Welcome Back! Here's another chapter. Starco vs Moonco who will prevail? Please let me know how I did. Now on with the story!

Mewni Prime

They had just escaped from the shadow dimension. After Moon had slaughtered all of the soldiers, Marco had to carry her back into the portal. Moon had not spoken since they had left the shadow dimension. She was still crying uncontrollably from her actions. Marco laid Moon onto his bed, and she hugged herself in sadness. Moon didn't even look at Marco once. Marco knew that she had killed many people but why was she crying so much? Marco was determined to find the reason.

Marco cautiously touched Moon on her shoulder, but Moon moved away from Marco's hand. Marco was now worried about what effects Moon's actions would have on her. Moon cried even more after Marco touched her. Marco had no idea why Moon cried even more since she usually calmed down when he comforted asked worriedly, " Moon are you alright?"

When Moon didn't respond, Marco put his hand on Moon's shoulder firmly this time. Moon tried to shake free, but Marco's grip remained firm. Moon gave up on trying to wiggle free. Moon then looked at Marco and screamed, "Leave me alone! I'm too dangerous for anyone!"

Marco was taken aback by Moon's response. Even though he didn't approve of what Moon did back in the shadow dimension, he understood she was scared to lose him. He knew Moon was trying to protect him, albeit a bit overzealous. Marco didn't know that he meant so much to Moon, and this confirmed that Moon truly loved him. This thought caused Marco to smile slightly, despite the gloomy mood.

"Look Moon you might of gone overboard in the shadow dimension, but you shouldn't beat yourself for being evil."

"Marco you don't understand! I used dark magic, and dark magic is forbidden! I was so afraid that I'll lose you that I used dark magic. In my last dream the shadowy figure said that I'll lose you forever, and I thought that today was the day I'll lose you", Moon cried out.

Marco could feel that Moon was genuinely scared at losing him. Marco didn't know if he should be happy or sad. On one hand he was happy that Moon loved him very deeply, but on the other hand he was saddened that so many people had to die because of him. When she fought, it was as if Moon was a completely different person. She showed no mercy to anyone when he was threatened. Marco wanted Moon to love him, but not to the extent that she would slaughter anyone who threatened him.

"Shh. I'm here right? It'll be ok."

"B-but you don't deserve me. I'm just a monster", Moon stuttered.

"Don't say that, I will always love you. You are the most amazing person I have ever met."

"Really?"

"Really."

Moon stared at Marco for a few moments before giving him a crushing hug. She couldn't believe that Marco would accept her after what he had seen her do. She was sure that he would reject her or at least want to distance himself from her. Moon was lucky to have met Marco. He understood her even during her darkest hour. This made Moon want to protect him at all cost even if it meant sacrificing herself.

"Moon, air", Marco gagged.

Moon looked embarrassed and released Marco from her hug. Moon forgot how strong she really was and almost choked Marco! "Sorry Marco", Moon apologized.

Marco just shook his head before closing in for a kiss. Moon returned his kiss and in that moment Moon knew that Marco truly forgave her. They could feel each other tongue's in their mouths, but they didn't care. They were content with the kiss. The two held their kiss for well over a minute until they had to separate because of lack of air. Moon was afraid of what would happen now but with Marco she could take on the universe.

Several Days Later

The next several days were some of the best days Moon or Marco had ever experienced. Moon was still emotional for tapping into dark magic, but Marco convinced her that she wasn't evil after a few days. The two went on adventures, trips to Earth, and of course hanging out with Star. Moon went to Hekapoo's dimension and was astonished at Marco's adult body. If she wasn't hard falling for Marco before, then now she was falling even harder for Marco. Moon couldn't wait to see Marco's body in a few years.

While they were in Hekapoo's dimension they went to see Nachos. Moon was thrilled to ride with Marco on Nachos, and she loved riding with Marco. They fought off carnivorous plants and animals while fending off bandits. Moon of course tried to hold back to not repeat the slaughter. On one particular bandit raid Moon had to resort to more brutal means to scare away the bandits. There were twenty mercenaries part of a large crime organization. Apparently the two had attacked a major base of operations earlier, and the crime lord wasn't too happy about that. The mercenaries fought well, and they threatened to overrun the two. Moon then accidentally used an ancient magical spell that made everyone spin around in circles for a solid hour. The mercenaries ran away from the two once the spell wore off. Other than that one ambush Hekapoo's dimension was a truly awesome experience for Moon, and she would always remember that day, especially Marco's killer abs.

The next day they decided to see what Star was doing. The two found that Star was alone since Tom had to attend official business. The three went to Earth to explore Ecko Creek like to old days for Star and Marco. Moon kept asking what everything was, and Marco patiently answered her questions like how he did when Star first came to Earth. Moon was immensely interested in the technology that Earth provided for she planned to implement some of it on her Mewni. Moon and Marco couldn't help but notice that Star was in an unusually good mood. Marco believed that Star had finally moved on from him for good, and that explained her unusually good mood. Moon however suspected that Star was in a good mood because she was up to something. Moon had no idea what Star was up to, but Moon was determined to find out what Star was plotting.

The third day Marco took Moon to Earth by themselves. Marco introduced Moon to his parents. The Diazes were excited to see Marco's newest girlfriend, and they showed her around the house. Moon noticed that Angie Diaz had an unusually large stomach and asked if Angie was pregnant. When Angie confirmed that she was pregnant, Marco was shocked since he hadn't contacted his parents in some time. Marco was excited for a sibling before asking what was the name of the newest addition of the Diaz family. The Diazes weren't sure yet as they weren't sure of the baby's gender. Moon liked the Diazes as they shared Marco's enthusiasm and compassion. Maybe a little bit too enthusiastic, but they were very nice. They stayed at the Diaz house for the entire day exchanging stories and information. Moon thoroughly enjoyed her visit to Earth, and she sincerely hoped to return soon.

This brings us to today. Moon slowly woke up feeling absolutely comfortable. The last few days have been an absolute treat. Marco spent a lot of time with her after her slaughter. Never once did Marco treat her with disgust, no he treated her with compassion. Moon was very fortunate to have met someone like Marco who understood her. Moon couldn't imagine not meeting Marco. Her life was incomplete without Marco. Even better was the lack of terrifying dreams that used to plague her. This week couldn't possibly get any better.

Speaking of Marco he was still sleeping right next to her. They had just came home from their visit from Earth yesterday. Marco's parents were extremely friendly, and Moon wondered if all of the people on Earth were like the Diazes. When quite liked Earth food since it had lots of variety. Maybe she could look up some recipes when she got back to her Mewni. Moon contemplated on what day she would return to her Mewni. She eventually settled for tomorrow to go back.

Moon looked at Marco, and he looked cute when he was sleeping, especially with his cute mole. Ever since they started to relax Moon encouraged Marco to be more himself when they were together. Marco was now more comfortable embracing Moon in public, but it did lead to a few quirks. Such as right now as he was groping her breasts. Now Moon didn't mind it, and in fact she enjoyed it. It made her feel secure, if a bit embarrassing. Moon had to make sure that nobody sees them like this or it would be quite embarrassing.

Moon's thoughts then drifted to the slaughter at the shadow dimension. Even a mere thought of it caused Moon to get a shiver through her spine. She had killed over a hundred soldiers just doing their job. Now they did try to kill Marco, but the ways she killed them were too brutal. Yet a part of her enjoyed the bloodshed. A part of her wanted to kill all of the soldiers in more 'fun' ways. In fact she had felt a rush of exhilarating glee from killing people in the slaughter. Moon was terrified that a part of her craved the bloodshed. In fact even right now a small part of her wanted to taste the power she wielded. The more she tried to ignore her urges, the more powerful they became. Moon had to somehow control dark magic or she will go insane.

But who could she go to? Star didn't know any dark magic and from what she could gather dark magic was taboo. This left only Eclipsa. Apparently Eclipsa was held in a tower in the rose garden, but she could be seen in the rose garden sometimes. If the history of both Mewnis are similar then Eclipsa should be very knowledgeable with dark magic. Moon decided that Eclipsa was the best bet for her to control dark magic. Now she had to wait for her sleeping prince to wake up from his slumber.

Luckily she didn't have to wait long for Marco to wake up. Marco woke up shortly after Moon had decided to see Eclipsa today. He felt comfortable with a soothing presence next to him. Marco blushed when he realized that he was cupping Moon's breasts. Even though Moon told him that she didn't mind, he still felt somewhat embarrassed about it. Good morning handsome, Moon smiled at Marco. Morning my angel, Marco replied. He stood up and stretched his arms. Moon followed by jumping out of bed and doing some exercise. He watched Moon's graceful actions with desire. She had the perfect body to back up her already perfect personality.

Moon caught Marco staring at her, and she giggled. Marco was such an adorable dork sometimes. Maybe she was just that attractive. Have anything planned yet?, Moon asked. I'm not sure what we should do today, Marco scratched his head. 'That means that we could see Eclipsa today' Moon thought. Moon just hoped Marco didn't mind seeing Eclipsa. I was thinking that we see Eclipsa today, Moon told Marco.

Marco raised an eye at that. 'Why would Moon want to go to Eclipsa' Marco thought. Marco wondered if it was perhaps Moon still feared dark magic. Eclipsa was the most knowledgeable person to go to if something was related to dark magic. But why? Did using dark magic trigger a personality change in Moon. He hoped not as he enjoyed Moon as she was. But why do you want to go?, Marco inquired. I think I'll go insane if I don't know how to control dark magic. I used a huge amount of dark magic, and I have a growing urge to use dark magic, Moon fidgeted in place. Marco was shocked that using dark magic could drive a person insane. Was this the reason why dark magic was banned? He couldn't bear seeing Moon becoming insane, so he relented.

Alright we'll visit Eclipsa, Marco sighed. Moon beamed and gave Marco a hug. Moon was such a joy to be around. Moon loved to hug people almost as much as Star. When they were done, they went to change and brush their teeth. Moon kept commenting on how their visit to Earth went. She certainly loved Earth, and he was glad that she enjoyed Earth as much as Star. They soon finished with cleaning their teeth and headed to the dining room.

The halls were empty, save for the occasional royal or guard, and the two were glad the halls weren't busy. The two were tired of being peppered by praises from their volleyball game. Granted the game was spectacular, but it wasn't anything too special right? The two reached the kitchen quickly and grabbed a quick breakfast. It was strange that the dining room was rarely used, and Moon wondered why. Shrugging she wolfed down her breakfast with lightning speed. She of course got six packs of sugar to increase the sugar to acceptable levels.

When they finished, Marco led Moon down to the rose garden. As they were walking Moon decided to ask Marco if he had ever used magic before. Probably not but still there was that off chance that Marco had in deed used magic before. Then they could be a magical couple! Marco have you ever used magic before?, Moon nudged Marco.

Marco scrunched his face as he thought about it. The closest that Marco had ever used magic was when he used Star's wand to cast the All Seeing Eye in order to find Star in the magic dimension. Marco didn't consider using the wand as using magic by themselves. He had seen Star dip down before without her wand but that was rare. I don't think I did. The closest thing to using magic was casting a spell from Star's wand, Marco shook his head.

What spell did you cast?, Moon asked, her interest piqued. Most spells could be cast by using the two and alone, but a few spells required the user to dip down. Maybe there was still a chance Marco could use magic. The All Seeing Eye, Marco told Moon. 'The All Seeing Eye, isn't that a spell that can spy on someone?' Moon thought. Moon had heard about the spell before from Eclipsa's chapter. The only reason why she knew any spells from Eclipsa's chapter was that she managed to bribe Glossaryck with pudding. She had one hour to look up any spell in the spell book before Glossaryck sealed off Eclipsa's chapter. Luckily the bribe paid off, and she managed to find some interesting spells. One of them was The All Seeing Eye, and that spell required the user to dip down.

Oh Marco that spell required the user to dip down. Meaning that you dipped down!, Moon jumped from excitement. Marco stood there for a few seconds in disbelief. He could dip down? He was just a normal human for corn sakes! How could he possibly dip down? He had never consciously used magic before, and he was certain that she was wrong. I'm sure I didn't dip down Moon, Marco fiercely denied. How about I give my wand so you can cast that spell, deal?, Moon replied cheekily. Marco inwardly groaned, knowing that he won't win this argument if he didn't prove it to Moon. All right hand me your wand, Marco sighed.

Moon quickly gave Marco her wand to see if Marco could dip down. She had a good feeling that she was correct. When Marco touched the wand, there was a bright flash that forced her to close her eyes. When the light disappeared, she opened it she to get a look at the wand. It had a purple crystal in the middle surrounded by dark green crosses with white in between. There was a bid dagger like blade at the top of the wand and finishing the wand was a pair of black win on the sides. The wand was quite gothy if Moon had to be honest to herself, but the wand looked like it belonged to a bad boy. The name 'Wild Man' seemed quite appropriate.

Marco tried to remember The All Seeing Eye from the top of his head. It was hard to remember the spell but eventually he remembered the entire spell. He took a deep breath and started to chant the spell.

"I summon the all seeing eye. To tear a hole into the sky. Reveal to me that which is hidden. Unveil to me what is forbidden!"

The wand turned into a yellow eye with a long pupil while Marco chanted the spell. When he finished, the spell summoned a yellow portal with a purple border. 'What to spy on?' Marco wondered to himself. Marco decided that he would see what Star was doing. The portal instantly changed to an image of Star with Tom in some sort of forest. Star was in the Underworld by the look of things. They were laughing with each other, and it seemed like they were having a good time. Deciding that was enough of a demonstration, Marco was about to end the All Seeing Eye. Marco your cheeks are glowing, Moon gasped.

Was Moon hallucinating? It seemed like Moon's usage of dark magic was indeed turning her insane. It was important that they see Eclipsa as soon as possible. Before Marco could respond, Moon whipped out her phone, while they were on Earth Marco gave Moon a phone, and snapped a picture. Moon then showed the picture to Marco. To say that he was shocked was an understatement, he was dismayed! He had a pair crescent moons on his cheeks! How was this possible? Only Butterflies have cheekmarks, and he certainly wasn't a Butterfly. Marco's mind went at the speed of light trying to figure out why he had cheekmarks.

Moon was holding back a scream of excitement at seeing Marco dipping down. Not only did he dip down, but he had cheekmarks as well! The two of them could be cheekmarks twins! This was unexpected but welcome at the same time. Moon always had a feeling that Marco was no ordinary human. His demonstration proved to her that he wasn't normal. With Marco using magic the possibilities could be endless. They would make the ultimate team. But first she had to get Marco out of his frenzied state. Marco to Mewni, anyone home?, Moon teased. When Marco still didn't respond, Moon pulled him in for a kiss.

The kiss did the trick as Marco snapped out of his frenzied state to return her kiss. Moon had a way to him calm down like no other person. Not even Star of his parents can calm him down as quickly as Moon. Their kiss was short but passionate. When they separated, Marco let out a chuckle. He probably overreacted over having magic. He probably looked like a dork right now. Moon giggled as if she could read his mind. You are such a cute dork Marco, Moon giggled. Marco let out a laugh at her remark before growing serious again. What do we do now?, Marco asked. We should probably go to Eclipsa first. Who knows, maybe she has some long lost knowledge about the Blood Moon since she's 300 years old, Moon shrugged. Having no better thoughts himself, Marco nodded in agreement.

They were fortunately close to the rose garden when they stopped for Marco's demonstration. Before they could continue , Moon made a 'give me it' gesture. Marco realized that he still had Moon's wand, and he gave it back to Moon. The wand quickly reverted back to its normal appearance once it was in Moon's hands. Satisfied, Moon followed Marco to the rose garden. The rose garden was significantly smaller than the garden in her Mewni. In fact it was much smaller then the garden from her Mewni.

"Marco are there any more gardens in this castle?" , Moon asked, hoping that there was a larger garden.

"Well there are a couple of gardens at the castle, but none are as large as the one from your reality", Marco responded.

Moon let out a sigh of disappointment. How could the castles of this Mewni be less grand than her Mewni? It made no sense! Then again the people of this Mewni are starving while the people of her Mewni weren't. Shaking her head, she still took in the beauty of the rose garden. Even though the rose garden was smaller then the garden of her Mewni, it still didn't take away from the rose garden's beauty. The roses were in full bloom, and they looked absolutely stunning. There was a fountain expertly placed into he middle to add to the atmosphere. The birds were flying out on this sunny day, and Moon could hear their chirps. Simpler did not mean less beautiful. Moon then noticed a woman sitting down on a bench next to the fountain with a chain attached to her foot. Moon recognized the woman immediately from several paintings, Eclipsa.

Eclipsa noticed the two and waved to them. Recently Marco was becoming a frequent visitor to her garden. Eclipsa enjoyed the little meetings she had with Marco. He always came to her to unburden himself from daily stress. He even confessed his crush for Star. Eclipsa have him tips on how to get over Star, and it seemed to be working. Marco seemed to be in a better mood than before. This put a smile on Eclipsa's face. Eclipsa then spotted a young girl next to him. 'Queen Moon?' Eclipsa gaped. She was so young! Perhaps Queen Moon was using brand new cosmetic items or maybe a new spell. Yes that just be it. Eclipsa soon greeted the two to her garden.

"Pleasant day today Marco and Queen Moon."

Moon groaned at being called Queen Moon again. Moon understood that they technically were the same person, but this was getting annoying really quickly. "I'm not Queen Moon. I'm Moon Butterfly, princess of Mewni", Moon corrected.

Eclipsa's eyes widened. Wasn't Moon already the queen of Mewni? Maybe she suffered from amnesia. "Dear you're already the Queen of Mewni, silly."

" No I'm from another reality. Long story short I pulled Marco into my reality and now I'm exploring this reality with Marco. "

Eclipsa stared at Moon for a few seconds before bursting out laughing. Eclipsa rolled out of bed bench and laughed so hard that tears were coming out of her face. Moon pouted while Marco began to laugh with Eclipsa. He was stopped by a withering glance from Moon. Eclipsa laughed on for a solid minute before composing herself. "That's quite a story dear. I'd be interested in hearing your dream."

As Moon was about to respond, Marco jumped in. " Moon's right Eclipsa. I've been to the other reality, and it's different then this Mewni. For example Moon's mom is still alive. "

Eclipsa looked at Marco dead on to see if he was lying. Seeing that he wasn't lying, Eclipsa finally gave Moon the benefit of the doubt. Eclipsa knew that other realities did exist, thanks to Omnitraxus, but she didn't think that anyone could traverse the other realities. Even she didn't know of any spells that could cross other realities, and that was saying something. She had invented some of the most dangerous spells ever while collecting forbidden knowledge of magic, yet she couldn't find a single trace of reality travel. Was this other Moon just that powerful?

"So Moon how did you get into this reality?", Eclipsa inquired curiously.

"I was practicing with my wand when I came up with a random spell. I cast the spell, and Marco was pulled to my reality. He spent a few days with me before I managed to find the correct spell to bring him home", Moon explained.

"Ah so that explains it. Marco you have quite the luck", Eclipsa winked at Marco. Eclipsa knew that he caught the attention of almost every girl he encountered. Most girls couldn't resist his caring personality and his cute mole. Even Eclipsa had to admit that she was somewhat captivated by Marco. He was such a lady's man. Too bad she was already married to Globgor.

"Why did you two decide to come to my lovely garden?"

"Well Moon wants to learn how to control dark magic", Marco answered.

'Moon wants to practice dark magic, that's rich!' Eclipsa chuckled to herself. When she met Queen Moon for the first time, Queen Moon only wanted the spell out of desperation. Eclipsa has never seen Queen Moon use dark magic outside of the darkest spell, though Eclipsa hasn't exactly seen Queen Moon a lot. Most people find dark magic as taboo or too dangerous. But yet here was a younger version of Queen Moon wanting to practice dark magic. This thought put a smile on Eclipsa's face.

"That's lovely dear. Why don't we get started. Dark magic is different from normal magic since dark magic is more 'corrupting' than normal magic. Dark magic has far more utility than normal magic, but the extra utility comes at a price, control. Those caught unprepared to handle dark magic will slowly go insane", Moon winced at Eclipsa's words as Moon was already slowly becoming insane," Fortunately using small amounts of dark magic is relatively safe. Using small amounts of dark magic is a good way to get used to dark magic. Then you should move on to more powerful dark spells."

"Eclipsa quick question, what happens when you use a very large amount of dark magic without training?"

"Well that is generally risky. Without proper training your personality slowly becomes corrupted."

Moon felt like banging her head against a wall for being a fool. Now she knew that using large amounts of dark magic could cause insanity. Moon could only hope that there was a way to halt or reverse the side effects of dark magic. Moon didn't want to leave behind Marco. If there was no way to reverse the side effects then she should enjoy the time she has left.

"I used a very large amount of dark magic recently. I've been feeling my sanity slowly slipping each day. Is there a way to reverse the side effects?", Moon asked hopefully.

"Oh my! In that case then there is a way to reverse its effect. If you can train yourself quick enough then the insanity should go away. The question is, are you ready for it?"

"I am". Moon didn't care if it would take weeks, but she needed to control dark magic. She just hoped that she was up to the task.

"Splendid! Let's get to work right away."

"First I need a wand", Eclipsa said.

"Why do you need a wand?", Moon asked suspiciously.

"Well I haven't dipped down yet."

"What!?"

Moon was appalled that Eclipsa hadn't dipped down yet. Eclipsa from her reality dipped down at the age of thirteen! someone who couldn't dip down was labeled as a weakling in her reality. If the most powerful magic user in this reality couldn't dip down then Moon dreaded to think about how weak the other Butterflies were. Moon shook her head in disappointment before she handed her wand to Eclipsa. When the wand was in Eclipsa's hand, it transformed into a purple umbrella.

"Thanks dear, now the first lesson into controlling dark magic is by calling yourself. Dark magic tends to be more unstable if you are highly unstable."

" Ok, deep breathes. "

Moon took several deep breathes to control her emotions and closed her eyes. She then thought of nothing to get rid of any negative thoughts. When Moon deemed herself ready, she opened her eyes. Moon felt better after that quick calming session. She was Marco smiling at her and gave her a thumbs up.

"Ok what's next."

" Then you should practice basic dark magic spells. That's it. "

"What do you mean that's it?" , Moon asked.

"I never learned how to dip down so the advice I gave to you is the best I got."

'This is just great' Moon groaned. Not only did she have to learn dark magic quickly, she had to do it mainly by herself! Moon didn't think that Eclipsa's inability to dip down would have such a big impact. She began to hyperventilate until Marco gave Moon a reassuring hand. Moon you got this, Marco reassured her. Thanks Marco, Moon nodded her head.

"So any suggestions on any basic dark magic spells?" , Moon asked curiously.

"I wrote down any spells I could remember on a book. It's in the tower on my desk. Feel free to take a look."

" Thanks! "

Marco opened a portal to Eclipsa's room. Moon went inside and scanned the area. She spotted the book on a desk and eagerly grabbed the book. She quickly went back into the portal with the book in hand. Marco closed the portal while Moon was busy flipping through the book. The book was relatively well organized for something that was made from scratch. There were different segments of the book with different labeling for different types of spells. Moon decided to go to the section labeled 'basic spells'. Moon flipped through the section in search of basic spells.

The more Moon browser through the dark spells, the more Moon realized there was a pattern with the dark spells. Over half of the spells were highly offensive in nature while the other half mainly consisted of defensive spells. In fact there were very few spells that didn't involve fighting. After browsing through the entire book, Moon decided to try out 'Dark Lightning Whip'. It sounded cool and basic. Moon reasoned that it would be basic for it was in the basic section. Moon raised her right hand to an even level before chanting the spell in her mind. 'Dark Lightning Whip!' Moon screamed in her mind.

The effects were instantaneous. There were bolts of black lightning shaped like whips coming out of Moon's hand. The lightning stopped after a few feet. Moon cautiously moved the lightning ship around with her mind. The whip was harder to control than she had anticipated, but it still was manageable. Moon slowly wrapped the whip around a busy before letting go. The bush was unharmed by the attach, and Moon surmised that the spell was more of a utility spell than a true offensive spell. She was already starting to sweat from the amount of control she had to put in. Moon ceased casting the spell after seeing the results of the spell.

"That was awesome Moon!" , Marco hugged her.

"Bravo! That spell is one of the more advanced dark magic spell, but you handled it well", Eclipsa said while clapping her hand.

" Wait what!? ", Moon exclaimed.

" Oops forgot to place it in another chapter. "

Moon's shook her head in annoyance. This day was getting more tedious by the minute. If practicing dark magic wasn't difficult already, as she had never used dark magic before, but now the spells were mislabeled! If Moon's progress continued at the rate then she had no chance to master basic dark magic in time. Then, as if Marco could read her mind, he reassured her. Moon you got this!, Marco encouraged her. Thanks Marco, Moon smiled. With Marco around her, she could take on the universe. Moon had the entire day to tackle dark magic.

Evening

The entire was very tiresome for Moon, and she was tired when she got back to Marco's room. Not even her sugar can sustain her through the intense training she had gone through. Moon practiced nonstop for several hours before eating lunch. Marco got her lunch, and she was grateful for Marco being so understanding. Marco was always there to help and encourage her. His encouragement got Moon through the day. Even Eclipsa was impressed by the progress Moon made. Dark magic wasn't necessarily harder to master than normal magic. In fact it just required more willpower to avoid its corruption. Aside from that difference dark magic was actually pretty easy to master, especially if one was already a skilled magic user. Dark magic did tend to be more tiring to use then normal magic in the case of untrained magic users.

Moon finished her training when she saw that it was already evening. The two bid Eclipsa a good night with Eclipsa waving them good bye. Eclipsa seemed sad at seeing them leave, and Moon hoped to see Eclipsa soon. She seemed like a nice person to chat with. The two of them went to the dining room to get a quick dinner. Unsurprisingly there was no one in the dining room. They grabbed a quick dinner and wolfed it down. Both of them were extremely hungry since Marco decided to practice his karate while Moon was practicing her magic. When they finished with their dinner, they headed to Marco's room. The two of them were grateful that the halls weren't busy.

Once the two got to his room, Moon collapsed onto the bed. Marco then decided to take a shower. His thoughts drifted back to Moon's intensive training. Moon seemed unusually eager to learn dark magic. Marco knew that Moon was always eager, but she was even more eager today. Was this the result of her reading she would lose him. Marco was too tired to think any further. He didn't bother to clean his teeth when he was done taking a shower.

He stepped outside to find Moon barely awake. Marco went to Moon's side and gently nudged her. Moon got up slowly to go to the bathroom. Moon was happy that she had already picked up the basics of dark magic. Eclipsa said that Moon needed a few more days to completely master basic dark magic. Moon hoped that she could still practice dark magic once she got home. Even though she enjoyed being in this reality, she still missed her home. The hot water going against her body helped with some of the tiredness, but she still was exhausted.

She finished after a long shower and opened the door. She saw Marco waiting for her on the bed. Moon went into the bed with Marco happily. She snuggled right next to him, and Marco wrapped his hand around her. Good night my angle, Marco yawned. Night Wild Man, Moon sighed happily. Moon soon turned off the light before they fell asleep quickly.

Meanwhile in the Underworld Star Butterfly was in bed with her boyfriend. Today was a fun day exploring the Underworld, but it was missing something. That something was Marco. She still hasn't heard from that mysterious figure that contacted her in her dream. The sooner the figure contacted her, the sooner Marco will be in her hands. Star knew that it was incredibly selfish of her to want Marco this bad, but she couldn't help herself. Star wanted to get Moon out of the picture so she could be with Marco finally.

As her vision slowly clouded, she could hear a voice call out to her. Sleep well princess.

And that wraps it up. I'm kind of unsure on this chapter, so please let me know if I should change this chapter. Anyways I have the end planned out, but not the way there completely. Until next time, peace!
