So this is a Wings Of Fire fanfic, set at the time when Darkstalker first came to the rainforest. I hope you like it, it's my first ever fanfiction.
All Starshine wanted was to sleep. But of course, her annoying sister, Blackmoon, would never let her.
"Wake up, Starshine!" Blackmoon called from the tree above, "some huge Nightwing is coming!"
"Wow, how amazing," Starshine muttered sarcastically, "a dragon FROM OUR OWN TRIBE-"
"Actually, Starshine," Blackmoon replied, "we're only HALF Nightwing. Now, there would be a lot more fuss if it was mum, anyway. They would start yelling about an Icewing invasion... They would probably think the same if it were me." (to be clear, the two sisters are from different hatchings, also Starshine is full Nightwing and Blackmoon is half and half)
"Fine. From MY own tribe." Starshine finished, but by now interested in what was happening.
"Oooh!" Blackmoon exclaimed, "its a whole load of them! Two Seawings as well!"
"Oh, fine. but when we get back you are the one who tells dad."
"Fine," Blackmoon replied, "but race you there!"
