A little girl with a shoulder-length, wavy black hair, sapphire-blue eyes and wore a long-sleeve pajama set in sleepy stars, as she was holding her Popplio doll tightly into her arms while her was hearing something noises outside of her bedroom. She started speaking nervously with tears racing down on her cheek as she stared into her Popplio doll. "I-I c-couldn't e-even s-sleep." She muttered under her breath.
She felt a light was flickering in her room as she was covering her eyes with the Popplio doll. "Maril! Why aren't you sleeping, sweetie?" Maril slowly was placing her Popplio doll next to the edge of the bed as she straightened her back.It was a younger woman with hazel-brown hair braided behind the head in an elegant hairstyle, deep green eyes and wore a white long sleeve off shoulder long maternity dress with a large bump . Her name is none other then Ashley Sycamore and next to her is a quadruped, mammalian Pokémon with slender legs and dainty paws and It is covered in fine, lilac fur. This is Ashley's long time partner named Espeon.
Maril felt her heart was beating very fast with tears racing down on her cheek and started whispering in a softer tone. "I just had a nightmare about something, mommy! I couldn't even sleep at all, I just didn't want to bother you since your having a baby shower for my little sister arrival." Maril tears was racing down on her cheeks.
Ashley slowly waddling over to Maril's bed then took a sit on the bed and placed her hand against her three year old daughter's forehead with a gentle smile on her face as she started speaking in a calmer tone. "You're not bothering me, Maril." Ashley was slowly gently stroking her daughter's shoulder-length, wavy black hair.
Maril sitting in her bed giving Ashley the sweetest smile ever and started speaking in her usual cheerful attitude. "Will you tell me a bedtime story?" Maril was still holding her Popplio doll tightly into her arms.
Ashley slightly chuckled under her breath as she was gently stroking her daughter's shoulder-length, wavy black hair. "Of course, Maril!" Ashley responded as, she could hear her daughter squealing lightly of excitement."What bedtime story you wanted me to bed this time?" Ashley asked calmly as her Espeon was leaping into the bed.
Maril stared into her Popplio doll with the sweetest smile ever and started speaking in her usual cheerful attitude. "I wanted to hear about your journey from the Sinnoh and Unova Region." Maril gave her a puppy dog look.
Ashley slowly wraps her arms around her daughter's shoulder and started whispering in a quiet tone. "Once upon a time, there was a girl with an Espeon and a boy with a Pikachu just heading to a new adventure..." Ashley was holding her daughter tightly.
