Triple Threat
Chapter 4: Villains
When Kirishima said they were going to a mall as a class, Akarui didn't expect there to be a full-scale villain attack. The universe really hates me, huh? To her dismay, it just so happens that a flipping Nomu of all things emerged from the misty purple portal, which gradually increased in size as it began to consume the plaza fountain.
"Akarui! We need to go! Now!" Arisu yelled commandingly. "I think I finally figured out my quirk, and I'm confident that I have full control over it. Leave this to me," she whispered confidently. Akarui gave a firm nod and ran to regroup with the others.
Arisu breathed, closed her eyes, and raised both her hands into the air. When she opened them, her eyes swirled with white energy. "So you want to mess with the Sage of Love?" She said in a god-like, silky voice. "Then prepare to get a heart attack!" Her last few words echoed with power, and her hands sparkled. Millions of small hearts surged out of her skin. Arisu let out a surprised gasp, and gritted her teeth as she felt her energy drain from her body. Dammit! She thought. Should've known it had a side effect! Better use it wisely before my stamina runs out…
She furrowed her brow and bit her lip to concentrate on controlling her heart puppets. With a determined yell, she forcefully waved her hands towards the hulking monstrosity and all the hearts zipped towards it like an army of aggressive bees. They angrily levitated around the soulless monster and stabbed it lightning-fast, tearing into its flesh and mercilessly attacking, leaving no space for it to regenerate. A horde of the hearts detached from the group and flew towards the monster's brain, attacking it. The nomu screeched in anger and found its target. In the blink of an eye, it zipped in front of Arisu.
"ARISU!" Everyone screamed. The blonde opened one eye, and screamed, not in fright, but in confidence. With a last burst of her strength, she set the last of her plan in motion. She snapped her fingers, and the nomu's screech came to a halt. It stumbles backwards, and slumped down, its eyes crossed. Arisu breathed a sigh of relief, then gave a weak smile…
And crumpled down onto the ground.
"Hato-kun!" Uraraka yelled. She jumped off the railing off the second floor, making herself weightless and descended to her fallen friend's side. "D-did we win?" Arisu asked feebly. Uraraka nodded with concern etched across her face. "Don't worry, all you need to do now is get better."

"What?!" Shigaraki shouted, slamming his hands onto the bar table. He was watching from his side if the bar through the warp gate Kurogiri conjured. He turned angrily to the buzzing television. "Sensei! What is the meaning of this! Did you do this to trick me?!" "I did no such thing, Tomura!" The television growled. "Was that nomu defected? Did it pass all the tests?!" Shigaraki questioned, outraged. "Tomura, I assure you that nomu was perfectly fine!" The television bellowed. Shigaraki growled, irritated, and began to scratch his neck furiously until it drew blood. "It's not fair!" He fumed. "That nomu was supposed to be able to defeat All Might! That little brat wasn't supposed to be the one to kill it!" "It seems that the girl's quirk is to send out dots, and she manipulated a group towards the nomu's brain and fiddled with it enough to shut it down from the inside," The voice said, impressed. That is an impressive quirk! If I can somehow get my hands on it…
"THAT BASTARD!" Shigaraki screamed. "I'll kill that brat! I'll kill all of the-" "Don't, my dear Tomura. That girl is talented and can be a powerful asset if we manage to get our hands on her," the voice from the device mused. "We have a big chance coming up, my boy. We shall strike during the U.A. training camp."
Under that pale hand, the light-haired boy grinned. "I will gather a few new recruits for this special occasion. The attack with be perfect."

"Arisu's down! Miade, let's go!" Uraraka yelled to her fellow brunette as another wave of nomus surged forward. This is like a video game, she thought. Miade nodded and vines carried her down like a wave. "Gods of Botano… give me strength!" She gripped her fists tight and a green aura surrounded them. Her hair began to float above her head like, ironically, flames and her piercing blue eyes glowed turquoise. The ground rumbled and colossal Venus flytraps burst out of the concrete ground, roaring. They surged around, hunting for nomus as Miade twisted her hands expertly, guiding the monstrous plants around. They hopped around, devouring the beasts and drowning them in burning acid, not leaving them any space to regenerate their bodies. The pained screeches of the monsters died down as the gigantic plants spat out what was left of them: bits of the brain slowly shrinking as acid devoured them. "Woah…" Midoriya watched in awe at the powerful brunette in action. "That quirk is way past simple botanokinesis! She can create life!"
Back in his hideout, All for one perked an eyebrow. What a powerful quirk he thought. She doesn't seem to have any limitations! Simply summoning green monstrosities with the wave of a hand? She'd make a powerful villain… or if I can get my hands on that quirk, enchanted with my enhancement abilities, I will be unstoppable! His mutilated face morphed into a creepy, horrifying attempt to smile, then he turned his attention back to the screen.
Miade breathed a sigh of relief as she observed her victory. "Thank goodness the acid was enchanted!" She sighed. "SASAKI-KUN LOOK OUT!" she heard a male voice. She turned around to see the hulking form of a lanky, green Nomu dashing towards her. Eyes widening in fear, she braced herself for the fatal impact.

"I wonder how the others are doing," Iida mused to his group as they started their trek to the gathering spot by the plaza fountain. All of a sudden, Asui yelled. "Kero! Look out!" She grabbed the group with her long tongue and pounded away just in time to dodge an explosive attack. "Was that Bakugo?" Iida asked. Tokoyami sighed and shook his head mysteriously. "Revelry in the dark." "Hey, isn't that Midoriya-lin and Uraraka-san? And the new gir- oh no!" Iida stopped mid-sentence and ran towards them immediately. "Kero!" Asui leapt after the speedster hot on his trail. Tokoyami gave a command to his quirk counterpart and flew after his group. Iida gasped. "SASAKI-KUN LOOK OUT!"

Miade felt herself rammed to the side. Expecting herself to lose consciousness, or even worse, die, she grimaced as she braced herself for darkness to come and swallow her. But none came. Timidly, she peeled open her eyes and gulped to see Akarui lying in front of her, a hand clutching a bloodied area which was slowly expanding. She heard a pained grunt as her friend pushed herself up with her free hand, as the hand clutching the wound glowed with peachy flames. "Be more attentive to your surroundings," Akarui berated, then brutally clawed her glowing hand into the wound. She hissed but relaxed as the wound slowly sealed up. Quickly, she slung her backpack down onto the floor and rummaged inside it and grinned as she found what she wanted. "Jackpot," she whispered and took out a shield alongside a forked purple metallic sword buzzing with electric energy. "Thank you, Stormbolt," she whispered, and armed herself with the gear. Then she roared, charging at the Nomus.
"Another brat?" Shigaraki hissed. "She looks plain though, I doubt she can beat anyone." "Her quirk seems to be healing or something," Kurogiri speculated. "She's armed with that weird sword though, so let's be cautious."
"Come on, you brainless hunters! Let's dance!" Akarui yelled, banging her sword onto her shield to get their attention. The nomus turned and roared, all of them hulking towards her. "Hizashi-kun!" The students of 1A screamed. The others had returned to the gathering spot only to be greeted by destruction and decided to see what was happening. They did not expect to see the new girls on the field. "Don't worry about her," Arisu said with a smirk. "She's probably more powerful than Icyhot." "Wait what?" Ashido screeched. "I don't believe that," Kaminari agreed. "Watch and learn, suckers," Arisu simply said. "She's an overpowered girl."
Bakugo huffed.
Closer… The nomus lumbered towards the redhead. Closer… They roared. Bingo. Akarui suddenly sprouted wings and took to the air, and opened her mouth. A fiery tornado-like blast burst out of it, engulfing the nomus. The spectators were shaken, traumatised as they heard the unholy inhuman screeches of pain torn from the burning nomus' throats. Akarui disappeared with a smile. "She disappeared again! Just like in her duel with Kacchan!" Midoriya said excitedly. "I wonder why…" Iida pondered, scratching his chin thoughtfully. Suddenly, green gas sprouted from the centre of the plaza. "Ehhh? What is that?" Hagakure asked. A hissing sound was heard before a spark was lit, and an explosion was born. Bakugo watched, impressed. It was a decent explosion, in his opinion. Though he'd never admit it. Akarui walked out of the explosion holding her sword like that cliché movie exit.
"YOU THREE ARE SO MANLY!" Kirishima cried.
"Hizashi-San, what really is your quirk? I thought it was Dragon," Yaoyorozu asked.
"It is," Akarui replied. "I told you I can mimic different dragons."
"Ah, you should see the look on your faces!" Arisu laughed. "She can mimic dragons from a movie called How to Train Your Dragon."
Her quirk is based on a movie? Nani…?
"Basically what she said, but since our biological structures are different from the ones dragons have, sometimes the way my firepower comes out will change, like I can shoot fire from my hand when dragons shoot them from their mouths. I still roar the same I guess, and I think I can do both," Akarui explained. Midoriya had once again whipped out his notebook from thin air and furiously scribbling down notes on the three girls' pages, jotting down facts learned from the fight. Cue the Midoriya Mutter. Everyone sweatdropped.
"Okay, let's clean this place up," Akarui said and she walked over to the walls and guess what? Peeled dragon skinoff of the walls. Ojiro paled. "H-Hizashi-kun, I-is that…" "They molt," Akarui growled through gritted teeth. The class gulped but mentally sighed in relief. At least it's not cannibalism…

"WHAT THE HECK?!" Shigaraki yelled, slamming his hand onto the bar table. "Kurogiri you said she had a healing quirk!" "From the looks of it it seems like she has multiple quirks…" All for One mused. "Sensei! You didn't possibly give her some quirks, did you?!" "No, I didn't," All for one replied calmly. "It seems we have found our target, Tomura. The ninth holder of One for All."
Meanwhile, Akarui sneezed. Eh, someone must be talking about me.

After the whole ordeal, Tsukauchi had interrogated the three girls (again) for their actions.
"I told you, it was self-defence!" Akarui whined. "The nomus attacked us first! We had the right to use our quirks!" "And we didn't continue to use them after the attack," Miade added. Tsukauchi sighed. "Fine, but addressing the other issue, Akarui," he turned towards the girl. "Are you associated with All for One?"
Akarui stared at him for a good minute and snickered. "Please, Tsukauchi-kun, I'm definitely not associated with that faceless bastard." "It's just her quirk! Why don't you guys understand?" Miade lamented. "Her quirk is Dragon and she can copy different dragon abilities! Simple as that!" "Then can you list out the dragons you mimicked during the fight? Because I have reason to believe that you are working with All for One, or…" his voice lowered to a whisper. "You have One for All."
Akarui couldn't take it anymore and laughed. "Oh man, you think I have One for All? Please, All Might doesn't even know me!" She straightened up her posture, trying to look serious again. "The dragons I used are the Typhoomerang, the Changewing and the Hideous Zippleback." Tsukauchi cocked his eyebrow. "Never heard of them." "Tell me, detective, have you ever watched the movie How to Train Your Dragon?" Akarui asked. The detective shook his head. "Yeah, my dragons are from there, so take a look if you want."
Tsukauchi's face was priceless. "Your quirk is based on a… movie?" "Hey, strange things happen. Don't judge." "Alright, now… all of you have impressive quirks, like Miade creating life and Arisu shutting down nomus with the flick of a finger," Tsukauchi commented. "But since you are powerful, we will have to be more cautious around you. We don't trust you completely." Miade slumped sadly. "But, since the League seems to be generating nomus more efficiently, we will gladly accept your help. We need more manpower." The three girls internally cheered. "You're off the hook, please go back to U.A."
After the three girls left, Tsukauchi sighed and poured himself a large cup of coffee. "I don't get paid enough for this."

"Sasaki-kun! Thank the Lord you're okay!" Shiozaki gratefully cried. The two had become great friends due to their similar interests in plants, along with their botanic powers. The two friends were having lunch together, happily munching on the delicious food as they caught up with each other. "It's nothing. Arisu and Akarui did much more to help," Miade replied. "Nonsense! From what I heard from your classmates, you summoned Venus Flytraps that, however brutally, ate the Nomus! God bless you for this wonderful feat!" Shiozaki said. "I know," Miade said dejectedly, quietly slurping in her noodles. "It's just that Akarui has a flashy quirk, and Arisu is more creative with hers. I'm just here playing with vines… the Venus flytrap is my only super move…" Miade sighed as she idly played with a vine that was growing from her gloves. "Sasaki-kun… Compared to me, your quirk is much more powerful! I can only use vines while you can choose to use vines!" Shiozaki sighed. Miade smiled. "Thanks, Shiozaki-kun."
Arisu was obliviously eating her bowl of delicious udon, sitting beside the girls of 1A, with Akarui eating quietly, slurping her soba. Unfortunately for Miade, Akarui had heard everything and a pang of guilt resided in her. Dammit, why do I have to be so inconsiderate…
"What you guys did yesterday was awesome!" Uraraka cheered in envy. "It was nothing," Arisu smugly said. "Are you sure about that," Akarui said quietly beside her. "You almost fainted." Arisu clutched her heart in mock betrayal. "How could you?! I am hurt by your words!"
Akarui feigned a laugh, finished her meal and got up to leave. "Bye." "So soon?" Uraraka lamented. "I wanna get to know each other!" "Kero," Tsuyu agreed. A simple 'no' was her answer. "Whaaa! So cold!" Hagakure shined dramatically. "She is like Todoroki-kun," Yaoyorozu commented. Arisu grunted and made a big heart which flew to the leaving redhead, blocking her way.
"Why are you running." She quoted the meme.
"Because I can."
"No you."
"Arisu let me go or I will forcefully make you." The girls at the table gulped. Akarui is scary…
"And how will you do that?" Suddenly, Akarui's eyes morphed.
Arisu gulped, as the girls sitting by the table stared at them, horrified. "Let. Me. Go," Akarui commanded. Her eyes then return to normal and Arisu shakily takes the heart away.
"Remind me to never mess with her," Ashido whispered to her friends. "I HEARD THAT!" Akarui called from the hallways. Everyone broke a cold sweat.

"Okay class," Aizawa groaned. "We are going to have spars. Again. Because the author has run out of things to write and she wants you brats to be impressed."
Shota, what did I say about the fourth wall?
"Haha."
Screw you, Eyebags.
"Anyways, we're going to have spars like the third round of the sports festival, as usual, and this time you can choose your sparring partner. Change and go meet me in Gym Gamma."
"HAI!" The whole class saluted in unison.
At Gym Gamma
"Okay, you kids have fun. I'm gonna go to sleep." Seriously? Everyone broke a cold sweat before rushing to choose their sparring partners. "Hey Todoroki, do you want to spar?" Akarui asked. "Sure." "Great." "Yup." "Okay let's start." "Okay." "Okay." "Stop it." "Okay."
Todoroki breathed, and sent a giant glacier at Akarui. Akarui set herself aflame with the ability of the monstrous nightmare, and combined the blue flames of the night fury with the skill, making herself engulfed with blue fire, effectively protecting herself from the ice as the flames melted the glacier as soon as they contacted. Todoroki was surprised. "So fire attacks won't work on her… noted…"
Suddenly, a purple orb landed on the ground in front of him and exploded, sending him flying. He immediately created a barrier behind him and prevented himself from reaching the edge of the podium.
"What was that?" "That, my dear friend, was a plasma blast," Akarui chuckled sadistically. "And you're going to be playing with them for a much longer time."
Todoroki was barraged with the blasts, as he jumped and dodged, going on the Defense. Akarui's hand smoked out. "Shoot, my shot limit!"
She paused for a second, which was enough for Todoroki to send an ice trail towards her. It slammed into the girl, and just before she tumbled out of the podium, Akarui shot fire out of her palms like a jet pack and stopped herself in the nick of time, and heard Todoroki curse under his breath. She grinned.
This time, she shot the remaining plasma blasts, and added a lightning blast of the Skrill. It led to an electro-plasmatic explosion, and the force sent Todoroki flying as he was shocked with lightning. Akarui buried her claws into the firm cement ground and braced herself against the wind. She grinned as Todoroki fell to the ground.
"Good match," she said, a hand reached out to Todoroki. He mildly smiled and took her hand and Akarui helped him up. Uraraka grinned evilly and got her revenge. "Ship!" She screamed. "TODOROKI BELONGS TO YAOYOROZU!" Akarui yelled back. "AND THIS AIN'T A SHIP, YA HEAR ME?!" (Yes, I'm a Yaoyoroki shipper, sue me)
Suddenly, an explosion occurred right by the side of the gym and debris flew everywhere, attacking the students. Akarui quickly morphed into a titanwing timberjack and shielded her classmates while breaking the stray debris with her sharp wings. Black liquid spewed from thin air and Shigaraki Tomura materialised, along with a few nomus.
He locked his gaze on the three girls. Well, two, since he didn't know the dragon was Akarui.
"THERE YOU ARE!"
Aizawa sighed.
