Chapter 29 Ember Island
It's been a week since the celebration over the defeat of Vaatu and Unalaq on Asgard and since the world was finally at peace and united greatly for the first time in many years.
And of course since Sean and Korra decided to have a baby.
Korra right now had a pregnancy test in hand hoping it would be positive.
Sadly it turned negative making her sigh before throwing it away.
"I don't understand. I stopped taking the pill after we decided to have kids but nothing's working." Korra said.
"Korra it doesn't just happen over night. It takes time." Sean said holding her close making her sigh.
"What if...What if I can't have kids?" Korra asked afraid.
"Your more than capable of getting pregnant. Trust me I know." Sean said kissing her making her sigh.
"I just want this to work before another situation comes up that puts this on hold." Korra said rubbing her face.
"You know what? Maybe we should leave the city for a little while. Maybe some time away might help." Sean said.
"Like to Asgard like we planned?" Korra asked.
"Anywhere you want to go." Sean said making her smile before an idea came to her mind.
"I got a better idea. Wait here." Korra said running off.
"Now what is she up to?" Sean wondered what his wife was planning.
Korra arrived at Asami's mansion.
"Asami?" Korra called out looking for her before she peeked out of her room.
"Korra? Um...Is there any chance you could come back later?" Asami asked blushing.
"Huh?" Korra said before she took a closer look at her appearance.
Her hair was all messed up and she was sweaty and could see her bare shoulder. And looking around she saw Mako's shoes.
'Oh...Good GOD!' Korra yelled in her head realizing what was going on.
"Um right...I'll just...Wait outside!" Korra said bolting making her sigh in relief.
an hour later
Korra sat in a mediative position waiting for Asami to come out. After all the hours Sean and Tenzin put this into her head she finally had a grip on this.
Thats when she came out looking more decent.
"So...What was so important you needed to see me?" Asami asked trying to make this as less awkward as possible making her snicker.
"I'm so sorry about that." Korra giggled. "At least Ikki didn't barge in on you like she did me and Sean before the war." Korra said.
"Whatever. What did you need anyway?" Asami asked.
"Can we talk inside?" Korra asked.
"Sure." Asami said as they went inside before Korra noticed Mako's shoes were gone making her grin.
"He got out quick." Korra teased.
"HA HA HA. Now whats going on?" Asami said.
"You said you owned a vacation home at Ember island right?" Korra asked.
"Yeah. It's still in my family name. I was almost gonna sell it to save my company. What about it?" Asami asked.
"Can Sean and I borrow it for say...A week?" Korra asked hopeful making her raise an eyebrow.
"Ok whats going on?" Asami asked crossing her arms.
"What do you mean?" Korra asked confused.
"You can go anywhere in the world. Asgard, Egypt, Greece or anywhere else but you wanna go to Ember island which is the most romantic place in this part of the world? You two aren't having issues again are you?" Asami asked concerned.
"What? No of course not. The whole thing back when Unalaq was alive was a one time deal for us. No we're perfectly fine. We just...Decided to take a vacation after everything that happened." Korra said avoiding the full truth.
"But why there? Korra whats going on?" Asami asked making her sigh.
"You have to swear you won't tell anyone especially my parents." Korra said.
"Of course I won't tell them anything. What is it?" Asami asked making her smile.
"Sean and I trying to have a baby." Korra said shocking her.
"Y-Y-You're trying to have a baby?" Asami asked making sure she heard right making her nod holding her stomach.
"I was gonna wait until I was 20...But after him nearly dying from having his heart literally crushed by Vaatu...I decided I wanted to have one to have something to remember him by...Incase it does happen." Korra said.
"Korra." Asami said touched by how much she wanted a baby. "Sure. You two can have it for a week. Of course...I do have one condition." Asami said grinning making her raise an eyebrow.
"And that would be?" Korra asked.
"I want to be the godmother so I can spoil her." Asami said making her giggle.
"Who else would I pick? And what makes you think its gonna be a girl?" Korra asked.
"One your a tomboy." Asami said making her snort in amusement. "Two People say it's extremely common for two powerful people to have a daughter first. So it makes sense." Asami said making her laugh.
"Ok fine." Korra said hugging her. "Thank you." Korra said running off.
"Wait don't forget the key." Asami said making her freeze.
"Whoops." Korra said as she threw it to her. "Thanks." Korra said running back home.
"I'm kinda worried if her kids end up like her." Asami said to herself.
"I HEARD THAT!" Korra yelled annoyed making her giggle.
2 days later
"So let me get this straight." Sean said laughing as Spyro flew to Ember island in a remote part where Asami's family owned a large house. "You told Asami we're trying to have kids and we needed to borrow her vacation home here. And in exchange she wants to be the godmother?" Sean asked his wife amused making her giggle.
"I was gonna pick her anyway. Besides Katara told me of some romantic times she had with Aang here when they got older. This is even where they had Kya." Korra said.
"Huh. Well, hopefully this place is as good as people say. And if it helps you get pregnant then I'm fine." Sean said making her smile holding her stomach.
Soon enough they landed before Spyro flew away.
"Hello." Sean said seeing the house that was about the same size as Asami's mansion. "Well, Hiroshi was an angry fool but he had good tastes." Sean said as they went inside.
"Nice." Korra said before she walked upstairs to put her things away.
Sean of course was in the kitchen seeing the place was recently stocked up.
"Hmm. Looks Like Asami did us a favor and had the place stocked up." Sean said.
"Really?" Korra asked making him face her before chuckling seeing her already naked.
"You seriously have no shame." Sean said making her laugh.
"Oh this coming from the guy who made me unable to walk for 2 days straight when we moved into our house." Korra teased.
"How is that anything to be ashamed of?" Sean questioned before she kissed him.
"Just shut up and follow me." Korra said leading him upstairs.
"Oh jeez I wonder whats gonna happen." Sean said chuckling.
(Just teasing)
Korra smiled as she sat on the couch after an intense love making.
"If I'm not pregnant from that then we really need to spend a whole day doing that." Korra said grinning.
"You know they say the less you focus on something like this the more likely it is to happen." Sean said walking in the room without his armor making her blink.
"Wait really?" Korra asked.
"It makes sense if you think about it. When not thinking about something you really want so much it happens when you least expect it." Sean said making her grin at that thought. "Anyway I was thinking of maybe exploring the area for a little while. Get your mind off of the prior troubles your dumb uncle put us through." Sean said making her smile.
"Course. It Sounds fun." Korra said before heading upstairs to get changed while he watched her butt shake making her grin. "You still sure you don't have a favorite body part of me?" Korra asked spanking herself making him chuckle.
"Maybe just a little." Sean said making her laugh before going upstairs to change.
Korra was dressed in a two piece blue bikini as she and Sean walked through the back forests.
"It's beautiful back here." Korra said.
"Aye." Sean said before they came to a waterfall making Korra laugh before jumping in making him chuckle as he sat on the edge as she swam around before appeared next to him.
"I was so right for picking this place." Korra said making him laugh before she placed her arms on the edge. "Sean?" Korra asked.
"Yes?" Sean said.
"You don't...Think we're making a mistake by having a baby too early...Do you?" Korra asked making him smile before pulling her up as she sat on his lap.
"Korra...There is nothing wrong with wanting to have kids when your ready. And clearly both of us are. Why the sudden doubts?" Sean asked.
"Ares." Korra said making him frown guessing her concerns.
"Your concerned he'll use our kids as leverage to make me serve him once more." Sean said.
"Yeah. And make you repeat what happened all over again." Korra said before he kissed her.
"Korra, thats not gonna happen again. My father warned Ares he's not allowed to do anything towards me involving you or the others or kids we have. Or he'll face death and even he's not that stupid." Sean said making her smile feeling more at ease hearing that.
"I'm sorry for bringing that up. I just wanna make sure we're not making a mistake." Korra said.
"Korra, your the one who wanted this the most cause of what happened. Whatever you want...When you want it...I will always give. Thats my job...Both as your husband and your protector." Sean said making her smile lovingly before kissing him again as she held his face.
"I don't exactly think your job is being my protector anymore since I've proven I can do what you can do...Not as good just yet but soon enough." Korra said making him chuckle.
"I'm always going to protect you Korra. No matter what." Sean said as he held her making her close her eyes smiling enjoying the moment.
When she opened them she saw a cave.
"Hey." Korra said pointing to the cave making him look before they got up.
"Hmm." Sean said as they entered the cave as Korra used her fire bending to light the way.
"This cave feels...Strange." Korra said before they found some strange crystals.
"Cut the light out." Sean said making her do just that.
Thats when the crystals started to glow in a rainbow of colors making Korra smile brightly before she spotted a hotspring inside the cave.
"This place feels so...Romantic." Korra said as Sean held her close.
"I seem to recall Katara told a story during the hundred year war she and Aang went through a cave similar to this that was made by two lovers." Sean said.
"Oh yeah...I remember that. It feels amazing." Korra said before looking at her husband and smiled brightly at him before cupping his face before kissing him as he kissed back.
Korra moaned before she removed her bikini top before she pulled his pants off.
Sean grinned before picking her up making her giggle as he carried her to the hotspring before she sighed feeling the hot water on her skin.
"Mmm." Korra moaned before untying her bottoms as they floated off her body leaving them both naked as they held each other kissing one another.
"So you want to be on top?" Sean teased making her giggle before slapping his chest.
"You better let that go mister." Korra teased making him chuckle before she kissed him again. "And yes I would." Korra said as she lined herself up before thrusting down making her moan as she held his head.
Sean smiled as his wife bounced on top of him slowly at first before picking up speed making small waves. All the while he just sat back and enjoyed her doing all the work as she placed her hands on his chest.
Korra moaned softly before placing her hands on his face and pulled him into a kiss as he held her.
Thats when Sean grabbed her by the hips before taking her into the deep end as they were up to their necks.
Korra giggled as she held Sean's face before kissing him lovingly as he thrusted into her slowly.
"I love you." Korra said as she felt her climax approaching fast.
"And I love you Korra." Sean said before taking one final deep thrust into her making her moan softly as she came before feeling his seed inside her womb.
Suddenly the crystals all glowed brightly making them look around.
"The hell was that about?" Sean asked.
"I...Don't know. But I do know we're coming back here again after we leave for Republic City." Korra said grinning making him chuckle as he held her face before kissing her making her moan as she held his face.
One Week later
It was time for Sean and Korra to head back home after a week away.
As Sean packed their stuff he heard Korra sobbing making him frown.
"Korra?" Sean asked entering the bathroom before she looked up with a smile on her face as tears ran down her eyes. "Whats wrong?" Sean asked sitting next to her before she handed him something.
It was a pregnancy test and this time it was positive making him smile softly.
"I'm pregnant." Korra cried out holding him.
"Told you what you want happens when your not thinking so much about it." Sean said making her smile. "Your gonna be a great mother." Sean said kissing her.
"And you'll be a great father. I know it." Korra said making him smile before she sat up so they could leave.
"Now we just gotta tell the others without them fainting." Sean said making her laugh. "Especially Tenzin since I'm sure he'll be the most shocked. Remember what happened when you said I proposed?" Sean asked making her giggle.
"Ok thats fair." Korra said grabbing her bags before they left and found Spyro landing before they got on and left with an extra passenger.
Authors Note: And with that Korra is now pregnant. Sorry this isn't as long as usual but I don't wanna drag this out like the last time I made my own chapters. Now Next Chapter Is gonna be a little sad but theres a reason I'm doing this and No It doesn't involve anything bad with the Baby. You'll find out later what I'm doing and why.
