Amy Rose was happily running down the paths of a valley somewhere in Mobius, wearing a pink winter coat with a pink winter hat and a pink scarf. She wore black dress shoes with the outfit, and she continued running down the paths of the valley, before arriving at a house sitting on top of a hill in the valley and pressing the doorbell.
A young white hedgehog, roughly Amy's age and wearing a white dress shirt with a black gilet, black dress pants and black dress shoes opened the door. "Amy! So glad you could make it!" The young white hedgehog said to Amy with a beaming smile.
Amy happily smiled at the young white hedgehog. "Hey, Boomer! I was so happy that you invited me to come celebrate Christmas with you and your family!" She beamed at him.
"Of course! Come in, come in!" Boomer replied as he let Amy inside and closed the door. Amy quickly took off her winter hat, coat and scarf and hung this on the coat hanger in the hallway. Amy wore a black dress with a red ribbon tied around the middle underneath her coat.
"How do I look?" Amy asked Boomer with a smile as she spun around for him.
Boomer was stunned by Amy's outfit. "You look great!" He beamed.
Amy giggled and hugged Boomer. "Thank you, Boomer! I'm so glad you like the outfit!" She beamed back.
Boomer chuckled and hugged Amy back. "Anytime, Amy. Come on, I'll take you to the living room. Mom and dad are currently preparing the Christmas dinner, but until then, maybe we could do something else?" He suggested.
Amy smiled and nodded. "Sure! I'm up for anything!" She replied happily. Boomer smiled back as he took Amy to the living room, and the two young hedgehogs sat down on the couch.
"How about a game of Go Fish?" Boomer suggested, keeping the smile.
"Sure!" Amy beamed.
"Alright, let me get my deck of cards real quick." Boomer replied as he ran to his room to get his deck of playing cards. Once he had gotten them from his room, he ran back downstairs towards the living room and sat back down with Amy.
Sometime later, Amy and Boomer were in the middle of a game of Go Fish. "Do you have any Eights?" Boomer asked Amy.
"I've got 2." Amy replied as she handed the two cards to Boomer, who took them and added them to his hand.
"There we go. I have four of a kind." Boomer smiled as he put the quartet of cards on a stack.
"Man, you're too good at Go Fish, Boomer." Amy giggled a little bit.
"I play with my parents all the time." Boomer chuckled before Boomer's parents called for Christmas dinner. Amy and Boomer quickly put the playing cards back in the deck and rushed to the dinner table and sat down.
"Hello, Amy. Having a nice Christmas Evening so far?" Boomer's mom asked Amy with a kind, motherly smile.
Amy smiled and nodded. "Yes, I am, Mrs. Boomer's mom! Boomer and I have been playing Go Fish for a while now to pass the time!" She replied.
"He must be really good at it, considering he always beats us at the game." Boomer's dad chuckled a little bit.
Amy giggled a little bit. "He is. He beat me twice in a row, and we were on our third game when you called for dinner." She replied.
"Well, we hope you'll enjoy the Christmas dinner we've prepared, Amy. Bon appetit." Boomer's mom replied with a smile before she began serving everyone their portions of the Christmas dinner, and once that was done, everyone began eating.
Later, once Christmas dinner was finished and Amy stayed for a little while, it was time for the pink hedgehog to go home. Boomer offered to escort her home, which she accepted. The two of them ran towards Amy's house, and once they gotten there, they stood outside Amy's door.
"Boomer, thank you so much for inviting me over to your parents' house for Christmas this year. I really enjoyed it." Amy told the young white hedgehog with a smile.
"Anytime, Amy. If you're happy, then I'm happy too. Will I see you again around New Year's Eve?" Boomer asked Amy with a smile.
"Of course, Boomer." Amy replied with a smile before she kissed the white hedgehog on the lips, both hedgehogs enjoying the kiss. Once they pulled away, Amy smiled and waved before going inside her house and closing the door. Boomer smiled as he ran back to his parents' house, being happy to be able to get his Christmas kiss from his girlfriend.
