The night sky was dark, and the weather was quite cold. Camille had been studying for the past hour, rambling to herself about how she was going to pass the exam she had to attend in a week. She had her computer on her lap with papers all around her bed. Cami was in the middle of reading an article on her computer until she felt a cool breeze hit her unexpectedly.

She felt someone's presence in her living room but was debating whether to get up and look around her apartment, or just wait for the feeling to pass. "Hello..? is anyone there?" she said quietly, but loud enough to be heard. Camille decided to go back to reading her article and just when she was about to start, she heard a knocking on her open bedroom door. She looked up quickly and her face suddenly changed from frightened, to pissed. Klaus.

"Klaus. What are you doing here?" She said while he did that crooked smile thing that she hated and loved at the same time.

"Does there really have to be a reason that I have come to see you, love? Maybe I came to see how you are doing, or I just wanted to feel your presence near me. Maybe I just enjoy your company" He replied while having a huge grin on his face reaching both ears.

It has been about a minute since they both have been staring into each other's eyes, no one wanting to break the gaze. Without breaking it, Klaus slowly started to move towards Camille, moving the papers off of the bed. When the papers were off the bed, Klaus climbed on top, crawling in the direction of Camille. As she was staring into his eyes and watching him crawl towards her, Camille's mind would not stop racing with thoughts.

What is he doing? I needed those papers to study. He's getting closer and closer and closer. Is he out of his damn mind? Is my heart rate getting faster? I hope he can't hear it. What am I kidding of course he can hear it, but is he paying attention? Why does he look so attractive? Why are his lips so...

Camille's thoughts were suddenly interrupted when she felt his warm touch on her ankle. She was the first to break the gaze by quickly looking down at his hand slowly moving up from her ankle to her calf and to her knee. "Klaus. what are you doing?" no reply. "Klaus seriously. Stop this game and tell me what your doing." Klaus still didn't reply but his hand was still slowly moving up her body. Cami felt butterflies as soon as he reached her waist with his fingertips. He moved the laptop from sitting on her lap, and finally moved his face up until he was eye-to-eye with Camille. He could hear her heart beat getting faster, and tried to hide his smirk from the satisfaction he felt. Just as Cami's mouth opened to say something, Klaus moved his lips onto hers quickly, but gracefully. Camille resisted at first until she couldn't hold back anymore and kissed him back passionately. After a few seconds of kissing Camille pulled back and met Klaus's gaze. She never felt this way before, not even with Marcel. Yes he was attractive and definitely good in bed, but she didn't share the connection with Marcel as she did with Klaus. This was different. She couldn't recognize this feeling but she knew she liked it. Klaus leaned in to kiss her again but she stopped him by putting her hands on his cheeks. "Klaus" she said trying to think straight. She opened her mouth again to speak but her mouth was invaded by Klaus's, which sparked a joy inside her. After about a couple of minutes, Klaus pulled away from Camille's lips, only to kiss and suck on her neck. His hands remained where they were. His right hand on her waist and his other on the other side of her neck. He could hear Cami's moans, which only made him suck and kiss her neck more passionately and slower. His body was in between her legs, grinding his hips into hers. As they both were enjoying the sensation, Cami's phone rang which was next to her bed on the table.

Camille ignored the ringing at first but as it kept on ringing she tried to get up and answer it. Klaus pushed her back down continuing to kiss her neck but Cami pulled him away and looked straight into his eyes. "Let me answer this and then we can continue what we were doing." Klaus nodded but continued to roam his hands on her body. When Cami answered her phone she heard a familiar voice on the other end and recognized it as Rebekah's.

"Camille have you seen Klaus? Actually let me put this in different words. Are you with Klaus right now?" Rebekah asked nervously.

"Yes he is here with me right now. Is there a problem?" As Cami was talking to Rebekah she felt Klaus's hand wonder up her shirt gripping her breast covered by her bra. Cami let out a soft moan and hoped that Rebekah didn't hear it.

"Is everything okay? I seem to be hearing some noise in the background." Rebekah sounded curious.

"mmm... yes everything is fine. But is there a reason you called about Klaus being here?" Cami said while urging Klaus to stop while she was on the phone.

"Right. I wanted to warn you about Klaus. You see, since his birthday is tomorrow, Kol and myself decided to play a prank on Klaus by sneaking something in his drink during dinner." Rebekah paused.

"Well what was it?" Cami asked curiously.

"We seemed to have slipped a mixture into his drink which causes someone to be..." Rebekah stopped to try to find the words to say this.

"spit it out" Cami said while still feeling Klaus's warm hand on her breast.

"It causes someone to be extremely horny. We originally thought the concoction made the person who drank it really goofy, but as me and Kol read the side effects after Klaus had drank it, we found out that it brings people's guards down. It also causes them to act without thinking, mostly towards the people they desire most which is why I called you."

Cami froze. She knew Klaus wasn't listening because he was too invested in her breast and her neck to pay attention. No wonder he was so forward and seductive. She thought. No matter how much she was enjoying this, she couldn't continue. She would be taking advantage of him, and that would be the worst thing she could do.

"What should I do while he is in this state?" she asked Rebekah while Klaus was slowly lifting up her shirt.

"Try to occupy him with other tasks. Maybe even try getting him to fall asleep. It may be hard but if Klaus falls asleep, the symptoms will wear off by the time he wakes up."

"Thank you." Camille said while hanging up the phone. She pulled Klaus up to her face and kissed him one more time before having to end this interaction. She grabbed his hands into hers and asked Klaus if they could make something to eat.

"I can think of something to eat. But it doesn't involve having to get up" Klaus said as his head slowly moved down Camille's body.

Before he could reach down between her legs Camille stopped him by putting his face in between the palms of her hand. They met each other's eyes and remained silent until Cami spoke up. "Can we go to the kitchen and make something to eat?" Klaus looked at her resistant until Cami said "please." He couldn't resist her smile and her soft voice so he complied.

When they reached the kitchen Cami told Klaus to sit on the couch and wait for her to finish. She couldn't find anything to cook except pancakes with chocolate chips. She prepared the batter and went to the stove to start cooking them. When she was pouring the batter onto the pan she felt the same cool breeze that she felt early today in her bedroom. She didn't look back because she knew immediately that it was Klaus.

While pouring the batter, she felt two hands on her waist and after a second, she felt his hips against hers. Her body was trembling. Cami wanted to move but her body wouldn't budge.

"Klaus, you really should be back where the couches are." She said lightly, enjoying the feeling of his hands. "Camille, how long are we going to pretend that there isn't something between us. You and I both know about each other's feelings." He said while his hands moved up her core. "Let go. We don't have to worry about the obstacles and complications. All we have to worry about tonight is... what we both want." He slowly moved his lips next to her ear and she could feel his breath against her. Cami's legs shook and she bit her lip to stop the moans from coming out. She quickly gained control of herself and turned around. She placed her hands on his shoulders and looked at his eyes. Suddenly, Klaus moved his right hand from her waist to her butt, gently rubbing his hand all around. Cami tried to maintain her eyes but they kept slipping down to his lips. Klaus noticed this and placed his lips onto hers trying to hold back a grin. She opened her mouth slightly and Klaus took this as an invitation for his tongue to enter. It swirled around her mouth and even got tangled up with her tongue. Cami was caught up in the moment until she smelt something burning. She turned around to find that she had burnt the pancake. While turning off the stove, she remembered that Klaus was standing right behind with his hands on her body. "Klaus." she said firmly. "Go back to the couch so I can make these pancakes without burning them." Klaus heard the firmness in her voice so he did as he was told.

After making a couple of pancakes, she sat at the other side of the couch avoiding Klaus's eyes. As she began to eat she felt that Klaus was staring at her. "Why are you watching me eat'' she said trying to sound annoyed. "I enjoy watching your mouth move as you put those pancakes in your mouth and swollen them." He replied with that same crooked smile she couldn't resist. Camille felt her stomach turn and wasn't hungry anymore. She put the plate down and turned on the TV putting on her favorite show. After minutes of silence, Cami felt tired and let out a yawn. Klaus sensed this and looked at her with curiosity. He got up and grabbed a blanket with his vampire speed and laid it on top of her. He quickly sat back on his side of the couch and kept staring at her. After a couple of minutes, Cami couldn't take the staring and spoke up. "If you are going to continue to stare than you might as well come lay with me." Klaus looked surprised but of course he didn't deny. As he slowly moved closer to her he heard Camille's voice. "Only if you promise to only lay down and nothing else. Especially no wandering hands!" She demanded. He was about to say something but then realized that this was the closest he was gonna get. Camille was on her back with her legs laid out. Klaus moved towards her placing his head right above her chest but just below her neck. He felt the urge to feel his hands around her body but it would ruin the situation they were in now. Cami put the blanket on top of both of them and cuddled for the rest of the night.

Camille woke in the middle of the night to find Klaus still laying with her peacefully. She didn't want to wake him up especially because of the long day they just had. It was past twelve and she realized it was his birthday. She whispered in his ear softly. "Happy birthday Klaus." After a few minutes of watching him sleep with her, she fell back asleep.

Camille woke up for a second time except it was morning. She realized Klaus wasn't there and was disappointed but she expected him to leave. After she did her morning routine, she remembered that it was Klaus's birthday and that she had been invited to a small party at the compound which starts in 2 hours. She took her time getting ready, putting on makeup and finally a beautiful Royal blue dress. It covered the curves on her hips but fell also down to her legs. The dress also had a slit on her right leg that moved up when she walked. She grabbed her purse and rushed out the door to get to the compound.

When she entered the compound she realized that it was not just a small party. But what did she expect, of course the Mikaelsons would throw a huge party and call it small. She walked over to the table where the champagne was and wondered her eyes around the place to find him. She couldn't, but little did she know that he was on the top balcony looking down straight at her.

She's beautiful. Klaus thought. Klaus felt his pants get tighter the more he looked at her curves tightened by the dress. He couldn't keep his eyes off her until he remembered what happened the day before. Klaus quickly went into the room with his paintings to try to occupy him and get his mind off what had happened yesterday. He was still furious with Kol and Rebekah but decided to enjoy his birthday to the best of his abilities.

Camille could not locate him anywhere and this party was getting quite boring. She decided to go and find him and knew exactly where to look. She walked up the stairs into the halls until she reached the room she knew he would be in. Klaus knew she was there but decided to see if she would say anything. After a few moments Klaus gave up. "Please, come in Camille. I was thinking we could chat about last night." Camille felt nervous. Just the thought of last night brought shivers down her spine. "Yes, I was thinking the same," she replied.

Klaus motioned with his hands for her to sit on the couch and she did as he hoped. He said next to her and opened his mouth to speak but right before he could get any words out, Camille interrupted him. "Listen I know yesterday wasn't the ideal situation but I don't regret it because guess what Klaus? I have feelings for you! I don't know how long or why but I do but I cannot deny them. I tried to push them away but I just can't! However I totally understand if you just want to forget last night and we can just-" before Camille could speak another word, Klaus pushed his lips against hers cupping her cheek with his hand. Soon after Camille was kissing him back and before the kiss got too deep Klaus pulled away. "I agree that last night wasn't ideal but I would never want to forget it." he said sincerely. "And I... I have had strong feelings for you ever since the night we met and all I want to do is be with you." After a minute of looking into each other's eyes they kissed and kissed and soon enough they were in Klaus's bedroom with the door locked.
