Kyoleth's Codex: Entry 4, The Celestial Library
The realm of Kyoleth the Celestial Dragon King. From this plane he monitors the entirety of the multiverse, making sure that everything is alright. If a world is in risk of falling and he can save it, he will interfere. This usually involves either sending a Heroic spirit to save the hero, or letting someone be reincarnated into said world (They are warned beforehand). Or more often than not, helping one of the heroes of said word grow stronger to fight the threat.
The Celestial Library takes the form of a massive library that seems to go on endlessly. In this library is the collection of all knowledge that exists, every story about a different world, even books written by Heroic spirits, or other gods. Every event that has ever happened in the multiverse.
In the center of the Library, is a special area. Whenever a new book is written, or a story is beginning, a podium will appear with a book and a floating pen. These books will write down the story or book. Once the story is written the book will float to be put on a bookshelf and the stand it was being recorded on will go back to a simple stand.
Kyoleth's strength is tied to this realm. For each new book that appears in the Celestial Library, Kyoleth will grow stronger. At the same time, each completed book becomes impossible to destroy as they become tied to Kyoleth.
Kyoleth spends all his time in the Celestial library, slowly reading his way through the ever expanding library. At one end of the library is a door, this leads to the offshoot of his realm that contains the plane that all his Heroic spirits live in.
The Celestial Library is the safest place in the entire Multiverse. It has only ever been attacked once by the forces of Chaos. The army was brutally slaughtered by Kyoleth himself. Only one member of the enemy army survived Kyoleth's counter attack, the lord of the Abyss, Asleif. Since that attack, the forces of Chaos have never dared to come near the Celestial Library again.
