It was a cold and snowy Christmas Evening at Tails' Workshop near the Mystic Ruins, and Tails was busy preparing the Christmas dinner together with his girlfriend, Cosmo the Seedrian. The yellow fox gave the green plant like girl a smile as they were preparing a Christmas dinner with vegetarian meat, since Cosmo didn't like to eat meat that comes from actual animals.
"This is really exciting, Tails...My first Christmas with you, right here on Mobius...I'm so happy..." Cosmo said in an overjoyed tone.
Tails smiled and nodded. "I know, Cosmo. I find it exciting to be able to celebrate my first Christmas with you right here on Mobius as well. I think you're going to like this vegetarian Christmas dinner that we're preparing. I've done the very best I can to find vegetarian meat to fit your needs." He told her.
Cosmo smiled back. "I know, Tails. And I find it really sweet you'd do such a thing for me for Christmas." She told the yellow fox.
"Anything for you, Cosmo. All I really care about during Christmas is you and your happiness." Tails smiled some more with his eyes closed before him and Cosmo turned their attention back to preparing their Christmas dinner.
Later, once the Christmas dinner was ready, Tails and Cosmo sat at the dinner table in Tails' kitchen and proceeded to eat their Christmas dinner. "Wow, this is a really good Christmas dinner. I'm impressed by the taste of this vegetarian meat." Cosmo said, impressed by the taste of the vegetarian Christmas dinner.
Tails smiled and nodded. "I know, right? It tastes really good." He replied as him and Cosmo continued to eat their Christmas dinner. Later, once their Christmas dinner was finished and they had put the dirty dishes in the sink, the couple sat at the tv, watching a marathon of Christmas movies that Tails happened to own.
Cosmo turned to Tails and smiled. "Tails, I can't thank you enough for explaining Christmas and the meaning of it to me. I never knew a Mobian holiday could bring so much joy to someone from out of this world such as myself, but Christmas has certainly done that for me." The Seedrian told the yellow fox.
"Anytime, Cosmo. If you're happy during Christmas, then I'm happy too. By the way, here's your very first Christmas present. I'm sure you'll like it." Tails said with a smile as he handed Cosmo a gift wrapped in green wrapping paper.
"Thank you, Tails." Cosmo said as she opened her very first Christmas present with joy and discovered it was a photo of Tails and herself. "A photo of you and me...?" Cosmo asked as her eyes glistened with joy.
Tails smiled and nodded. "That's what I had Sonic take a photo of you and me earlier this month. I wanted to make it into a Christmas present for you." He told his girlfriend as his eyes also glistened with joy.
Cosmo suddenly kissed Tails on the lips, much to the yellow fox's joy. He returned the kiss and the couple soon pulled away. "Thank you so much, Tails...Even though this is only my very first Christmas present, I'll be sure to treasure it forever and ever and until the end of time..." The Seedrian said happily.
"Anytime, Cosmo. I'm glad you like it." Tails happily replied.
"Speaking of Christmas presents, I have something for you too. Amy and Cream helped me with this, so here you go." The Seedrian smiled as she handed Tails a gift wrapped in white wrapping paper.
Tails smiled. "Awwww, you shouldn't have!" He replied as he opened the gift, revealing a silver heart necklace with the letters T and C on it. "Awwww, a necklace with the first letters of our names on them! I'm so glad with a girl like you, Cosmo! Thank you!" The yellow fox beamed as he put the necklace around his neck and kissed Cosmo on the lips, much to the Seedrian's joy before they both pulled away again.
"Anytime, Tails. I'm glad you like it. Be sure to thank Amy and Cream for this as well when you see them again." Cosmo replied with a smile.
"Don't worry, I will." Tails smiled before the couple went back to their Christmas movie marathon.
