Since the time in the production area a comment that Cevher said has stuck in his mind…. He calls Cevher to help him understand what she said better
Cevher: Cemal… I didn't expect to her from you now that you are married…. Is there something I can do for you
Cemal: Cevher…. You have become family … Suna has told me how much you have helped her with the new line…. The reason why I'm calling is I need some help and you may be the one to help me…. When I first came here and you were showing me around production…. You made a comment that may help me now.
Cevher: What did I say that can help you
Cemal: You were showing your frustrations when you said…" no matter how much we do they always want more but don't ever give us any more in money. "
Cevher: It's true…. Suna here is rewarding those that give her their best…. Just like what she has been doing for me.
Cemal: It must be working that, Ali the master tailor called my father at how pleased he is with the new fabric. Is it because you selected the best workers or do you think that they are appreciated more with extra money.
Cevher: Cemal….. you will always get more if their is honey on the other end … Suna's ideas have changed how we work here…. You and Suna are the same….if you're thinking of doing similar with the other workers… it will be to your benefit in all areas

Cemal asks for his Production Head - Emir to come to his office.
Cemal: Emir…. I would like to run something past you that has stuck with me since I first came here and worked in production…..Do you know what each worker produces in a day or week.
Emir: not off the top of my head but I could easily come up with it.
Cemal: Emir…. Once you give me those numbers … we are going to implement an incentive plan whereby those workers that give us more production than what they are giving us now… will get an extra bonus each month in their pay check. The stipulation must be that that the quality must also be better.
Emir: Sir…. You are different than Gokhan….. The workers will like this idea
Cemal: it's going to be up to you and your crew chiefs to make it work. Your yearly bonus will come into play also…. If you make this work the way I think it will, we will all be much better off. Get me those numbers so I can get with Accounting to see how to implement this.
Cemal gets a call from Commissioner Hakan , who informs him as to how the sting is going to work.
Hakan: Now, that I have all the names of the players , we must be very tight lip about this… even your shipping crews can't know what we are planning…. Just tell your people… it's still business as usual so no possible leaks can come about. I want these people to continue to believe that you have no knowledge of what has been happening.
Cemal: I will let you know when they tell me that their shipment has arrived and ready for transporting
After the failed attempt to find real estate on their own, Suna went to the corporate office and asked who responsible in getting the guest houses for the company. She was given the name of Banu Vardan. Suna calls her.
Suna: Miss Vardan, I understand that you were responsible in acquiring the guest houses for the Gokdemir Holding Company. I'm in need of your services
Banu: Who am I speaking with
Suna: I'm Suna Gokdemir…. Can you meet me at my office in the Corporate Building
Banu: I had a cancellation this afternoon… would 2:00 work for you
Suna: That would be excellent, I'll inform security, that I will be expecting you
Banu arrives at the Gokdemir Corporate Building and is told to go to the executive floor where the receptionist brings her to Suna's office

Suna: With my husband being named President of Gokdemir Holdings and I'm the New Designer , our time has become very limited. We attempted to look at properties ourselves , but that was a disaster, in that's not our expertise. We need to find two properties… one for my mother-in - law and sister -in-law with her new baby and a place for my Husband and myself. We are presently staying at one of the guest houses, which is beautiful by the way… great taste on your part.
Banu: Let's start with your in- laws… what would they like, size, price, location
Suna: My sister -in - law would want a mansion, but my mother -in law definitely would not… so I would say something nice but not real extravagant, A yard for the baby to play as it grows…. A pretty view… my mother -in law would like that. .
Banu: If I may ask …. As head of the Gokdemir, why aren't you staying at the Gokdemir Mansion, that one of the most exclusive properties in all of Istanbul
Suna: It is and it's absolutely beautiful, but my husband and I need a place of our own, not extravagant, but nice and room for when we are blessed with children and definitely a view and not that far from the Corporate Office… we don't want to spend alot of time in Istanbul traffic. Our days are long enough as it is.
Banu: Let me put together a range of properties that I can bring up and then I will get a better idea as to find the perfect real estate for you and your in laws….. Give me a few days , and I will get back to you.
Suna: thank you… for agreeing to do this
Banu: It will be my pleasure
Suna calls Hulya and tells her of the real estate broker that she just hired, that should now make this search much easier and more realistic in finding the right propter for them.
Suna gets a call from Mister Ali about coming in for another fitting…. He wants this first creation to be perfect…. Suna agrees and heads to the tailor where she spends the next several hours in Mr Ali's hands, with pins and needles shaping her creation to fit as a mold to her body.

Suna: Banu could you show them…. Today I'll be tide up most of the day …. I'll test you their address and tell them when you will pick them up. Please let me know the ones they showed the most interest in.
Banu: Today I will gage as to what sparks their interest and then I should be able to give them better choices.
Suna: for now concentrate on them, Cemal and I have so much going on that our time is limited… make them happy first…. Talk to you soon
Suna arrives at the workshop and goes over the new designs and the fabrics that will be required.
Cevher: How many fabrics will we need
Suna: each design will have it's own unique fabric and Mr Ali said that for us to make a fashion statement, these twelve designs are a must … I know this is alot of work but it will payoff for all of us
Cevher: Cemal called me and wanted to understand the pay scale that you imposed… I told him how this crew is working extra hard to get what is needed to be done because they will be able to earn more money. You and Cemal are changing how this company runs … the workers will be pleased to work for bosses like yourselves.
Suna: thank you for sharing…. Cemal and I both want to make a difference…. With that in mind will we be able to make the deadline Mr Ali set?
Cevher: It will be tight but we will do it.
Suna: Thank you Cevher….. Hiring you was the best thing I did…. I now have to go get the final fitting for the first design.
Cevher: When't's completed will you show us…. Everyone wants to see the finish product
Suna: Of course I will , we are a team
Esra eagerly awaits the arrival of Banu. Upon arrival Banu introduces herself and starts asking questions to get a sense of what they may like.
Banu: Suna gave me a preliminary thoughts of what you may like, so these properties that you see today are just gaging samples… we more than likely will make several trips before we will find the right one. I promise you we will find the house that you both will like.
Hulya: Be patient with my daughter, her dreams over take her at times
Esra: What is wrong with dreaming ….. Cemal dreamed and now he king of Istanbul with Suna as his queen.
Banu: Suna wanted me to make sure that I made you both happy
Hulya: Suna has become a wonderful daughter.
Sami calls Cemal to get an update on their progress and what is happening with the sting operation.
Sami: Cemal have you heard anything from Hakan
Cemal: Dad he was here this morning and the only thing he said that it was on , but wouldn't tell me anything else… he didn't want any possible leaks
Sami: Every time I think of this, How quickly my life's work could have been destroyed by Gokhan… promise me son that when you and Suna have children … don't make the mistakes I made with Gokhan…. Remember Adana always…. Teach them that nothing comes easy and that you have earn everything

Cemal: Believe it or not… when you first stuck me in production, I did listen at the complaints…. Suna and I talked… she tested it out in the Workshop with the smaller crew and it's been working….. so now we are going full company …. Our increased out put will more the offset the increased wages. Suna has shown that her crew are putting out the best fabric available…. It's working.
Sami: each day you and Suna make me more proud
Cemal: Our first big test will be at that first board meeting where we begin to unveil what we have been doing
Sami: I'm not worried at all ….. if we get all of Gokhan's messes cleared up I'll sleep a lot better.
After Suna's final fitting Hasan returns her to her husband at the office where he suggests that they go out to eat.
Suna: Where do you want to go… I didn't think you liked that many restaurants
Cemal: It's a surprise…. I actually have paid attention to some of the better 5 star dining in Istanbul
Suna: You and 5 star dining…. Now this I have to see
Cemal: Hasan… you know where I want to go
Hasan: Yes sir…the best food in Istanbul
Suna: Hasan knows and I don't …. What have you been keeping from me
Hasan drives to the coast where the cart vendors are lined up ….. Suna smiles knows that her husband has not forgotten his roots with all the fame and glamor around them.
