Fuck.
Current time? 6 am.
By this time most people were starting to get up and get ready for the day. However, this was not the case for you. It was an hour past the time you were supposed to leave and unfortunately, that meant no breakfast. You had not meant to oversleep, but late-night work caused you to get home super late. Now there you were running to the train station so that hopefully you could make it in time to grab something to eat before class started. Many rude thoughts popped through your head as you pushed past so many people. You thought about how ridiculous it was that it was super busy at 6 am. However, that thought quickly vanished when you saw police cars surrounding a hotel. Typical. Letting out a soft groan you had quickly changed your direction to some back alleyways. It was better to not have the police notice you. Not that you did anything bad (that they know of), you just had an unusual amount of anxiety when it came to the police. With your quirk, they would arrest you in an instant.
Finally rounding a corner you made it out of the alleyways and saw the Shinjuku Station. Smiling to yourself a bit, you sent a quick thank you to up above. It was fairly empty aside from the few drunk businessmen passed out on benches. Making your way through the station, you easily made it onto your train safely. Settling down in a seat you waited patiently until your next stop. Unfortunately for you, the train was not a straight shot there. Thus you had three trains you had to take the longest being the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen line. Glancing down at your phone you notice a string of texts.

The trip was longer than you thought it was going to be. A villain had gotten onto the tracks stopping the train from reaching the station. You did mind though knowing that the station, Mishima Station, was always busy during this time. Humming to yourself you try and keep up the fast pace to make up for the lost time. You did not however expect there to be this many people out and about early in the morning. Something didn't sit right with you. It wasn't something you could dwell on, however, as you could see your school in the distance. Quickening your step you find yourself almost running to the front gate. A girl with bright pink skin and two yellow horns stood proud at the entrance to the school. However, that said girl was also very distracted by her phone. Letting out a soft hum you stop yourself right in front of her and peer over to see what she was looking at. She did not notice you for a few moments so you decided to speak.
"What are you looking at?" You ask, still looking at her phone screen.
A loud shriek escaped from the pink girls' lips as she knocked her head against yours. Gripping your head you're sure to keep your balance while trying to keep the oncoming blush down. Too many people were staring. Too much judgment. You are quick to pull her along with you, as to not cause a scene again.
"Y/n that was mean! Why was your head so close to mine? You could have just called my name!" The pinkette whined out letting herself be dragged along.
"Mina baby, I was standing in front of you for a while. It's not my fault you didn't notice me. I had to do something to get your attention." You respond letting your grip on her loosen.
Glancing back at her you let yourself smile remembering how you two met. She was the only one to approach you in middle school. Making her way into your heart, not that you were trying that hard to keep her out. She would continuously conversate with you, ask to hang out, and even help her with classwork. At first, you were a bit wary that she was just using you to pass the class. But when she told you about the kids who called her quirk villainous you knew she had no ill-intent. And then on you, two were close as ever.
"Hey who do you think 1-A's homeroom teacher is? I hope he's cute!" She lets out a laugh moving to dance around you.
"Ha! As if they would have anyone young enough to be considered cute teaching here. Our homeroom teacher is probably old and musty." You reply, keeping a careful eye on the dancing girl, making sure she was going the right way.
The two of you bickered the rest of the way to the classroom like an old married couple. You had to stop her many times from running into someone. Making dumb jokes to each other as you entered your classroom, failing to notice eyes on you. Unfortunately, you two were not seated next to each other. A glance at the seats around Mina's desk confirmed it. Flicking Mina's nose you give her a soft smile before finding your desk. It was located in the back, unfortunately not the last row but it was far enough that you could sleep if need be. Glancing around you notice everyone's attention was focused on the commotion at the classroom door. Grinning nervously, you begin to pinch your arm as the room starts to get loud. Shutting your eyes you miss the worried look Mina shoots back at you. Leveling out your breathing you were thankful that your homeroom teacher had shown up at that moment. You open your eyes and straighten your back from the hunched position it was in. Catching Mina's eye you give her a quick thumbs up to let her know you were okay.
Pulling your attention to the front of the room you let yourself a moment's look at your homeroom teacher. He looked, well, he looked homeless. Was he even wearing his hero costume? Why does he so look familiar? Wait, what? That thought came as a bit of a surprise but glancing at him once more you confirm that he looks familiar. Shaking your head at the thought you let yourself focus on what he's saying.
"My name is Shouta Aizawa. I will be your homeroom teacher. Today you all will be doing a quirk test. Put on your gym uniforms and meet me outside." With that, he walked out, well more like hopped out in his sleeping bag.
You, unfortunately, were nervous and a bit confused. More so nervous as your quirk was technically labeled a villain quirk. Confused as you thought everyone's quirks were listed in their school profiles. Humming you follow Mina, really just going through the motions as your mind was preoccupied. Soon you were standing with the rest of your class in a wide field. As your teacher explained what your class would be doing you felt your anxiety spike. Combat testing to see quirks and physical strength. Letting out a soft sigh you listen attentively as Aizawa calls out the partners.

Letting your eyes find your opponent for the match, you do a quick once over to see what he's like. Tall, glasses, are those engines on his calves? Racking your brain you remember researching about a hero with engines on his legs. What's his name? Name. Name. Name. Oh! Ingenium. You glance again at your opponent, Ida you think his name was, as he was intently watching the match. Well if his fighting style is anything like his brothers it will be easy to read. Humming you let yourself drop into a squatting position leaning on Mina's leg as you watch the matches. Failing to notice a pair of curious eyes on you.
