Note: I don't really have anything to say, so let's get started with this chapter.

Chapter 4: Meet Klotz

Fear: the one word that was on Krystal's mind as the natives carried her to the altar. She wanted to be brave, but her instinct was telling her to scream for help. This was something that the vixen did not want to do, but the islanders cared less about her well-being. As they tied her to the altar, two white wolves started to beat a big gong. Several others began to beat drums and scream while standing on the wall. The Chief then came down, saying a phrase in his native language that invoked the infamous Klotz.

All of a sudden, the trees that were in front of Krystal were pushed away. Out from the trees came Klotz, who turned out to be a thirty-foot-tall silverback gorilla. Frightened for her life, Krystal screamed as the titan approached her. The huge ape looked at the scared vixen in astonishment. He had never seen such a beautiful creature before, not even when he was younger. Beating his chest, Klotz then reached for Krystal and grabbed her, tearing her free of the ropes before carrying her into the jungle. The natives went wild, cheering for their god as he claimed his new "Bride".

Meanwhile, the crew had reached the gate. Upon hearing Krystal's screams, Fox looked through the window of the gate. To his shock, the cobalt vixen was now in the clutches of a massive gorilla. The First Mate could tell that the ape was Klotz, given how the natives were chanting his name. Klotz then continued on through the jungle with Krystal in his hand, supposedly ignoring the vixen's terrified screams. With no time to spare, Fox gestured for the sailors to open the gate. They struggled with the pole before getting it down and tugging at the gate.

"That crazy monster's got Krystal!" Fox spoke, "Who's coming with me?"

"I'll go." The husky sailor said.

"Sure." The pigeon sailor spoke, "Me too."

"I'm going, sir." The frog sailor said.

"All right. Here you - and you -" Fox said as he selected sailors.

Wolf approached the vulpine, "What did you see?"

"Skipper, you stay here with half the men and guard this gate." Fox said to Captain Hare, "Don't let 'em close it."

"Who's got the bombs?" Wolf asked.

Jimmy came forward with the case of gas bombs.

"Come on, gentlemen." Fox said as he began to walk through the gate with Wolf and eleven sailors following him.

"Keep the gate open for us, Skipper!" Wolf shouted back before continuing on his walk, following Fox into the unknown.

The search for Klotz was proving to be utterly fruitless. It was still dark outside, so the group couldn't tell what direction the ape had gone with Krystal. However, Fox knew that, if any of them wanted to see Krystal alive, they needed to continue searching through the jungle.

"There's no telling where he's gone in this darkness." Wolf stopped in his tracks before wiping his forehead.

"He came through here." Fox said as he pointed to the branches on the ground, "Look at those broken branches."

"That's right. He's up ahead somewhere." The lupine said.

The First Mate looked up at the horizon, "Solar ought to be rising right about now."

"Listen to those birds." The filmmaker spoke as birds began chirping, "It's dawn all right."

Fox saw something on the ground, "Look here!"

He pointed to Klotz's footprint, which was massive. Everyone was shocked, having never seen anything like it before.

"Look at the size of that!" Wolf said, "He must be as big as a house! He's come this way, all right!"

"And he's heading that way." Fox pointed forward, "Come on!"

Everyone followed him, hastening on after Klotz.

"Keep those guns cocked." Wolf told the sailors.

"He's telling us!" A fennec in a black sweater said.

The group continued on through the jungle, following the direction Klotz went in.

"That's right." Fox said, "We're on his trail."

Several more of Klotz's footprints were visible.

"There!" The vulpine shouted as he saw the footprints.

Everyone hurried towards Fox, passing him. However, they came back.

"Look out! Look out!" The sailors cried.

They pointed to a massive, spike-tailed beast coming through the jungle that was partially masked by the trees.

"Great Venom," Wolf shouted, "that's something I didn't know about!"

"I get the idea there's a lot of things on this island you weren't expecting." Fox said.

The beast ran out towards them.

"Give me one of those bombs." Wolf said.

Jimmy handed him a gas bomb. The beast charged, causing the men to run. Only Fox and Wolf stood their ground. Fox fired his blaster at the beast, but it had no effect.

"It won't stop him!" The vulpine said as his blaster was empty.

Wolf threw the gas bomb at the beast, which caused it to stagger forward. Fox and Wolf threw themselves to opposite sides. Once they were flat on the ground, the beast collapsed, it's head just short of Fox. The sailors, who were huddled behind the shrubbery, stared at the beast as the First Mate and the filmmaker picked themselves up. They ran towards the two, moving forward at the beast.

"Wait a minute." Wolf said, "He's only knocked out."

He grabbed a blaster from one of the men and walked to the beast's head. Shooting at it through the ear, he saw the monster twitch before dying.

"I told you those gas bombs would bring down anything." Wolf said to Fox, "We'll get that ape alive."

"We're not trying to catch the ape," the vulpine stated, "we're trying to save the girl. Come on, we're losing time!"

The group followed him again, not hesitating in the slightest.

Everyone came across a hollow that was filled with fog, looking down.

"There's his foot again." Wolf said as he followed the tracks, "He's down in that hollow where the fog is."

"There's water down there." Fox said as he looked down, "Here."

The men listened closely, their ears picking up what sounded like water splashing.

"That's him, splashing through." Wolf spoke, "Come on."

The group ran into the fog, where they saw a couple of fallen trees that were half submerged by the bank. Klotz's footprints were in the mud, with sounds of the massive gorilla splashing out of the stream on the other side.

"He must have swum across." Fox said as he looked at the footprint, and then across the stream.

"That's out for us." Wolf stated, "We can't swim with guns and bombs."

"How about these for a raft?" The vulpine indicated logs that he saw around him.

"Yeah, that's it." The lupine said, "A raft."

"All right, boys, get busy." The First Mate said.

"Get some vines, Tim." The husky sailor said.

Tim, a coyote, ran to get some vines while the other sailors got logs.

"Pull 'em clear now." The pigeon sailor said.

The logs were bound together with vines, making a raft. The guns and the bombs were loaded on the raft with the men.

"Don't get the arms wet, boys." Wolf said.

"I'm watching them." The husky sailor said.

"Easy now." The pigeon sailor said as he helped another sailor on.

"All set?" Wolf shouted as he looked around, "All set, everybody?"

"All set." The sailors said, "Let 'er go."

"O. K." Everyone said in unison.

"Shove off." Fox said.

A few of the sailors, who were still on shore, pushed on the raft until they were waist deep before jumping aboard. The others used poles to push it towards the opposite bank. The raft moved across the stream through heavy fog. However, little did the group now, there were more dangers on Corneria's Skull.

Note: Oh boy, you can probably tell where this is going. However, if they want to see Krystal again, they're going to have to fight through threats on the island. Needless to say, there will be many noble sacrifices. What did you guys think about this chapter? Also, what is your opinion on the story so far?
