Everyone else followed their gazes and found a big peacock circling above the ship. Usually, Luffy would yell "Meat!" and would try to capture it but they all just stood there, waiting for the enemy to make a move.

"I come in peace!" The bird proclaimed.

"Cool! An alien!" Luffy said with eyes glittering but Nami stopped his nonsense with another pile of bumps.

The bird circled down and transformed into a human as he touched the lawn.

He is wearing a butler suit with his tail sticking out and is wearing a full masquerade mask in the form of a peacock's face.

"Nice ship you got here." and Franky greeted him with a "Thank yow!"

"I've been expecting your arrival. I'm Pavo.", and Pavo bows down.

"I'm here, on behalf of Pirate Dispatch Organization which is led by Master Buggy, to deliver a package from Dr. Kureha."

"Buggy?" Luffy asked.

"I've heard from Master Buggy that he helped you escape prison? Please forgive me if I misunderstood."

"Buggy has business?" Nami asked.

"We were a legal organization of mercenaries assisting battles but when the Shichibukai system dissolved, the operation became illegal. The Covid almost paralyzed the organization. Battles were seized and most kingdoms changed their priorities to the health of their people. So we added the delivery service which became a success."

"I don't think Buggy could pull off something like this." Nami is fussy about Pavo's identity and intention.

Pavo gave them the package from Kureha with a message note. Chopper confirmed that it was Kureha's writing. He opened the package and a Den Den Mushi, a snail used for communication, is inside. Chopper excused himself from the group and called Kureha. They could hear her voice from afar.

"My master would also like to discuss a business proposal with you." Pavo presented them with a Den Den Mushi and the snail spoke with Buggy's voice.

"Straw hat!"

"Ooooooh! Buggy!" Luffy exclaimed after recognizing the person.

"What's going on, Buggy?" Nami asked.

"This bird, we have here, is called Maria's bird." A white lovebird, with a feather crown in the shape of a heart, watched the crew curiously.

"This bird won't sing if she's not near her Jolly Sailor for at least 1000 feet. Jolly Sailor's bird has the same features but with dark color. He is currently under Pavo's care. Jolly Sailor can smell its Maria wherever she is and would point his beak towards her. Convenient, right? You have to pay 200,000 Berries for the pair, 20,000 Berries annually for Jolly Sailor's feeds and a separate fee for the delivery itself."

The snail laughed hard the same way Buggy would.

Maria is kind of an alert system too. If the marines are after you and Maria is singing, you'll know that we got raided. You can release the bird for safety." Pavo explained.

"Ow. They are serious." Buggy remarked.

"Nami, it might come in handy. We might need aid and Doctorina has the proper tools that I could quickly ask for." Chopper just came back and pleaded.

"Alright! Will buy it!" Luffy firmly decided.

"Ok! I'll let Pavo deal with you. I have other matters to attend…. And right, you have an incoming package from Baratie."

"Really?" Sanji peaked from behind with a smile.
