Welcome back! Here's another chapter. I have decided that I'll do 2 chapters a week because daily updates brun out of fanfiction quickly. Anyway let the chapter begin!
Underworld Prime
The rest of the day was fun indeed. Besides from the many demon admirers the day went splendidly. Star and Tom were a bit salty from losing the game, but they cheered up as the day progressed. After the game Star and Tom congratulated Moon and Marco for their win. The four had a quick lunch from the food Star packed. Moon was appalled at the lack of sugary food so she made a quick trip to the Butterfly castle kitchens. She grabbed five ice cream tubs and ate four of them. By this point everyone now knew that Moon had an unusual obsession with sugary food. Moon gave the last tub of ice cream to Tom, Star, and Marco in case they were interested.
Moon then played with the dark sands of lava lake beach but made sure that she didn't land on the lava. Star joined Moon in the sands, and they built sand castles. Marco and Tom watched from their spot at the girls. Marco was glad that Star could get along with Moon. Star was at first hesitant to do anything with Moon. Star however was warming up to Moon slowly the more they played with each other. Star could tell that Moon wasn't a bad girl. In fact the only reason why Star disliked Moon was the fact that Moon stole the heart of Marco Other than that Moon was actually quite funny with her dry sense of humor. Moon was also adventurous like Star, and Star was glad that she wasn't as boring as Queen Moon.
While the girls were playing with the sand Marco finished his story. Marco told Tom about the second day in the other Mewni. His second day on Mewni was the time Marco got to know Moon. Tom was interested to learn the early history of Mewni so he could compare the two realities. Unknown to the two boys Star was in fact listening to the story closely. She was only partly interested in Moon's question since Star was more interested in the story. Tom interested in the board game that Marco and Moon played. Tom didn't know that Marco was a good strategist and wondered how Marco will fare in real battle. Star didn't like the board game from the description since she despised strategy games. Star's mood darkened when hearing that Marco slept with Moon. Star didn't know what it was with Moon that made her attractive to Marco. Moon swore that Star's eyes briefly twitched, and Moon was confused at why Star would do that.
Marco finished his tale with the last day he was with Moon. Both Tom and Star were appalled at the early history of Mewni. The pair were unsure what was worse, the earliest Mewmans or the Great Monster Massacre. Star hoped that her Mewni didn't have such a dark past. Then Marco moved on to the gardens, and the evening. Star was in awe at the garden, and she could only imagine seeing the garden herself. Star laughed at how Glossaryck always wanted pudding and could relate for her Glossaryck liked pudding too. All in all Marco had a crazy adventure, but a nice one. Tom enjoyed the story thoroughly while Star was deep in thought. Star liked Moon even more after hearing the story. Moon was more like Star than she could imagine. So maybe there was a chance for them to be friends.
They stayed at the beach for a several more hours before they left. The four watched the sun slowly set from the Underworld. The sunset was unique from Mewni as the Underworld only marginally dimmed. Instead the underworld turned a unique shade of orange as the sun set. It was beautiful, but if Moon was honest to herself, she preferred the sunsets of Mewni. Marco pulled Moon close to him, and she returned his embrace. When the sun completely set completely, there was an explosion of light. Slowly the light dimmed, and the four could see that the Underworld was significantly dimmer. The skies were now a different color now from the sun being absent.
After the sunset, the four parted ways. Star wanted to stay with Tom in the Underworld while Moon went with Marco to Mewni. They bid each other farewell before they left. Moon had an excellent day, and she got to know Star better. From what Moon could gather Star was a bit reckless, but Star had her heart in the right place. Star needed to be a bit more serious for she is after all a princess. Aside from that Moon could get along with Star quite well as they both had a lot in common.
When they reached Butterfly Castle, the two went to the kitchen to get some food. Marco got some roasted fawns and cornbread while Moon got roasted venison and a jug of extra sugary lemonade. Moon spoke excitedly about how well their day went. She had fun with Star, and the volleyball game was amazing. Marco smiled while listening to Moon, she was always a joy to be around. Glad you had fun my angel, Marco smirked. How about you handsome?, Moon inquired. I didn't expect this day to go so well. I was half expecting Star to fight you in some way today, but she didn't, Marco remarked before adding, That's good for me. Moon laughed at his remarks, but she too was fearing that Star would be agitated. Instead Star was for the most part in a good mood.
They managed to finish their meal quickly, and the two set off to Marco's room. The halls were mostly empty except for the guards. The walk to his room was quiet and quick. When they reached his room, Moon went to the bathroom to take a quick shower. Marco sat silently on his bed, wondering if today had mended his friendship with Star. Today was a good start for their friendship, but they still needed to spend more time with each other. It would be difficult to rebuild their friendship, however Marco was confident that it was possible to fully restore their friendship. Marco then thought about what he could do tomorrow. He was itching for another adventure already. Marco was confused at this as the previous adventure almost got him killed. Perhaps he could go on another adventure with Moon?
Before he could think any further, Moon finished with her shower. Bathroom's free Marco, Moon waved her hand to Marco. Thanks Moon, Marco smiled. He jumped out of bed and went to the bathroom for a quick shower. The shower rejuvenated him while he sat under its warm water. He then decided that tomorrow they should go exploring a different dimension. Marco soon finished from his shower and brushed his teeth. Marco let out a yawn as he exited the bathroom.
Moon was laying in bed, waiting for Marco. Moon was already tired from today's action. Marco was somewhat tired, but he decided to go to bed with Moon. When he laid down, Moon snuggled right next to him. He smiled at Moon before hugging her. Moon fell asleep quickly, but Marco was still awake for some time. He was still thinking about what dimension they should go to. In the end he settled for that shadow dimension Tom went to. He then fell asleep after his decision.
'Where am I?' Star wondered as she opened her eyes. Star was in a castle of some sorts. The castle was made out of marble and there was a throne on one of the walls. The castle looked eerily familiar to Butterfly castle, and that scared Star. Star looked around and saw a strange emblem on the walls. There was a strange looking red sword with demonic wings surrounding it. Then she heard a low chuckling coming from the room. Out of the gloom a figure appeared on the throne.
"So you have come Star Butterfly", the feminine figure spoke smoothly.
" Who are you? ", Star asked, alarmed. Star reached for her wand, but it wasn't there. Star began to panic since her wand was the main thing she used for self-defense.
" Don't worry dear, I only come to help."
"Help me with what?" , Star asked curiously.
"Help you get Marco of course."
" But he's with Moon right now. " Star wasn't sure how this lady knew about her obsession with Marco, but the figure started to freak her out.
"I can take care of that pesky Moon for you. Then Marco will be all yours. You only need to help me when the time arises", the figure chuckled.
" But that's selfish! ", Star yelled. She was kind of attracted to the deal, but Marco should choose who he loves. Right? A small part of her however wanted her to accept the deal. She desperately wanted Marco's love no matter what. Maybe the deal might be good. Star immediately banished that line of thought.
"Says the girl who wants Marco so badly that you confessed your feelings for Marco in front of his previous girlfriend? Sooner or later you'll accept this offer."
"You're insane", Star stammered. There was no way this lady could give Star what she wants. Even if the figure did have a means to fulfill her promise, Star wouldn't betray Marco."Maybe I'm a bit insane but who knows? Besides no one will believe you since... "Star woke up with a start. That dream she had was far too real to be fake. She could hear the future's distorted voice. It reminded her of Toffee before he died, and that made Star shiver in fear. Who was the figure? Star wasn't sure what the figure was since there was a cloak on its face. Star guessed that the figure was powerful for it managed to spy on Star without her knowing it.
Star then thought of the figure's 'deal'. It was admitting selfish for her to accept the deal. Star's consciousness screamed for her to not accept it but a nagging feeling whispered that she should accept the deal. Star was horrified that even a small part of her had such a selfish attitude. Yet the more she thought of the offer, the more justified it seemed. 'I mean Moon isn't supposed to be here. She's from another reality!' Star reasoned to herself 'Marco deserves to be with someone from his reality'. Yes she'll consider the deal once the figure returns.
Star's thoughts soon drifted to when the figure will return. She wondered when the figure will return. Hopefully soon before Mon and Marco become too close. With this thought in mind, Star was in a better mood then she had been for a few weeks.
Mewni Prime
Marco woke up with a comforting presence soothing him. He knew that the presence was Moon, and he loves being around Moon. He didn't know why they were so comfortable sleeping with each other so quickly. Marco assumed that it was because of their mutual attraction for each other. Marco then felt that he was grabbing something soft yet comforting. Marco opened his eyes and was mortified at what he saw. That soft thing he was cupping was in fact Moon's breast! Marco knew that he found Moon attractive, but this attractive? He dared not wake up Moon as he didn't want to know what her reaction would be.
Marco was blushing a deep red color, and he slowly tried to remove his hand. This succeeded in waking up Moon for his hand was under Moon's hand. To make matters worse Moon started to talk to him through the Blood Moon bond. Morning handsome, how are you-, Moon started. Moon opened her eyes in surprise when she felt something against her breast. What she saw made her flustered. Moon was Marco's hand cupping one of her breasts. This caused Moon to blush. Surely Marco wasn't the bold type, right?
Marco was expecting for Moon to yell or become angry. At the very least have a foul mood. 'Now you're a Herbert's Marco thought dreadfully. But instead Moon just giggled. That reaction wasn't what he was expecting as expected Moon to blow up with anger. You like me don't you? I see you're quite naughty, Wild Man, Moon teased Marco. Marco breathed a sigh of relief. At least Moon was somewhat enjoying this. Why you're just irresistible. You're the most perfect person I know!, Marco blurted through their bond.
Moon burst out laughing at the expense of Marco. She laughed for a solid minute before regaining her composure. That's rich Marco! But thanks for saying that Wild Man, Moon patted him on the back. Now Wild Man what shall we do a today?, Moon asked. Marco sat up from the bed before answering her question. I think we should explore, and I know just the dimension, Marco answered. Moon was mildly surprised for she didn't expect Marco to be on the look out for adventures after their latest adventure. She didn't mind it since that meant that they could spend some time together.
"Let's get some breakfast shall we?" , Marco said while he got off the bed.
"Sounds like a plan!"
They quickly made their way to the bathroom to brush their teeth. Marco was still glancing at Moon. Moon rolled her eyes once she caught Marco ogling at her. Moon didn't mind him ogling at her and in fact kind of enjoyed it. Moon could only imagine what he looked like without his shirt... Moon shook her head at that. 'Stop it Moon, you just met him!' Moon berated herself for thing of such thoughts. Moon was embarrassed that she had though up of thoughts but what if Marco had similar thoughts to her's?
After they finished cleaning their teeth, Marco took the bathroom to change clothes. The two of them were done changing clothes in less than five minutes. The two then swiftly walked out of his room to the kitchen. The two are stopped frequently by guards and royals. Apparently the news of the volleyball game had surfaced to Mewni. Even the Mewmans were awed at the game, and everyone wanted to see the two who beat the unstoppable duo. Moon and Marco politely answered the questions asked while walking. The interruptions added another five minutes to their walk time. Both of them were not big fans of big crowds
They reached the dining halls and got a bowl of sugar seeds for a quick breakfast. Moon of course added in her 'modest' amount of sugar. While they were eating, even the chefs congratulated the two. Sure praise was a good thing, but too much praise is a bit redundant. Moon was beginning to become quite annoyed at the constant praise. She hadn't solved the hunger problem! Well she actually she did in her Mewni and that was something worth praise. Fortunately the two finished their meal quickly before Moon got really agitated.
"So what dimension are we visiting?", Moon asked. The sooner they got out of here, the sooner they didn't have to listen to the non stop praise.
"It's called the Shadow Dimension. Star and Tom explored it recently, and it sounds interesting."
"Then lets go!"
Marco opened a portal quickly with Moon happily jumping in to avoid the crowds. Moon quickly saw how the dimension got its name. It was shrouded in the darkness and eerie mist. The trees looked stunted with the branches twisted. The leaves were grey or black. Moon looked around to see a little bunny approaching her. The bunny had black fur and red eyes. Moon slowly approached the bunny.
"Come here you cutie."
Then Moon heard Marco shouting, "Don't touch the bunny!"
Marco kicked the bunny, and it scurried away from him. Moon was agitated as it looked harmless. She was going to hold the bunny! Marco why did you have to punch the bunny?, Moon inquired. Tom said that he and Star were attacked by killer bunnies. Apparently almost all of the wildlife were out there to kill them, Marco explained. Moon didn't know where Marco got his new attitude, but she liked it. It made him more exciting. Well that's great, a dimension with things that want to kill us. I wonder how the Forest of Certain Death would compare, Moon remarked dryly. Moon was actually somewhat scared of the dimension. Marco however was next to her, and she felt secure.
Marco rolled his eyes at Moon's sarcastic response, and he led the way. Moon followed him closely, making sure she doesn't get ambushed. Moon hugged Marco, and Marco put his arm around her. "It's ok Moon. I'm here."
"I know."
The terrain was mostly flat with a few odd bumps. The trees weren't too diverse since all of the trees were dark in color with similar leaves. There were a few mountains in the distance, but they were small. The two occasionally encountered killer bunnies that tried to swarm them. Whenever the killer bunnies appeared, Moon would blast some magic and that would scare the bunnies. There was grass and other plant life such as bushes and shrubs. The plants were of course a dark color.
Moon was interested at the dimension for it was creepy and different. The lack of variety of terrain and wildlife made Moon slowly become bored of the dimension. That was until she looked up at the sky. In the sky there was a small break in the never ending sea of clouds. In the break she could see a massive triangular shape in the sky. The triangular object was moving steadily across the skies at a slow speed. The object was dark in color and could easily be missed if it weren't for Moon's enhanced eye sight. Moon could make out a faint red glow coming from the back of the triangular object. Moon turned Marco's head to the object in the sky. The object however disappeared from view as the clouds covered it. Marco could only briefly see the triangular object, meaning that he didn't get a good look at the object.
"Did you see that Marco?"
"What thing?", Marco asked, confused.
"The massive triangular object in the sky, duh! It was massive! You saw it right?"
Marco tried to recount what he saw when Moon turned his head to the skies. He didn't remember a triangular shape until he really concentrated. He could recall seeing a triangular object briefly before it disappeared into the clouds. Marco wasn't too sure what it was that piqued Moon's interest.
"I think I saw it. What's so interesting about it?"
"Well my recent dreams could lead to this place. This place has shadows, and my dream has shadows!"
Marco shook his head at Moon's reasoning. There has to be a better reason than this right? Before he could answer Moon, he heard the leaves of the bushes nearby softly move. It wasn't loud, but it still caught Marco's attention. Something's moving in the bushes, Marco warned Moon. Moon nodded and brought up her wand in a defensive position. Marco brought up his hand into his signature karate stance. They were ready to pounce on whatever came out of the bushes.
What did come out was highly unexpected. Out of several bushes came out several soldiers, all dressed in black from head to toe. They wore full body armor that encased all of their body. On the helmet was a black visor that covered their eyes. They held some sort of black gun, and they didn't look too friendly. One of the soldiers stepped forward. Moon could tell the soldier was a higher rank since it had a red stripe above its visor instead of the usual grey stripe.
"You're under arrest!", the head soldier barked in a masculine voice.
"Under what charges?", Moon inquired.
"For trespassing the goddess' land!", the head soldier snarled.
"We're sorry for trespassing your goddess", Moon made a fake hand expression with the word goddess," We'll leave now."
The head soldier took immense offense to Moon's response. He didn't like that girl's cocky manner. He needs to teach that girl a few 'manners'.
"I'm afraid that we can't allow that. You're coming with us."
Moon decided to use her oldest trick up her sleeves to escape from the situation. Moon could tell that Marco was panicking since he was hyperventilating. She needed to preform her trick just right to escape. Moon spoke quietly, " Ok we'll to with-. Wait there are killer bunnies over there!", Moon pointed to a bush.
"Where?!", the head solider shouted while the other soldiers were looking around for killer bunnies.
Marco run!, Moon yelled through the bond. Marco broke out of his daze and ran with Moon. The two made quick progress before the head soldier spotted the two fleeing from them and groaned. How had he fallen for the five year old trick? He would surely be demoted by the goddess for this failure if the intruders aren't caught.
"It's a trick!", the head soldier bellowed, " Set your weapons to stun and catch them!"
Marco's eyes widened his eyes in shock. Wasn't stunning a setting for weapons in Star Wars? Then again these soldiers kind of look like Sith Troopers to be honest. In fact these soldiers had an uncanny similarity to their Old Republic counterparts. He had to do more research later. Perhaps Moon's object could be found from a simple search from Wookieepedia. He could hear the signature sounds of a stun blast coming in his direction. He looked behind him and saw a wave of at least ten troopers trying to catch the two. At least the soldiers had storm trooper accuracy.
Moon meanwhile was having the time of her life. Now this was escaping! As long as the two didn't get struck by a stun blast, they should be fine. It was made even easier since these soldiers had some of the most horrific accuracy ever. She bet even a toddler with a gun had better accuracy then these bucket heads. The escape was going along quite well until she heard the head soldier saying something into his wrist.
"Backup! We need backup to apprehending the intruders!"
That was when Moon and Marco's escape became hectic. Overhead the two could hear something flying overhead. Marco glanced up to see that the sound was being made by a troop transport. The transport landed right in front of the two and at least two dozen more soldiers came from the transport. Moon and Marco had to turn right to avoid the troops converging on them. The two ran for another five minutes before three more transports arrived to the scene. The transports landed all around the two, and dozens of troops encircled the two around a rather large opening. The two looked back only to find the soldiers from earlier covering their exit.
The two had no chance to escape, especially with now over one hundred soldiers surrounding them. An intimidating looking figure wearing a metal mask with carvings stepped forward. The new figure was decked out in black battle armor with a silver tube attached to its belt. To top it all off the figure had a black cloak that extended to its knees. Both Marco and Moon thought that the figure looked rather bad ass if it wasn't trying to hunt them down.
"Lay down your weapons or we'll have to do it the hard way", the figure spoke in a distorted feminine voice.
"And who might you be?", Marco asked cautiously.
"I am Lady Yelen, one of the many who serve our goddess", the figure said proudly.
"So Lady Yelen what do you want with us?", Moon asked.
"I am here to take you to our goddess. She doesn't like intruders."
"We'll never be taken by you!", Marco said bravely.
"Noble, but foolish. Take them away."
The other soldiers were pointing their rifles to stun the two. Marco was about to fight before Moon spoke to him through their bond. Wait Marco let me do the talking, Moon told Marco. Marco looked hesitant to back down but did so at Moon's request. Moon slowly charged up a magical outburst while she spoke.
"You think you can defeat us?", Moon asked.
"We can easily kill you weaklings. You're surrounded fools", Lady Yelen sneer.
"All I'm surrounded by are fools and dead meat", Moon said with a dangerous edge to her.
Without warning Moon unleashed her magical outburst at the soldiers surrounding her. Marco duck!, Moon warned Marco. Marco quickly ducked as Moon had said. The effects of the blast was staggering. Everyone, even Lady Yelen, was blasted off of their feet. Most of the soldiers landed painfully on the ground or were thrown to trees. Some of them made a sickening crunch sound when they landed and didn't get up. Marco was slightly sickened at the display, but he knew it was necessary to let him and Moon escape. Lady Yelen was the first to recover from the outburst and charged at the two with remarkable speed. Marco could hear a 'hiss snap' coming from Lady Yelen. He was horrified to find that the silver tube was in fact a lightsaber! She was zooming in on Marco, and he thought his life was over.
That would of been Marco's fate if Moon hadn't activated her own lightsaber that she hid in her skirt. Moon's purple blade barely intercepted Lady Yelen's red lightsaber. Lady Yelen was surprised to find that the intruders had managed to find a lightsaber. She had to report this to her mistress! The girl was admittedly good skill with the blade, but no girl will best Lady Yelen, the tenth most powerful warrior in the mistress' empire!
Marco meanwhile grabbed a rifle that one of the soldiers dropped and defended Moon from the soldiers that were beginning to recover from the outburst. Marco set the weapons to stun to not hurt the soldiers. So far only ten soldiers have recovered from the blast of magical energy. They started firing their weapons once they got up. The soldiers didn't even bother with stun anymore and only wanted to kill the intruders. Marco ducked a few laser bolts that came too close to him. Marco managed to stun a few of them, but more soldiers recovered and joined the fight. He will be overwhelmed if Moon didn't finish with Lady Yelen soon.
Moon was surprised at how much skill Lady Yelen had with the blade. In fact Lady Yelen was as good as Moon! Lady Yelen parried and blocked many of Moon's attacks. Lady Yelen made some offensive moves to try to surprise Moon. Moon of course blocked all of the attacks and even nicked Lady Yelen once. Moon was fortunate that she ate an extra packet of sugar today. Moon dreaded that Lady Yelen had magic also. Her worries were confirmed when Lady Yelen backed off with a black flip. Moon could hear Lady Yelen crackle manically.
"You're good with the lightsaber but let's see how you do against one of my tricks!"
Lady Yelen suddenly shot a stream of purple lightning towards Moon. Moon barely managed to catch the lightning with her blade. Lady Yelen looked surprised and annoyed so she applied more power to the lightning. Moon was having a tough time blocking all of the lightning. Moon knew that if she didn't move to the offensive, then she would die. Moon jumped out of the way of the lightning and shot out a beam of purple magic. The magic caught Lady Yelen by surprise, forcing her to stop the lightning to block the attack. Moon looked around to see Marco fighting off the soldiers. He was behind a small rock providing suppressing fire. Moon was about to refocus on Lady Yelen when Moon spotted soldier aiming directly at Marco. The soldier had somehow managed to flank Marco in the chaos. Moon's thoughts were consumed by the line the figure spoke during her dream "You'll soon lose him forever!"
"NO!", Moon screamed at the top of her lungs. Moon's attitude suddenly changed. No longer was this a simple adventure, no these pests dared to hurt her Marco! They will all pay dearly! Without thinking Moon shot a black sphere of magic to the soldier that would execute Marco. The soldier noticed the sphere too late, and it consumed the soldier. Moon could hear the soldier's agonizing screams before the screams ceased after twenty seconds. When the circle dissipated, everyone, even Lady Yelen, was shocked or horrified at the results of the spell. There only remains charred flesh with the body being a husk of its former self. Moon however felt even more powerful after the soldier's death. It was as if she ate a lot of sugar. It was rejuvenating!
Marco was horrified at the spell Moon cast. Marco didn't even know that Moon was capable of such spells. Sure the soldier had tried to kill him, but a quick death was better than the death he just witnessed. He couldn't bear imagining the soldier's final moments. Marco's thoughts were interrupted when the soldiers recovered from their daze, and they looked even more determined to kill the intruders. Even worse the soldiers he stunned were starting to recover. It seemed like the stun didn't last very long and only served to temporarily stun the victims. Marco had no choice but to get another weapon that was already set to kill.
"I didn't want to kill you guys, but you left me with no choice!"
Before Marco could fire any shots, most of the soldiers suddenly dropped their weapons. Marco saw that the soldiers were placing their hands on their throats as if they couldn't breath. The soldiers were gagging or were gasping for air. Marco was confused at what caused the soldiers to drop their weapons. Then he looked at Moon. Moon was battling Lady Yelen and was holding Lady Yelen off with a burst of dark magic with one hand. Moon's other hand however was free and was clenched in a fist upwards. Marco realized with horror at what she was doing, force choke! But wasn't Moon supposed to use magic? The more he thought about it, the more the force choke made sense. Whenever Moon used magic her hand doesn't glow with magic like Star. Whenever Star dipped down down her hands glowed but not Moon.
Marco then saw Moon clench her fist even tighter, and there was a loud crunch coming from the soldiers. The soldiers dropped down, dead. Lady Yelen looked surprised at the carnage Moon caused by herself. Everyone looked at Moon, and Marco swore he saw Moon's eyes briefly turn green. Moon no longer wore her usual dress but instead wore a long black cloak (like the one cannon young Moon wore during "Moon the Undaunted"). Her cheekmarks were now skulls instead of the usual magenta diamonds. Moon let out a maniacal laughter that caused even Lady Yelen's blood to freeze from fear.
"Black suits me doesn't it? Now you dared to hurt Marco. You will not take him away from him! Now you shall pay!", Moon smiled vividly.
What Moon did was too swift for even lady Yelen to comprehend. Moon quickly extended her hand to the remaining soldiers and shot out a massive stream of red lightning. The remaining soldiers were instantly incinerated from the shear power of the lightning. Lady Yelen's eye's bulged out in fear. Only the most powerful magic wielders could shoot out red lightning, and they had to have a deep connection with dark magic. Before Lady Yelen could process what Moon did fully, Moon jumped into the air and activated her lightsaber. Lady Yelen was almost cut in half if it weren't for her instincts screaming for her to raise her lightsaber. Moon only seemed to get even more angered with Lady Yelen defending herself. Moon hammered at Lady Yelen's defenses with uncharacteristic aggression and anger. It was as if Moon became the spirit of vengeance.
Marco was having a hard time believing the radical transformation of Moon. One moment she was the kind and caring girl he fell in love with, and in the next moment she becomes a spirit of vengeance. Marco began to fear for Moon's well-being and prayed that this was only a result of someone almost killing him. Moon seemed to have more power in each swing while Lady Yelen was struggling to defend it. Lady Yelen then tried to desperately do a flurry of slashes to push back Moon, but Moon simple swatted away the attacks like they were nothing. Marco didn't know how Moon was this good at fighting, but he needed to question her after this.
Moon could see that Lady Yelen was losing. Moon could feel Lady Yelen's fear, and Moon basked in it. It made her more powerful by the second. Moon combined her anger and her opponent's fear to make herself even more powerful. Moon then swung her lightsaber at Lady Yelen's face. Lady Yelen went to block the attack, but it was a farce. Moon at the last second moved her lightsaber lower to catch Lady Yelen by surprise. Lady Yelen tried to block the surprise attack, but it was in vain. Moon was rewarded by hearing the sound of her lightsaber cutting through Lady Yelen's hands. Moon called her opponent's fallen lightsaber to her hand. She activated the red lightsaber and crossed it with her own to Lady Yelen's throat.
"It's over. Now you shall die!"
Moon quickly decapitated Lady Yelen, and she felt happy. Then Moon felt Marco screaming at her. Marco had a face of disgust and worry on him. Moon soon realized what she had done and dropped both of her lightsaber. Moon looked on her hand as if they were dirty. She began to cry while Marco tried to comfort him. Moon cried, "What have I done!"
Unknown Planet
"Mistress one of our scouting parties hasn't checked in, should we send more squads to apprehend the intruders?"
"I see, leave them. If they fail to apprehend the intruders then it is of no concern", the cloaked figure said.
"But if they-"
"Do you question me?", the feminine figure snarled.
"N-No mistress."
"Good. Then leave me."
The general bowed to the figure and swiftly left. The figure crackled to herself. This was a very interesting turn of events. This would prove to be far more interesting than she would of thought. Only time will tell at how this new development will affect her plans.
And that wraps it up! Sorry for the reduction in updates, but life is a calling. Will Star accept the deal or not? Will the mysterious figure be revealed? Only future update will reveal the secrets. Please let me know how I did. Until next time Peace!
