Cassy sat on the couch watching the news about Nate being arrested for Sam´s murder.

"You shouldn´t watch that." Frank walked past her to the kitchen to grab a bottle of beer from the fridge.

"An innocent man is going to jail for us." Cassy looked at him, a frown on her face, the guilt she felt very obvious.

"Better than you going to jail." He tried to make her feel better about it but she scoffed and turned back to the TV.

"It´s not right." She muttered when suddenly someone knocked on the door. Frank opened it, surprised to see Laurel and said her name out loud so Cassy knew that she had to hide.

"It was you right? You put Sam´s ring in the woods?" Cassy could hear Laurel ask as she hid behind a wall where she wouldn´t see her. Frank didn´t answer and it was silent for a moment before he asked her if she wanted to come in, completely forgetting about his sister being in the room.

"What? No Frank." Cassy mouthed without making a sound as she slipped behind the curtains, however Laurel declined the offer.

"I won´t try anything." Frank promised but Laurel still didn´t want to come in and thanked him before leaving again. Cassy came out of her spot as soon as Frank closed the door and she faced him with a shocked expression as he looked at her with guilty eyes, his lips pressed together, dreading her reaction. Although she was angry and hurt that he didn´t tell her she knew that it was Annalise´s doing and that she probably had a plan so without saying a word she sat down on the couch again and continued watching the news.

After classes the following day the Keating 6 went to Annalise´s house to work, although they didn´t really know if she was even taking on another client. Once Asher left the room Wes told the rest that the police wanted to talk to Rebecca because they saw that she and Nate were in contact but Annalise could prep her.

"Frank said that Annalise hasn´t left the room since Nate was arrested." Laurel explained and Cassy raised her eyebrows.

"So, you and Frank still keep in touch a lot?" she asked her, knowing her brother didn´t want to talk about Laurel, however Laurel just furrowed her eyebrows as she looked at her confused while Connor suggested to give Annalise a hug for saving them, with a rather sarcastic undertone. Just as Wes offered to talk to her Bonnie held them back because a new client she was representing was coming over. It was a nurse called Jolene Samuels who was accused of raping her patient while he was under the influence of anesthesia. She told them that the patient Chad Manning initiated the sex. After a briefing they all headed to the courthouse for opening statements, the Keating 6, as well as Frank, curious to see how Bonnie would do. The prosecution and Bonnie both brought good arguments and it seemed as though Bonnie could hold herself pretty good under the pressure.

"Miss Samuels is a victim of slanderous allegations that are unfounded and could very well endanger her livelihood." Bonnie spoke to the jurors. "For that reason, you should find Jolene Samuels guilty." She finished and everyone looked around confused because of her mishap. "Not guilty, of course. That was a slip, excuse me."

"So, she´s no Annalise." Connor remarked to his colleagues with an eye roll.

"That´s it. We lost." Cassy sighed as she threw her head back. After a short recess the defense and prosecution started calling their witnesses and Bonnie redeemed herself by asking the right questions and causing doubts about the evidence they had against their client. That was until the prosecution asked a tech expert about some evidence on the defendant´s computer where she posted the story of the rape on a chatroom for sexual kinks, making her seem guilty of the crime. The court was adjourned and Bonnie and the team went to a room where she interrogated Jolene about the post entry, however the client still insisted that it was consensual. After listening to the defendant pleading that she didn´t do anything they returned to the office where Bonnie told everyone to find a way to prove their client´s story.

"Jolene lied, she humiliated you in open court." Michaela retorted and the skinny blonde replied that they had to prove that Chad was a worse liar. All students started talking back, saying that it made no sense and that they should drop the case when Bonnie suddenly started yelling that they wouldn´t talk back if it was Annalise asking. The room got silent really quickly and everyone stared around, shocked that the usually quiet Bonnie had such an outburst.

"Shut up, do your work and find something that shows that Chad´s story isn´t true." She exhaled annoyed before leaving the room.

"And she calls me a cry-baby." Cassy rolled her eyes when she sat down on an armchair earning a warning glance from Frank.

"Would you sleep with her?" Connor asked Asher who looked at him shocked asking in a stutter if he was talking about Bonnie. "Not Bonnie…our client." He corrected, obviously taken aback by Asher´s strange reaction.

"Uh I don´t know, depends on how many brewskies I had." Asher turned back into the frat boy he was, making Cassy roll her eyes.

"Uh, can we not talk about having sex with our client?" Laurel begged disgusted but Connor didn´t stop and asked under the condition of zero brewskies.

"Okay, if I´m being completely honest I´ve ridden some pretty questionable strange in my days. Now, do I regret it? No. Would I go back for seconds? Mmm, only if Asher Jr. wants a little Rodeo action." Asher gloated and both Michaela and Laurel sighed annoyed. Cassy cleared her throat awkwardly, getting some weird looks from her peers once they remembered that she and Asher hooked up. "Not talking about you of course." Asher added and Cassy looked up at him with a fake smile.

"I know." She said confidently as she stood up to walk over to the couch, watching her peers trying to hide a giggle, when she turned around and looked at Frank, who had an expression on his face she had never seen on him before. Cassy swallowed as she realized what was just revealed to her brother and continued walking towards the other side of the living room. Suddenly she heard an elderly woman talking and looked over to see Bonnie explain that it was Annalise´s mother who ordered them to clean up. Cassy went to the kitchen to grab a bottle of water but when she turned to leave she noticed Frank behind her.

"So, Douchebag? Really-" he had one eyebrow raised as Cassy interrupted him.

"Nope. Not doing it. Not talking with you about it. Not here, not now, not ever." She turned to face him when she realized that he wouldn´t budge. "Alright it was a moment of weakness…two moments."

"Okay, stop, don´t need to hear more. Good talk." Frank squirmed before leaving the kitchen, trying to get the picture out of his head.

The next day in court Bonnie showed evidence that Connor found with the help of Oliver, clearly showing that Mr. Manning was gay, which he didn´t reveal. However, the judge found that it had no relevance and was bordering on discrimination and told the jury to disregard the line of questioning. The hospital´s lawyer urged Bonnie to settle and work out a plea deal but she didn´t want to do so, seeing as her client was Jolene and not the hospital and she wanted to prove her innocence.

That evening Cassy was standing in the kitchen, cooking dinner when Frank came home from the office. They hadn´t talked much after he found out about her and Asher but at least he didn´t seem to be mad or disturbed anymore.

"You cooked?" he stated as he put down his briefcase and sat down by the counter.

"Yes…Pasta with my special sauce." She put a plate with the meal in front of him. "The secret ingredients are-"

"Sundried tomato paste and red wine?" Frank finished her sentence and she raised her eyebrows.

"How´d you know?" she asked as she put some on her plate.

"Those are the secret ingredients for my special sauce." Frank smiled which Cassy replied with a scoff.

"Guess we have more in common than we thought." She winked as she placed her plate on the opposite side of the counter and they started indulging in the meal.

The following day Michaela gathered Laurel, Wes, Connor and Cassy to tell them the information she found out about Nate´s case from a man from the D.A.´s office.

"Rebecca said that Nate tried to get her to plant evidence on Sam and when she wouldn´t he threatened to hurt her." She explained and Laurel, who was mad at her for talking to the assistant district attorney about this, told her that she couldn´t just talk about that in public.

"Well, at least a Rebecca lie finally helps us." Connor admitted but Wes insisted that Rebecca didn´t lie.

"I told her to only answer the questions asked." Wes tried to convince them but Cassy scoffed.

"Rebecca lied from the moment we met her, from the moment I met her…You´re no exception. I mean how many different stories did she actually tell us about the night of Lila´s murder?" Cassy tried to reason with Wes who wasn´t having any of it and told them that he was going to call her and clear it all up. After some time the team was called into court to continue the trial, Asher checked the alleged victim´s visitor´s log and it turned out that Mr. Manning always visited the hospital´s legal floor and not a doctor. This gave Bonnie an idea and together with the help of Oliver they quickly found some e-mails and incriminating information on Mr. Manning and the hospital´s lawyer and used that in court, resulting in the judge finding Jolene not guilty, seeing as the two men, who were lovers, schemed this to get a big settlement from the hospital and live off of it. After the verdict was announced the team left the courthouse triumphing and Cassy and Frank sat in his car in the court´s parking garage.

"Hey do you mind stopping by that new pizza place? I could kill for a slice of pepperoni pizza- not literally kill…should use that word more carefully now." Cassy joked, looking down on her phone scrolling through the homepage of the restaurant. "Frank?" she asked her brother when he didn´t reply and watched him stare in the rear-view mirror. "What are you looking at?" she turned around to look outside the car and saw Bonnie and Asher make out by her car. "Ew, disgusting." She turned around again, her eyes pressed together in disgust.

"You jealous?" Frank finally looked at her and she furrowed her eyebrows with a chuckle.

"Me? No! Never! Ha!" she stuttered, realizing what those two hooking up meant for her. "But now I know who he hooked up with after me." Cassy thought out loud and Frank looked at her confused. "Night of the bonfire?" she elaborated but it still didn´t help his understanding. "He slept with me and then later that night he slept with Bon-"

"Okay, yeah, I don´t need to know that much." Frank cut her off and started the engine.

"You asked. So pizza?" Cassy smiled and Frank grimaced.

"Well, we can´t risk you killing for it now, can we?" he teased her as they drove off.

The same night Connor invited his four accomplices to a bar to meet Oliver.

"Hey sorry I´m late." Cassy joined them just in time to meet Connor´s boyfriend.

"Oh I have a drug problem." Connor whispered when he saw Oliver approaching them. "I needed to tell him that I was an addict so he wouldn´t know that we killed Sam. So, just play along unless you wanna go to jail."

"Hey!" Oliver suddenly stood next to them and they all greeted him cheery and with big smiles. "Wow, feels like I just stepped off a plane in Hawaii. Where are all the leis?" he joked and Laurel and Michaela faked a big laugh which even Cassy found a bit too much.

"Oliver, meet Michaela, Laurel, Cassy and Wes." Connor introduced them and Laurel smiled brightly and loudly said "hey" in a sing-songy voice.

"Tone it down, you seem drunk." Cassy whispered to her friend who cleared her throat and tried to seem less excited. Michaela was just embarrassing Connor when Wes´ phone rang and he went away to pick up, followed by Laurel.

"Michaela, enough with the embarrassing stuff." Connor smiled but the warning in his words was clear.

"Okay, we can talk about how Cassy is probably jealous of you Oliver." Michaela laughed, placing a hand on Cassy´s shoulder and leaning in to Oliver. "She had a crush on Connor."

"Okay wow Michaela you just keep going, don´t ya? And emphasis on had…I didn´t know he was gay." Cassy explained awkwardly, remembering how she tried to flirt with him when the school year started.

"Well, lucky for me." Oliver joked, making Cassy feel more comfortable about the weird situation. "Alright, next round is on me."

"I´ll help you." Cassy offered and they walked to a barkeeper to order a new round of drinks. The night went pretty smoothly from then on and at some point it was only Connor, Oliver and Cassy who were left from their group, the latter two pretty wasted.

"Olli, I can call you Olli right?" Cassy snickered, cupping his cheek, ignoring Connor who told her not to. "You are so sweet…why are the sweet ones always gay?" she slurred her words and Oliver smiled.

"Well, you will find someone who fits perfectly, trust me." Oliver encouraged her, also slurring his words. Cassy pulled him into a hug, causing both to almost fall off their bar stools.

"And if not, you can always do what Laurel did." Connor rolled his eyes at the drunk pair.

"Ew I´m not sleeping with Frank, he´s- nevermind." Cassy quickly stopped herself from revealing to much when she pulled away from the embrace.

"I meant dating a legal aid guy, they´re all the same… but do mind Frank is what?" Connor inquired and Cassy looked at her phone which was lying on the table.

"Oh look at that it´s time to go home. It was so nice meeting you Olli, I see what Connor likes about you." Cassy giggled as she stood up and tried to keep her balance while hugging Oliver again. "See you around." She waved the couple goodbye, ignoring Connor who still wanted to know what she didn´t tell him about Frank. After taking a taxi home, Cassy stumbled into the apartment, her keys falling out of her hands when she caught the door just in time so it wouldn´t slam into the wall.

"Damn it." She cussed as she tried to pick up the keys, falling down in the process. Suddenly the lights went on and Frank stood over her, looking down with an annoyed face. "Hey, bro."

"I thought we agreed that you wouldn´t drink your brains out." He helped her up and walked her to the couch.

"I barely had anything to drink." She lied as he let her plummet onto the pillows.

"Doesn´t make it any better." Frank obviously was annoyed with his little, underage sister staying out late and drinking during the week, as he took off her shoes

"Are you worrying about me?" Cassy smiled mischievously, causing Frank to roll his eyes.

"Tomorrow you´ll hate yourself for your choices tonight." He explained after putting a blanket over her. "Sleep tight."
