BNHA Minecraft crossover.

Izuku/? Pairing to be voted on.

Rated M for later chapters. Izuku still looks the same as cannon, Inko is basically younger Inko since she never went stress eating. Minecraft dimensions in this will basically not be blocky but simular to if they were in a more realistic game, even if the mechanics are the same and blocks can still float.

Chapter 1: Screw the Nether

Fourteen year old Izuku Midoriya was once more running for his life. You may ask why he would be running for his life at such a young age, well it has to do with his quirk Crafter. The quirk was a multi purpose one, not only did it allow him a form of emergency transportation in the event of a grave injury at the expense of not being able to carry anything not made of his own DNA when it happened, he could also create various items all in a block based format, as did anything he broke and picked up became block based. Give him some small sticks and a piece of coal and he could make a flame torch that never went out unless it was submerged in water. Give him some obsidian stones and something to make fire and he could make a portal to the hellish Nether dimension. Currently said dimension was where he was running for his life in.

It had been common knowledge to him for a while that nine small coins could be turned into a iron bar over fifty times the combined mass of the coins and enough of the bars could be turned into pretty effective iron armor, all up his armor cost him only ¥337.50 for his entire set of armor which honestly was as much as he spent on lunch ($1 is about ¥100 give or take a few yen based on current economy as of writing this). Said armor was now almost destroyed if the creaking was an indication but it was keeping him alive. With a quick dodge to the right the sound of an explosion rung in his ears as for a sprouted on the ground around him. A mother shrieking cry only cemented the fact that his chaser was still in pursuit.

Turning about he pulled a fishing rod from thin air with a muted flash and cast the line, the hook sinking into the Ectoplasm of the giant ghost making it flash red once and give a cry of pain. With a sharp tug the creature was pulled into a much more manageable and closer range. Another muted flash saw a blue sword that shimmered with sparks appear and slash at the air, there was another flash of red and shriek from the ghostly creature as a arc of white shot from the sword leaving a gash in the creature before another one happened and with a burst of grey smoke, it disappeared leaving behind some glowing yellow and green orbs and four Crystallized tears remained on the red rocky dirt. Quickly he rushed over and picked them up making them vanish with a soft pop.

"Okay, now I just need to get to the portal." The teen sighed as he looked about the Hellish realm. "Wherever it was." He added with a groan as a line of ghostly hearts flashed at the edge of his vision, only two and a half were actually lit red, the rest were blacked out and opposite them was a small pork shank like symbol with four blacked out with the rest remaining colored. He wasn't going to be healing any time soon.

"Ree snek?" A guttural voice asked.

Spinning about Izuku's eyes widened at the sight before him. A Piglin. A humanoid boar in muted brown clothing and armed with a golden sword, not the most effective weapon around but the species was notoriously obsessed with the substance. "RRRRREEEEEEEE!" It roared as it charged at him, jumping over piles of the Hellish rock known as netherack in its direct path to him, only pausing to duck under a floating hunk of basalt before continuing its charge. With a shout of fear Izuku jumped up and tossed a small cube of dirt at the floor, it quickly expanded into a meter by meter block of dirt that somehow remained intact before repeating it four more times, leaving him well out of reach of the now circling Piglin.

The shimmer of purple of the portal was now visible from this height, only problem was it was on the other side of a river of lava and a full hundred meters bellow him. Izuku could only huff as he pulled out a notebook and begin to write down some quick calculations

100 meters down, roughly 50 meters across. Too far to bridge using blocks, he used the last trying to block off the magma cubes that were chasing him before and then the last to avoid the piglin. Looking through his inventory he could only sigh in resignation. He had two options, water bucket or ender pearl. Sadly given how fast water evaporated in the nether that left only the pearl as a viable option. A muted flash saw the solidified bile of an endermen appear in his hand. Taking careful aim he threw it in a long ark towards the cavern ceiling.

The second it smashed on the ground he was painfully teleported to the location where it hit, not even ten blocks from his portal back to earth. Across the river of lava and on the high up ledge the piglin roared in rage as it jumped up and down on the ledge. A loose rock saw if falling into the lava bellow with a shriek of shock. As izuku stepped into the portal the piglin surphased from the lava screeching like an enraged hog as it shook it's fist at him. With a purple wobble, distant whispering and a phantom like shriek he found himself back home, or well bellow it.

Izuku's portal was located in an old disused bomb shelter his mum had loaned out for him that was situated bellow their apartment, the only real stipulation there was about him using it was to make sure nothing exploded or caused problems. Pulling a lever on the wall saw a set of six pistons push blocks of solid iron across the portal sealing it off and stopping any potential dimension hopping piglin getting to earth. Putting his damaged armor on a stand izuku got to work looking for the remaining ingredients for a potion in his chest.

Glass bottles full of water, a fungus known as nether wart, blaze powder and the newly acquired ghast tears. Turning to the left he pored the blaze powder on the base of a stand shaped like an upside down T and began to hang three bottles from the sides of the main rod. Atop the rod was a small cavity which was hot enough to melt anything short of iron. In this he placed the nether wart followed by one of the best tears. The mixture flowed slowly down grooves in the sides of the rod towards the bottle, heating up as it went. With a soft nod he went over to another chest and pulled out several cooked blocky and pixelated pork chops. Munching on the overworld pig pork chops izuku watched as he slowly saw the heart meter refill as it bounced slightly in his vision. The sound of a sizzling splash drew his attention to the now glowing pink bottles of potion hanging on the rack. Picking them up and pocketing them in his personal storage dimension he made his way up the stairs that led to the door and opened it before locking it behind him with a old metal key that looked almost comically large. Continuing his way up the now spiraling staircases he made his way to the third floor and opened the fourth door in the hallway and went in. His apartment was small just like the others being only 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a combined laundry bathroom and a kitchen living area. He quickly found his mother Inko laying on the couch under a blanket with a cold pack on her head.

"Hey mum, I'm back." He gave a soft smile.

"You oday oney?" Inko asked with a stuffy nose.

"Yeah, this should help." Izuku stated as he handed one of the still warm bottles to his mother while he put the remaining two on the bench. With a weak nod Inko sipped at the glowing potion, slightly recoiling at the taste of old cabbage smell. Soon the small bottle was empty as Inko slowly sat up rubbing at her head. Inko was a tall woman, just pushing the 6ft mark with long green hair and a slim figure, trying to keep up with her son's crazy quirk had certainly kept her active, especially when he was a kid and kept turning small stones in the playground into giant cubes of cobblestone that could defy gravity.

"All better mum?" Izuku asked as he sat down besides her.

"I'm better Thank You." Inko smiled as she ruffled her son's hair. "Come on, its almost nine, you need to get to bed for school and I have to clean up this mess." She added as she looked at the small pile of tissues she had left piled on the floor by the couch. With a flick of her fingers the tissues flew into the bin by the kitchen sink. "Done. Now off the bed." She added sternly. "You took today off to help me and spent most of that looking for ingredients for that potion now bed mister."

"Okay, night mum." Izuku yawned as he made his way to his room, oblivious to the fact his green hair was covered entirely in ash white soot.

"So much like his father." Inko giggled as Izuku almost walked into the door frame before walking through properly. With a soft sigh Inko looked at the small photo above the TV of herself, a four year old Izuku and her white haired husband who's hair was as messy as Izuku's. his red eyes glinted with joy as they smiled at the camera. He had been on an extended business trip for the past nine years. Despite this he still called when he could and sent money to support them living in a much larger house than they currently did even without Izuku bringing home egg sized diamonds every once in a while they could afford a small manor but then izuku wouldn't be near his friends. "Come home soon Hisahi." She sighed forlornly as she made her way to her own bed.

End.
