Inspiration:God of War and Avatar
"Before you harness the powerof lightning," Bell's voice said."The two of you need to know what it truly means."
The screen opened to a forest covered in snow. It showed Bell Cranel who is in his twenties wearing a black tunic and brown pants with a pair of leather boots. Infront of him are a pair of twins one is a girl and the other is a boy. Both of them had orange hair with white tips, red eyes and the most notable part of them is they both had pointy ears.
"Are they..." Lefiya started not believing her eyes.
Agila responded. "Yes, meet Argos and Selina the Cranel twins."
Everyone looked with wide eyes and had different reactions. Lefiya admitted that Bell could be a good and faithful husband, maybe she could turn their rivalry into a friendly one. For some reason, Ais' skin crawled at seeing the two kids and a certain feeling about not to losing to Lefiya or anyone. Riveria refused to admit it but couldn't help but wonder what would their children be like.
Filvis was happy for Lefiya even though this was another world and gave out a small smile. The girls who were close to Bell had a same feeling of Ais, but accepted that this was the outcome of ever throwing him away. Freya was feeling the same but was curious that if his children would inherit that same transparent soul.
Guys like Finn, Gareth, and Welf were happy for the two. While others like Bete twitched their eyes, probably the fact they are not married and have kids along the way.
Selina groaned. "A lecture? can we just do the fun part then do the lecture."
"Yeah, what she said." Argos agreed.
"Kids these days." The adults sighed.
"Well this lecture also serves as a test of patience for both you," Bell reminded. "And it would seem that both you are failing. So maybe we should continue maybe next week."
The kids pouted and said no more.Bell couldn't help but gave a taunting smile to his kids.
"The perks of being a parent." Lunoire commented.
Her co-workers agreed, they could not deny that the kids are very cute. Chloe did her best hide her hungry smile as she kept her eyes on Argos.
Bell began. "Lightning is a very powerful form of energy. It is not only fast, but fluid and precise. Through out the ages, Lightning was believed to be a sacred sign from the Gods."
The Gods sighed. "Sky god's thing."
"Others believed that it was a symbol of truth and while others see it as symbol of fertility."
"Lightning? a symbol of fertility who ever came up with that?" Argos asked in confusion.
"Well when lightning comes then rain follows."
The kids understood and began to listen to his explanation.
"Now their interested." Welf smiled.
The rest of the Hestia Familia nodded.
"Besides on what I mentioned," He said. "It is also a tool of many Gods of weather."
"More like a tool of their flashiness." Loki perked up.
"For once Loki, I agree with you." Hestia said with the other Gods agreed with her.
Agila dispelled her Loki chains, much to her surprise.
He said. "Try not act up or you will be in chains again and this time with snake venom dripping on your eye."
The trickster gulped and nodded not to do so.
"Raijin the Thunder drummer would beat his drums to summon thunder." Bell said." Along with Fujin The Wind God, who summons the winds with wind bag. These two fearsome Gods would in to a friendly battle of resilience to see who is the strongest, Thus creating powerful thunderstorms and terrifying typhoons over the lands of the Far east."
"Raijin and Fujin." Take recalled those names.
"Aren't they the Gods of thunder and wind?" Ouka remembered about them.
"Yeah," Take answered. "Like Alternate Bell said, those two would fight with the sound of their instruments and using their arcanum to prove who is stronger. But all they are proving is that which one is the loudest."
His children could hear the irritation from his voice. Back in heaven, the Gods could barely stand at the loud noise caused by Raijin and Fujin. One of his reason to leave Heaven immediately.
"Thor the Thunderer was believed to be riding his chariot pulled by his divine goats while brandishing his hammer creating thunder and lightning among the heavens as an act of practice."
Bell continued. "The vikings believed that when going into battle during a thunderstorm that is a sign of the Gods watching them."
Loki smiled deviously when Bell mentioned Thor and his chariot. Finn, Riveria, and Gareth noticed it. They were creeped out at the sight her smile.
"Ahh brings back memories." She recalled how she rigged Thor's chariot and laughed at him as he tumbled on to ground.
Some people would would say that it's wrong. But that's the trickster for you and she has her own taste for entertainment.
"Finally, Zeus."
All women(mainly the Goddesses)who knew the God groaned at the mention of Zeus.
"Of course he would mention him." Some of them thought.
They remembered how he once peeked into the divine bathhouse along with a supporter from his familia. Which made the Guild to tighten up the security on the bathhouse making impossible to be peeped again even for Hermes.
Thus leaving Zeus and his supporter the first and only men to ever take a peek in the Divine Bathhouse. They also became legends among the perverts of Orario. Although, the supporter's name was never revealed.
Only the female members of the Zeus and Hera Familia knew who he is. And were the only ones who also punished him personally.
Hermes tried his best to hide his grin from other people and Dionysus gave a nod to Alternate Bell on screen for bringing him up to the topic.
"The mortals of ancient times called him "He who cracks the heavens" and was one of the most feared and revered," He said. "He is also one of the few Gods that has greater in control lightning with such precision."
"Tsk, I remember how he boast about it back in heaven." An Hestia recalled.
"Well, Zeus was of the few who spent millennia to perfect his skills." Hermes agreed.
"Yeah, so that he could glorify himself more than the other Sky Gods." Hestia brought.
"Goddess Hestia, are all Sky Gods that arrogant?" Welf asked.
"Well not as bad as you think and they do have some redeeming qualities," She answered. "They just love to show-off and if you think Sun Gods like Apollo was bad their ego is as vast as Heaven it self."
"This kind of stuff seems to be like God stuff." Argos doubted about his abilities.
"Correction, your half-god." Riveria said
"Because learning from others areand taking inspiration from them is an another way of teaching," Bell assured his son. "Although, the Gods of weather are limitless and on a level of their own. I'm sure both of you will do just fine."
Lefiya nodded at Alternate Bell's way of teaching. But she has no doubt that Argos and Selina would they feel under pressure by the lessons of their parents who has high expectations of them. Similar to how she's feeling under Riveria's wing.
The High elf noticed this and said to her. "They are gonna be fine Lefiya. Their just taking to first step."
The elf felt at ease by her mentor's words and responded. "I hope so."
Selena was surprised. "Wow, did Grandpa teach you the same way?"
Bell was quite and stared her then a memory surface in to his mind.
Flashback
The screen briefly changed to white then turned to a man with gray beard and mustache.
"Bell remember," He said. "Peeking is apart of a man's romance."
Everyone was silent, they could not comprehend that Bell was raised a pervert by Godly pervert.
Loki was the first to break the silence. "That God awfully familiar."
Freya had a twitched in her eye and also feels a slight familiarity of him. Sure she has run into perverts like the God she have seen in the screen. But there are so many perverts both God and mortals she had ever met. She can't even remember some of their names.
Hestia gritted her teeth seeing that the God who raised Bell tried to turn him into a pervert. But she, Ais and the other girls including Lefiya were glad that he didn't turned to be like him.
The guys sweatdropped and had mix reactions. Some were envious for at Bell for being a student of some sort of perverted arts, some disapproved at the God for raising Bell to become one, and some find it funny and contained their laughter.
Hermes smiled sheepishly while Asfi narrowed her eyes at this. She had feeling that her parton God had some sort of connections with the other one since Hermes is also a pervert himself. So she decided to talk about it after this.
Dionysus facepalmed and easily recognized the God by saying the pervert's motto. In fact, he too also received the motto from to Zeus and Hermes.
"Hermes."
Dionysus thought of the name again. He looked at the other God who who was containing his laughter. He began to think.
When Agila said that it was Hermes who helped Bell Cranel and Lefiya Viridis to escape Orario. With the human died in the process they brought his body to Zeus, who turned out to be his father in the Alternate world. Why would Hermes help them other being smarter than the Guild.
That would mean that Altarnate Hermes knew of Demigod Bell's origins. Would his Hermes know of their Bell Cranel came from as well or some sort of connection of their Zeus.
"But Aglia said that the multiverse is a group of alternate realities," He thought. "Which means despite the differences, it is still the same like looking into a reflection of a cracked mirror. But why would it show us to Bell Cranel depicting to be as a son of Zeus."
"Bell Cranel and Zeus." He thought again.
When first saw the human in the war games. He was impressed when he and the Hestia Familia defeated the Apollo Familia and exceeded it his expectations along with the other Gods. Not that he thought of it, he does remind him of two certain people who he never paid attention to before the exile of Zeus and Hera.
If the Bell Cranel truly of this world has connections with Zeus, he will need to confront Hermes about the backstory of Bell Cranel to confirm his suspicion once this is over.
Flashback ended
"Dad?" Selene asked again in concern.
Throughout the years, Bell had quickly to a very decent liar and with help from Hermes, Lefiya and his Dad.
"Oh yeah," Bell lied. "He gave me the same advice when I your age. I just recalling memories I had with him."
"Oh." The kids understood even though it was lie.
"Thank the Gods that Demigods can't sense lies." Bell thought. "If they ever turned out like him. I blame you old man."
"Amen to that." Naaza agreed.
"Hang on," Hestia said. "Gods can sense a mortal lying in our presence, how come they're considered to be guilty. Could our counterpart just hear them out to see if they are telling the truth?"
"Well that could happen," Agila answered. "But the tragedy was so horrible many people demanded their deaths and both Hestia and Loki Familias never gave them a chance to confess. They just let it happen."
Both Familias except Lefiya who sighed in disappointment cursed at their counterparts for that. That one small error easily could easily be avoided by a fair trail. Yet they let their emotions take the better of them.
Bell demonstrated by channeling lightning energy into his hands showing a threads of lightning between between both palms.
Argos and Selene watched in awe and were determine to master their powers.
"Giving a small demonstration always gets them motivated." Asfi commented.
The twins mimicked what their father had shown. They both manage to create some lightning for a short time and tried to make it longer. But no to avail, as they kept repeating and falling the same thing their frustration grows.
Bell noticed this and said. "Both of you need be calm if you want it last longer."
Argos' eye twitched in irritation and unintentionally create a small shockwave knocking him to the snowy ground.
Everyone winced at what they seen.
"He should have listened." Lili sighed.
"Haha, you lose!" Selina taunted.
"Selina!" Bell scolded. "This is not a competi-."
Bell never finished his scolding to his daughter as she was tackled by her brother resulting in sibling squabble. Their facepalmed as they kicked, scream and pulling each other's hair.
"Just when things are going smoothly." Syr remarked.
Maria had some sympathy to Bell. She remembered how the kids at the orphanage would fight over a toy or being accused of something.
