the garden for some air. The people in the mums and baby group said as she gets older, if you try to ignore the cries for attention it can help, especially during the night." Kyle says.

"You won't catch me going to one of them." Brax scoffs.

"I didn't really have a choice." Kyle says, glancing at him in disbelief. "But then again, they wouldn't know what would hit them if you turned up." He smirks.

"Yeah, like that time you dragged me along when you first started going to them. That's why I sent Heath with you after that." Brax says, shaking his head at the mums there.

"You never mentioned this?" Ricky says.

"It's the only mum and baby group in the area, but they're all stuck up and want their babies to be vegans when they grow up. Brax got into an argument with one of them when we said Lillie wouldn't be vegan, because none of us are." Kyle says, smiling as Brax mutters something under his breathe.

"I won't suggest us going to one of the groups then." Ricky laughs, imaging how that would have went.

"They're pointless anyway. It's just so the other mums can show off the fancy stuff they bought their kid. Who even needs an electronic baby bouncer, just do it yourself." Brax moans, Kyle and Ricky smiling at each other.
