Morty was climbing down the ladders he did about a week ago. But now, it was scarier. First, he was alone this time. And second, there was a risk of getting caught since he shouldn't have been there. He was slightly shaking because of the cold. Strangely enough, it took longer this time to get to the bottom. He placed a foot on the metal ground and the sound echoed in the corridor. Morty flinched, but jumped down anyway. He started moving. He felt something watching him, but knew better than to turn around. He sped up his steps instead. After reaching the door to the memory room, he pushed the door open and closed it carefully behind him. Then, took a deep breath.

He wasn't going to watch Rick's damn memory.

Oh he was too much of a coward to do that. He was going to watch his own memories. He randomly grabbed a vial and the helmet as Summer told him. Placed the helmet on his head and the vial in it. Then everything went white.

'... Morty was standing over three corpses with a knife in hand. He looked in horror as the blood drained from his original family's bodies. Feeling weak, he dropped to his knees and buried his head in his hands, sobbing. Rick placed a comforting hand on his back." You did the r-ughh-ight thing Morty. You did the right thing." Morty's sobs turned louder. "R-Rick. H-ho-how can I live with myself? I-I c-can't. I can't do this anymore Rick. I just can't."

He grabbed on Rick's lab coat and screamed. "Kill me Rick! Please, just- just kill me. I-I want to be with my family!"

Rick pulled back, supprised. "Woah woah, there. Calm down. I mean, hot, but Jesus." "I can't fucking calm down. I killed them! Just shut up and kill me!" Rick's eyes went wide and he looked away. "Wow. What is this? Fanfiction?"

He sighed and pulled out a gun out of his lab coat. Morty watched him in silence. Rick aimed the gun at his head, hesitating for a second. "Sorry Morty. Not today." Morty blacked out'

Morty got the vial out hurriedly and looked at it, shaken from what he saw.

'..Once in a while, something ends horribly traumatic and you get scarred for life...'

He got a feeling that he should stop.

But he didn't. So he picked out another blue vial.

'

"Oh, I-I don't know about this, Rick." Morty said nervously.

Rick rolled his eyes "Morty, it's a fucking playout. We just have to trigger your hormones to create distraction . They won't leave us alone if we don't do this. "

"You're asking me too much Rick!" Morty shook his head.

"What? To pretend to be into incest?"

"Yes!" Morty emphasized with hand movements.

Rick rolled his eyes impatiently." Well, I'm sorry you have to throw away your planetary mindset right here. Stop fucking whining and just don't think about it!"

"You're doing this so you could get those two pining aliens off your back! "

"Jesus fuck, No morty! They're picking up our fucking brainwaves. Separately. Do you know how easy it is to track us then? We can't blend in forever."

"What does that have anything to do with this stupid plan of yours?" Morty questioned with a serious expression.

"We need another way of camouflage." He explained. "I say your outraged teenage hormones are the best we've got."

Morty crossed his arms and looked away with a frown. "I'm still not doing it. It's gross."

Rick looked really close to snapping. "Oh for fuck's sake" Rick groaned in frustration." You know what? I don't even need you to cooperate for this to work." A smirk began to form on his face.

That caught Morty's attention. "Wha-what do you mean?" He said unsure.

As Rick's smirk grew wider, he leaned closer, looking more like a predator any second, and Morty stepped back with a dreadful look. "R-Rick. D-don't do it. Just- just step back. If you don't, I-I I'll scream."

Rick gave him a smug sideway glance. "Oh I don't think you will."

Morty squeaked when he felt his hands on his sides. "Look at your left, Morty. Not that obvious!" Rick hissed.

Morty's eyes followed the direction Rick was looking at, seeing the confused Gromflomites's gazes on a small machine with antennas. Morty tried to focus on their enemies, but Rick slid a hand up his shirt, arousing him further and causing Morty to swallow hard. Like it wasn't enough, Rick buried his head into the crook of his neck and Morty's breath hitched. He could feel his steady breaths and heartbeat in his chest. The smell of alcohol and sweat suddenly seemed so nice.

Everything else bagan to fade away as Rick spoke in a low voice. "You're doing great Morty. Now let's just slooowly move out of the damn building. Juuust like that."

They moved in silence as Morty suffered and Rick occasionally moved his hands down, nuzzled against or kissed his neck or if necessary, used his tongue(?!).

"R-Rick?" Morty suddenly spoke, trying his best not to moan.

"Hm?"

"I won't go back to normal after this, you know"

"Thanks for letting me know. I-I-I'll fix that."

"How exactly?"

"Leave that to me, Mort." Rick grinned.

'

Morty came back to present and brought out the vial with colored cheeks and open mouth.

What. The. FUCK?

He literally fell in love with him once?

And he just watched two of this pile of shit!

"Fuck." He helplessly cursed. All of a sudden remembering where he was, he checked the time. He'd been there about half an hour. Oh he wasn't going back now. Fuck the risk of getting caught. Rick was on a solo adventure. He wouldn't be back so soon. He picked up another one.' Oh, this one has a file name..'

It was labeled "Mortys' Blood Bath". Morty put it back.

'Maybe I should pick some other colors.'

He found a red vial, labeled " BlckMail". From what he saw, he guessed the blue color meant he wanted them removed. If Rick labeled the red one Black Mail, it obviously meant he wanted them removed.

Only one way to find out the truth.

He stuck the vial in the helmet.

'

Rick used a towel to dry his hair as he sang. Bathing was a time where he actually let his guard down. Relaxed, listened to some music and jammed to it. And that was exactly what he was doing right now. He looked in the bathroom mirror and grinned cockily, picking up some hair gel to fix his hair. But kept a hand on the towel on his body to keep it from falling. When his favourite part of the song came up, he started dancing to the rhythm.

Disco girl.. [plz don't kill me]

Coming through..

That girl is you..

"Ooh ooh! Ooh ooh!" Rick smiled and murmured quietly.

"HOLY SHIT!" Okay, someone else was in the bathroom.

Rick abruptly turned, making 'The Face'. Morty was standing in the doorframe with a huge grin on his face and a fucking camera. He quickly ran out of the bathroom.

"THIS IS GOING ON YOUTUBE!"

"Oh no it's fucking not!" Rick ran after him.

'

Morty started laughing at this one, thankful that the mindblowers got more lighthearted as he went on. He watched a few other ones, some of them were Rick's mistakes and one was named 'Drunk threat'. Morty decided not to go into that. That was a normal part of his life now. Probably.

One labeled 'Jess' caught his attention. He took in a deep breath and watched the thing.

'

"Morty..." Jessica played with the hem of her skirt, looking at everywhere but him. (Present Morty blinked, surprised to see Jessica on the screen.)

They were on a ferris wheel. The sky was dark and the night was peaceful. The only sound heard was the crickets' lullaby hanging in the air. Morty was looking at her rather hopefully, scratching his arms every now and then, a little nervous and anxious." Y-yes, Jessica?"

Jessica gathered courage to look into his eyes shyly. "I think we've been hanging out for quite a while.. and..well, I really like you. You're a nice person Morty."

Morty smiled. "Well, I mean, I can say the same about you."

"You've been a really good friend. I mean, you stood up to Brad for me this year!"

"Just did what I had to, Jess" Morty shrugged and laughed.

"No! You didn't have to do anything. But you did anyway. Thank you for that!" She genuinely admit.

"Oh, n-no problem." Morty looked out to the city, a little disappointed.

A few moments passed and Jessica broke the comfortable silence between them.

"You didn't think that was all, did you?"

Morty almost heard her smile and turned to face her, wide eyed and feeling caught. "Um.."

He blushed as he felt her lean in a little bit. "I, I actually did think that." He awkwardly said.

She came even closer, her eyes unfocusing as her gaze fell to his lips. "Oh yeah? Why's that?"

"I-I guess I'm just not a hopeful person". They were inches apart.

"Don't be like that." And with that she closed the gap between them. Morty melted into the kiss, feeling like he was flying-

'

Suddenly, the memory ended. Morty narrowed his eyes, confused. Was that all? He would never- ever- want that memory removed. And why would Rick-

His thoughts trailed off as he looked at the cursed blue vial that he put on a shelf.

'Fuck this'

And he grabbed the goddamn memory vial.

'

"You-you did a real good job there M-OUGHR-ty." Rick was studying the new crystals. These were like gold. He grinned "Just doing your job. Not complaining or asking anything. You were pretty quiet today. Huh? I just hope you ain't mad at me or something. Ha ha, just kidding. I don't care." Morty remained silent as Rick rambled on about how 'valuable' they were going to be to his work. In fact he was so engaged in that, he didn't see Morty shuffling closer to him.

Rick's mind was already doing the math while talking. "Maybe if I fuse this with one of those pink ones I got from Andromera 17, I can reverse its-" For a moment, he couldn't process why he stopped talking. He knit his eyebrow in confusion. Then, he saw Morty's face in his, and went wide eyes. For a few seconds he didn't move, too shocked to do anything as he looked at Morty. His eyes were squeezed shut and he was kissing him like his life depended on it. His second instinct was to respond, but he pushed that thought away quickly by pushing Morty off himself.

"What the fuck?!" Rick stared at him incredulously.

He scratched his arm shyly. "I'm sorry. I couldn't stop myself"

Rick was about to make a nasty remark when Morty opened his yellow eyes.

"Unity?!" Rick said unbelievably. "W-what are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be conquering planets and shit?" He shook his head." Don't tell me the federation sent you to 'bring me to justice.'" He made air quotes with the last sentence and rolled his eyes.

Unity sighed, sounding really tired. "No, Rick. I would never do that to you. I'm.. fading."

Rick was speechless as it continued talking. "I failed. I couldn't do it. My army's being destroyed at the other side of galaxy. I'm growing weaker every second. I just wanted to see you one last time." It dared finally look into his eyes.

"Une-"

"Let me finish, Rick. Please." It took his silence as a sign to continue. "At the end, I found out that you were right. Nothing mattered. That's why I should have done what I wanted. What we wanted! I shouldn't have left." Morty's voice shook. "I-I should have stayed! We could have even-"

"Unity." Rick's demanding voice cut it off and it looked at him, with so much love and hurt and regret in its eyes.

Rick's voice was calm and controlled. He placed his hands on its shoulder. "Well, I'll let you know that I always loved you. Believe me, nothing has ever changed that." Morty's eyes filled up with tears." And when you're gone, I WILL destroy myself."

Unity's eyes shot back up at him. "Rick, no! You shouldn't-"

"Unity, shut up. When you're gone, I'll go back to being the lonely miserable drunk I am. And you of all people should know I can't truly die." He leaned in close. "Now for fuck's sake, for the last time in your life, shut the fuck up."

Unity suddenly pulled back, looking ashamed. "Maybe we shouldn't . I shouldn't have gotten into Morty's body in the first place. I was desperate. If you're uncomfortable with this-"

Before it could finish, Rick crashed his lips into Morty's. After what seemed like an eternity, Rick pulled away. "Uncomfortable? This is two birds with one stone."

"Two birds, huh?" Unity raised its eyebrows, a small smile playing at its lips.

Rick groaned. "You don't want to know." And leaned in for another kiss.

Suddenly, Morty pushed him away with more force than anticipated. He pushed him away and started yelling. "What the fuck were you doing?!"

Rick honestly couldn't care about this right now." What the- what were you thinking you-y-y-you sick piece of-" He trailed off when he saw something trickle down on Rick's face. "What the- are you crying?!" He coldly glared in return and started walking towards the spaceship.

'

Morty pulled out the vial. He didn't know what to react to. The fact that Unity was the one who 'possessed' him, That it died? That Rick had no problem making out with his body? Or maybe he should wonder why Rick's life is so sad?

He wiped a tear he didn't notice was there. Right now, the only person that could help him was her sister.

"Okay? This shit's pretty messed up." Summer admitted, raised her eyebrow.

"I don't know what to do anymore." He kept pacing around in Summer's room, panicking.

"Well, what do you want?"

"What the fuck? I know what I want Summer!"

"Oh yeah?" She rolled her eyes. "Then what do you want? Enlighten me."

"I-.."

"Yeah, that's what I thought."

"I can't want this Summer!"

"And why not?" She stretched on her bed casually.

"Well, I don't know. It's.."

"What? Illegal? Against your morals? Just get off the high road, Morty. Take this shit to an end. And get some blackmail too. Rick would probably do the same"

Morty's face was burning with both frustration and embarrassment.

"Maybe I should let this sink a little bit. It can wait." He searched for Summer's reaction, but found none. She just got up and grabbed Morty's hand, tugging him out of the room, Rick-style.

"Ow! You have an even stronger grip!"

"We're gonna settle this now."

"Like, right now?"

"Yes, like right now. Quit your bitching."

"I don't want to talk to Rick!"

"Well, too bad. Because you have to."

Morty gave up struggling and gulped. This wasn't going to end well. When they reached the garage, Summer opened the door and shoved Morty in.

"For fuck's sake- Knock before you come in!" Rick turned over his chair angrily, but stopped when saw his grandkids.

"Oh, it's you two." He grumbled. He got out of his workbench and stood in front of them

Morty cringed as Summer started talking.

"Morty found out about your shitty feelings for him." Rick looked at her blankly. "Get your shit together. Both of you. I'm tired of hearing about it. Oh, he also mindblew you and watched some other memories. Good luck fuckheads." And with that, she closed the door behind her.

Morty reminded himself to give her a piece of her mind later.

Rick coughed awkwardly and Morty looked up at him. He scratched the back of his neck." Soo.." Making a conversation with each other was as hard and uncomfortable as small talking with an acquaintance.

He raised his eyebrow. "You go to Summer for romantic advice?"

"No!" He snapped, embarrassed. After realizing that he was just trying to get a conversation going, he decided to go with it. "I mean, I go to her for any kind of advice."

"Cool." He lamely replied. After a few seconds of eye contact, Rick broke it and looked away, frowning and his cheeks coloring. Morty's eyes went wide. How hadn't he noticed this before?

"Quick question." Rick said. "Are you grossed out? Because we can finish this conversation right now"

"No!" He replied, a little too soon. Because Rick looked at him questioningly.

"Okay? And how do you feel about it?" Rick looked like he was forcing words out of himself.

"I don't know. That's what I was just talking about with Summer." He admitted.

Rick went wide eyed. "Hold on, you were CONSIDERING it?"

Morty suddenly felt offended. "Why not?"

Rick blinked in supprise, not expecting such an answer." Well,.. I mean..it's.."

"What, illegal? Against your fucking morals?" He was shocked how much he sounded like his sister. "Don't high road me Rick."

Rick sighed." Morty, I am not a man of self-control.."

"I fucking know that!"

"Then why are you even here?"

"The same reason you're still talking!"

"Good to know at least I'm not the only weirdo around here"

"Yeah, it is. And honestly I'm almost proud you still haven't taken me right here"

"What do you take me for? A savage?!"

"I don't know. Maybe?"

"Jesus fucking.. wait. Summer said something about Morty's mindblowers." It wasn't a question.

"Oh." Morty suddenly felt ashamed. "I removed a memory from your mind. You-you remember Unity, right?" He said nervously.

"Of course I remember it. If you're talking about its death, the memory's still in here." He pointed at his brain.

"B-but I removed it! "Motry said, confused.

"No, M-OUGHR-ty. That gun has more options than you think."

"Oh." He said. "By the way, I confirmed some interesting theories with those mindblowers." He looked smug.

"Oh, yeah?" Rick said, unsure of what he was pointing out.

"Oh yeah. Like you were jealous of Jessica because we were finally a thing." He saw Rick visibly tense. "Or at least, used to be. I don't know what you exactly did. Also, two birds with one stone? What the fuck was that?"

"Okay, fuck. What now?"

Morty didn't answer immediately, but looked at Rick's face. He looked so soft. Maybe even vulnerable. He was asking what Morty wanted to do. Never did he ever think he would see this side of him. He grinned and stepped ahead. Rick frowned deeper and took a step back. "Wh-what's with that look? Morty... Morty, stop."

He didn't stop, but leaned even closer. "You can't just fucking do this. I'm warning you."

Morty was grinning like a maniac. "Does this scene seem familiar to you?"

Rick stared at him for a moment before gaping with realization." You little son of a- Ow!" He tripped and fell back on his desk. Morty took the opportunity to climb on him.

Rick looked at him, a look of lust on his expression. "Don't say I didn't warn ya."

"I won't." Morty smiled and went down to kiss him. He felt his phone buzz in his pocket. He knew what it was. Summer was getting some fucking blackmail.
