Ben rolled over and expected to feel Miranda but he didn't he opened his eyes and looked around and seen the bathroom light on. It was the day of the cookout and he was so excited to see if his baby was a girl or a boy.
he walked to the bathroom and seen Miranda on the toilet
"Umm don't you knock" she said
"You do know you could say good morning babe how are you"
"And do you know that you could've waited until I finished pooping"
"Well now I'm not leaving until you give me a kiss"
"Ughh Ben please"
He walked over to her and leaned down for a kiss and closed his eyes
"Ben" she exhaled "if you don't get out of here"
He continued to lean down
She gave in and kissed him "now go"
"Kiss me like you mean it"
"I'm about to punch you like I mean it" she lifted her foot to kick him but he ran out the door.
Once she had finished she went back out to lay with Ben.
They were watching the news when he looked over at her then her stomach
"What are you gawking at Benjamin Warren"
"You are so beautiful like seriously gorgeous it almost hurts"
She blushed "stop it"
I'm serious babe he touched her belly softly and leaned over to kiss her
Mhmmm she moaned he got fully on top of her and deepened the kiss
He came up for air and when he tried to go back in she pushed him off and got off the bed
He groaned in frustration "your gonna pay for that"
She laughed and continued on her way
She went to wake up tuck he was already up reading a book "good morning baby"
"Good morning mommy is Ben up"
"I am wassup buddy " his eyes lit up "good morning Ben" he jumped out of bed to hug him
He scooped him up
"Waffles?" Tuck nodded "waffles"
"Mommy do you want waffles"
"Oh now you wanna ask me" she said shaking her head
They walked down stairs and started to cook
"Babe can you grab me the butter please"
Miranda walked over to give him the butter then walked away
Ben grabbed her hand softly and pulled her to him
"Babe stop itt" he put his hands under her butt lifted her up and put her on the counter
He kissed her neck then went to her lips
She touched his chest and he stopped
"Later"
"Fine but stay here and keep me company"
he gave her a strawberry to eat
When the food was ready they all sat down at the table and ate
Tuck and Ben had an animated conversation about almost everything under the sun
Miranda on the other hand was quite it was really settling in that she was having another baby
Truth be told she didn't know if she was honestly ready
Ben looked at her and seen she was somewhere else he'd talk to her later
So Ben said loud enough for her to snap out of her thoughts
Are you guys ready for today
Tuck shook his head widely Miranda just smiled Ben didn't push it he knew what was wrong
After they cleaned the kitchen everyone went to their room
"Miranda"
"Yes honey"
"Are you ready to talk to me?"
She chuckled "Ben I'm Scared"
"Of what babe your an amazing mother"
"I just want everything to go great"
He walked to he to hug her "babe look at me"
He grabbed her face "I am going to do everything in my power to make sure this pregnancy goes smoothly even if that means I have to deliver it by myself"
She laughed "you are so crazy"
"That's why you love me"
"Mhm I got you something" she pulled out a pair of socks that said best dad in the world
He chuckled "I'm going to wear these everyday "
She scrunched her face "please don't"
It was moments like these that Miranda realized that she picked the perfect partner to do life with.
