Welcome to a new chapter! There are less than 10 chapters left! Moonco for the win. Please let me know how I did for my first fanfiction. Now on with the story!

Underworld Prime

'Uh am I in my dreamscape again?' Star wondered to herself. It was bitch black everywhere with only faint moonlight overhead. The Moon slowly brightened until it illuminated the ground below. Star could tell that she was in some kind of forest. The forest looked suspiciously similar to the Forest of Certain Death, but Star didn't dwell on that. Star looked up to see the Moon turning red. She wondered if the red moon symbolized the Blood Moon. She still bitterly remembered how the Blood Moon suddenly paired her Marco with Moon. Star didn't hate Moon other than the fact that Moon had Marco.

Then out of the blue, the ground gave way beneath her. Star let out a scream as she plunged into the abyss beneath. She only saw darkness in the abyss she fell in. Star wasn't sure how long she was falling before she hit solid ground. She groaned heavily before getting up. She looked around the room she landed in and paled. The room was the same place the Blood Moon was held at. It was exactly the same except for the lack of people. Star was about to explore the room when she heard slow clapping. She turned around to see the cloaked figure from her previous dream.

"Ah have you though of my deal my dear?" , the figure chuckled.

" I have but what do I have to do for you? "

"You just need to pledge yourself to my teachings. Soon I will contract you when the time arises. When it is time I'll let you know."

" Alright anything for Marco", Star pledged to the figure. Star only wanted to be with Marco no matter what.

The figure slowly smiled. 'The girl had no idea what was in store for her' the figure thought wryly 'all in due time'. Soon her plans shall be complete. Less than two weeks remained before her reemergence commences. Then the multimeter will be enveloped in a dark empire. "Good, good. From now on you shall be known as Lady Utilioes."

" I shall complete your training young Butterfly so you can protect Marco. I will guide you to your training grounds soon. "

" Thanks you, who? "

"You can call me Vega."

Star woke up with a start. That dream had to be real! The figure or Vega had contacted her again! Star had no idea what Vega wanted, but she was the only way for Marco to go back to Star. She only hoped that Vega followed through with her deal. Star felt her current boyfriend next to her, and she looked on sadly. Star knew that she was being incredibly selfish here, but she couldn't help it. Star just hoped Tom would understand. Soon the day would start, and Star was in a great mood. Soon she would finally get her love soon.

Mewni Prime

"Marco I have to tell you something", Moon spoke nervously.

"What is that Moon?", Marco asked.

"I'm already engaged."

"WHAT!", Marco spat out his cereal. 'This couldn't be real' Marco panicked. Why hadn't Moon brought it up until now? Marco wanted to slam his head onto the table and grab some sadness ice cream. Now they can't be together. This was a-.

"Just kidding, you should of seen your face!", Moon laughed. She rolled over laughing at Marco's expense. Marco's eyes twitched before a vicious smile formed on his face. I'll get you for this Moon!, Marco threatened. Marco suddenly jumped out of his seat. He tackled Moon and wrapped his arms around her. Moon struggled to get out of his grip while Marco had an evil idea for revenge.

"Unhand me!", Moon yelled. Moon was starting to break free when Marco tickled her. Moon instantly stopped struggling, and she laughed hysterically. Have mercy!, Moon pleaded. Marco grinned at Moon, but he decided to tickle her for a few more minutes. Moon kept rolling in Marco's arms from his tickling. Meanwhile a few guards came to the dining room when they heard the scream. They looked at Moon and shook their heads. Weird things happened around Moon as the guards have learned. They chose to ignore Moon's screeches and instead walked away.

When Marco was finished with his punishment, Moon gasped for air. Moon took several great gulps of air before glaring at Marco while Marco just gave her an innocent expression. Moon let out a groan as her prank had backfired. Moon knew that Marco would overreact at her prank, but she didn't expect him to tickle her! Moon recomposed herself before getting straight to the point.

"I'm sorry for the prank Marco. I do however have something serious to say. I want to go back to my Mewni."

"Can I come too?" Marco knew that he should probably stay here on Mewni, but he had a nagging feeling that he should join Moon. He loved being around Moon and not being there with her was like he was missing part of his soul. He needed to contact Star first to tell her of his trip to the other Mewni. He didn't want to leave Star in the dark. It would depend if Moon accepted his offer or not.

"I would love to have your company!", Moon beamed.

"Can I contact Star first?"

"Sure thing Marco!"

Marco chuckled at seeing Moon being so energetic. She was always energetic, especially after meals, and this made him think about Star. Moon was very similar to Star in certain aspects, such as their energetic nature. Whenever Moon laughed it brightened his mood. Whenever she was around him, she always made him feel better. Moon was the lost light of his life.

He was pulled out of his thoughts when Moon coughed to get his attention. Moon looked at him with a playful expression as if she knew his thoughts. Marco walked to her and planted a kiss on her forehead. Moon blushed before holding Marco's hand. They walked to Star's room to see if she was there. If Star wasn't there than Marco could contact her through his mirror. He hoped that she wouldn't be mad for leaving her for a few days. He knew that their Friendship Tuesday was coming up, and Star seemed eager to spend time with him. Marco felt bad for leaving Star, and he promised himself to make it up for Star somehow.

They approached Star's room to see Star waiting for Marco. Star spotted Marco, and she smiled at him. Star looked a little sour at Moon, but it went unnoticed with Marco. Moon however did notice this. Moon was nervous at seeing Star still jealous at her. Star waved at Marco but not to Moon.

"Marco are you ready for Friendship Thursday?!", Star shouted at the top of her lungs.

Marco looked apologetic at Star before shaking his head. "I'm sorry Star, but I promised Moon that I'll go to her reality. Maybe next week."

Star was about to plead with Marco to stay when she heard Vega say something in her mind. 'This is perfect my dear, now we can complete your training', Vega told Star. Star silently nodded her head in agreement. Marco could wait a little bit longer if it meant being with him forever. Star forced a smile on her face and spoke calmly, "That's ok Marco, I understand. Now go, you're girlfriend is waiting."

Her response was much better than what Marco had originally anticipated. Marco was proud to see Star mature so much. Moon however was highly suspicious at Star's seemingly calm reaction. Right after Marco told Star about his decision, Moon could see a flash of jealousy. Moon was certain that Star had something planned but what? Moon had to pay close attention to Star from now on.

"You're the best friend a man can have", Marco said ash he gave Star a hug. Star blushed at his gesture and hugged him back. Moon however noticed that Star had a look of longing like she wanted Marco. Moon guessed that Star still loved Marco. This made Moon's heart ache as she recounted the times she so desperately wanted to tell Rover about her feelings but couldn't. Then Moon saw a look of determination on Star's eyes. This caused Moons eyes to narrow in suspicion. 'If she even thinks about taking Marco away from me, she'll be dead' Moon thought darkly. Moon mentally slapped herself for suggesting that idea. Star was honorable right?

"Thanks Marco", Star said at last.

"No problem Star."

They separated from each other after a few more moments. Star gave Marco a thumbs up to show that she was ok. Marco nodded his head in appreciation, and said good bye to Star. He then joined Moon at the door. Moon gave him an amused face and gave him a pat in the back. That went better than I thought, Moon chuckled. Star s finally moving on from me. I would've dreaded this a couple of weeks ago but now I have you, Marco rubbed her head affectionately. Thanks Marco. Also you should probably stand back now since I'm about to cast my spell, Moon warned him. Marco nodded his head before moving aside.

Moon then grabbed her wand to begin casting the spell. Moon raised the wand over head and began to chant, " Teleportos dimensional reternocos timeless!" A portal appeared in front of Moon after a few seconds. The portal was distorted at first before stabilizing. Moon panted from the amount of magic she had to put into the spell. Marco rushed to her side, but Moon put up her hand to show that she was ok. Moon grinned at Marco madly. Then she leaned towards him for a kiss. Marco returned her kiss, and his mind was jumbled. Moon's kiss was electrifying, and he wished that their kiss would last longer. Alas they pulled apart from each other. Ladies first, Marco bowed his head. Why thank you Marco, Moon giggled. Moon stepped into the portal first followed by Marco.

When they stepped into Moon's room, they saw Glossaryck on her bed. He seemed to be hunching down. Moon wasn't sure what Glossaryck was doing on her bed so she carefully approached Glossaryck. He was laying face down with some sort of brown stain on her bed. Moon raised her eye at this, and she wondered if Glossaryck had finally bitten off more than he could chew.

"Glossaryck?", Moon said as she poked him.

"What's he doing here, I thought he liked to stay in his book", Marco whispered.

"I'm not sure Marco", Moon replied.

Then Glossaryck violently shook and expelled a sticky brown goop onto her bed. Moon's face turned to one of disgust. 'That sheet was my favorite!' Moon thought sourly. Glossaryck better have a good explanation for this or she will make him suffer with her pranks. Moon shook Glossaryck to get his attention. Glossaryck's face was scrunched up as if he had a bad stomach ache. Glossaryck then puked on Moon! If it weren't for her fast reflexes then she would of been hit.

" Glossaryck! ", Moon yelled.

" Too much pudding ", Glossaryck groaned.

" Ah that explains it", Marco said. Marco had no idea why Glossaryck liked pudding so much. He never really seemed to like anything except for pudding. Sure it was good, but Marco liked other sweets better.

"Well Glossaryck you better clean my bed or you'll suffer my wrath!"

" No, not your pranks! ", Glossaryck croaked. Glossaryck would rather go one week without pudding than endure one of her legendary pranks. The least embarrassing pranks made him regret ever being assigned to Moon while her worst pranks made him feel like a complete idiot. Her worst pranks had made him laugh! He was supposed to be serious, not gullible. Yet Moon somehow manages to find a way to get him to laugh. It was infuriating!

" So you better start cleaning", Moon glared at Glossaryck.

Glossaryck grumbled at how life was unfair before using his magic to clean her bed. He snapped his finger, and the stains instantly disappeared from the sheets. Glossaryck gave Moon a look of annoyance while Moon just him an innocent look. Then Glossaryck rushed to the bathroom to vomit in the toilet. Both Moon and Marco just shook their heads and headed out of Moon's room. What do you want to do Marco?, Moon asked. Marco pondered on what did he want to do in Moon's reality. He really wanted to complete the tour of the castle but at the same time he wanted to explore this reality further. Marco thought about it for a few seconds before he decided he wanted to explore this Mewni. I want to explore this reality Moon, he decided finally. Then let's go. Let's see my mom first, Moon said. They both held hands with each other as they held their hands.

When the two walked down the hallway, both guards and royals gossiped about the two. The royals and guards were wondering where Moon went, and they placed bets on what happened. The two biggest bets were between Moon exploring dimensions of she was in a honeymoon. Seeing Marco with Moon seemingly confirmed that they were a couple. The people who betted on Moon's honeymoon began to collect their earnings while the losers groaned. Moon giggled at hearing people's theory about her and Marco being together. She then saw a group of reporters, and she immediately paid attention to what they were doing.

Already the royal tabloids were gossiping about the mysterious boy accompanying Moon. There were a few reporters in the castle, and they immediately tried to capture pictures for the tabloids. That was until Moon went the reporters death stares that made most of them back off. That didn't prevent one cheeky reporter from snapping a photo from a hidden camera. The reporter who snapped the photo jumped around giddy, she would be rich! The reporter hastily left the halls to avoid Moon from spotting her.

The two reached the queen's office after about fifteen minutes. Inside of the office was Moon's mom. She looked up to see Moon standing by the entrance with the boy, was it Marco? Comet got out of her desk and gave Moon a big hug. Comet ruffled Moon's hair affectionately since Moon was gone for a week.

"Moon next time you go anywhere please let me know first. I'm not mad at you but try to at least inform me."

" I'm sorry mom, it's just that I was so excited to go to his reality that I forgot to tell you. "

"It's ok sweetie. I noticed you brought you boyfriend here."

Moon blushed as she answered. "Yes he's my boyfriend."

Comet beamed at Moon for confessing her feelings for Marco. Comet had always known that Moon had a crush on River. Her crush on River was slowly affecting her, and Comet was glad Moon had moved on. Comet still wasn't quite sure on why Moon fell for Marco. Sure Marco was handsome but surely there is a reason that Marco was the one.

"I just wanted to let you know that I miss you mom."

" Thanks sweetie. It was nice of you to pop by. "

Moon and Comet embraced each other for a few more moments before letting go. Moon waved her mom farewell with her mom nodding. Moon went with Marco, who was waiting near the door, and they set off to explore Mewni. Where do you want to go Marco?, Moon asked. I want to see what the town around the castle looks like. I wonder how it compares to my reality, Marco replied. Alright let's go, Moon nodded. Moon opened a portal with her hand. She gestured to Marco to go through, but Marco wanted to go last. Moon groaned and relented to Marco's suggestion. Moon soon went in first with Marco coming in behind her.

When they stepped through the portal, Marco's eyes threatened to bulge out of his eyes. Moon winked at him while She closed the portal. This Mewni was nothing like his Mewni! All of the buildings were made out of stone with proper roofing. All of the buildings looked like they were well built unlike his Mewni. The people were wearing fairly high quality clothes, and they looked clean. Even the streets were clean! Gone were the mud infested dirt paths. Now the streets were built out of paved stone that were clean. The streets were bustling with merchants and consumers going about with their day. This reality's Mewni was far better than his Mewni.

Moon smirked at seeing Marco's dazed expression. She wasn't really shocked at Marco's reaction as the other Mewni was a dumpster compared to this. Moon was appalled at how the other Mewni was, and she hoped to teach Star about politics. Moon smiled when she remembered how she recovered incriminating evidence against corrupt officials through rather shady ways. Now she had half of the nobles under her thumb through her efforts. Pretty good if she had to say so herself.

"What do you think Marco?"

Marco snapped out of his daze and looked around frantically. He didn't really get the question since he was in a daze. He said randomly, " Oh yeah it's great. "

Marco prayed that he said the correct answer. Luckily for him Moon seemed content with his answer. Moon smiled at him and replied, " This is the result of exposing a few corrupt off and plundering their riches! It's called aggressive negotiations. "

Marco raised his eye at her saying aggressive negotiations. Marco was sure Star was capable at doing Moon's aggressive negotiations just well, but he doubted Star would resort to it. Star would just want everyone to get along. He shook his head before he walked along with Moon to explore the town.

After about twenty minutes of exploring, Marco was certain that this certainly wasn't a town. It seemed more like a city for it had more people than a normal town with tall buildings in the skyline. The tallest buildings seemed to be around three hundred feet. Not bad for a place not using Earth technology. Moon pointed out couple of statues that marked important people. There were Solaria Butterfly, Moon hated her, Vega Butterfly, and General Jackal statues. When Marco asked who Jackal was, Moon said that he was a general during the Dragon Surge. The Dragon Surges happened when some Mewman miners accidentally released dragons from caves. The dragons caused much havoc until General Jackal appeared. He lead the soldiers into victory against the dragons, and he even slain a dragon himself.

"Your Mewni had a pretty rough history if I have to say so myself", Marco said.

"I know Marco."

The more they walked along the city, the more whispering the two could hear directed at them. When the two began, they hadn't heard whispers about them. Moon was increasingly curious to see what caused them to be popular. She found her answer in a half an hour when she spotted a royal tabloid. Moon took one glace at the tabloids, and she knew why the people were talking about her and Marco. Somehow a pesky photographer managed to snap a picture of her and Marco together! Now he didn't mind having pictures taken, but she wanted to wait a few more days to introduce Marco. Moon swore that she would find whoever took the photo and smear them with tar and feathers. Moon started to laugh manically at the thought of taring the photographer, then snapping a photo to publish to the royal tabloids. Nobody, except Marco, knew why Moon had suddenly started laughing.

Moon are you going to prank somebody?, Marco wondered. He wasn't too thrilled at the thought of someone receiving the end of Moon's pranks. Judging by Glossaryck's reaction, it was safe to assume Moon's pranks were highly annoying. But a photographer took a photo of us! That pesky photographer must lear-, Moon began before being cut off by Marco. I don't mind someone taking a picture of us. Think of it as an early announcement to our relationship, Marco interrupted. Moon seemed dejected at not pranking someone. She did however relent eventually at Marco's suggestions. Fine Marco I won't prank the photographer., Moon said, defeated. Marco smiled at Moon for being able to listen to Marco didn't know was that Moon planned to prank whoever took the photograph of her and Marco. Moon would later use her connections to discover whoever took that photograph and then she would plot her revenge.

Moon was about to continue walking when she remembered something, she had to practice dark magic today! How could she forget? Marco we have to cut our trip short. I have to go practice dark magic soon, Moon told Marco. I understand Moon, Marco nodded his head understandingly. Marco was a little disappointed at having to leave after only three hours, but the visit can wait. He would rather wait a few days than lose Moon forever. He shuddered at the thought of losing Moon forever. Moon seemingly read his mind and tried to cheer him up. My training can wait a hour, what do you want to do for an hour, Moon reassured Marco. Marco could hear his stomach growling so some lunch wouldn't hurt. Let's get some food, Marco responded.

"What type of food do you want Marco?"

"I don't know. I guess anything."

"Alright let's get some food."

Moon led Marco to one of the largest markets in the town, and the place was bustling with people. Luckily it took them only fifteen minutes to reach it. There were food vendors everywhere selling food. It was quite hard to choose what type of food to eat. Eventually Marco bought some smoked fowl and cornbread while Moon got a dish of roasted steak and extra sugary cornshakes. They ate their lunch slowly to enjoy their food. They munched on happily while watching people go about their day. Marco felt relaxed being with Moon. He simply loved being in the presence of Moon, and he honestly thought that he couldn't bare not seeing Moon for a few days.

Alas they finished in twenty minutes, and Moon had to practice dark magic. Moon opened a portal before hopping in. Marco followed Moon through the portal to their destination. Marco didn't have a lot of memories of the place they went, but he was sure that this was the place he met Moon. He confirmed this when he saw a body shaped impact on a tree. Moon closed the portal behind them, and she grabbed Eclipsa's book from her dress.

"So Moon what spell do you have in mind?"

"I'm honestly not sure. I'll start looking at the spells. Wait I still have to teach you on how to use magic. Hang in there, I'll go grab Glossaryck."

Moon opened another portal to her room. She spotted Glossaryck in the spell book still in a bad mood from pudding poisoning. Moon giggled at seeing Glossaryck finally eating too much than he could handle. Shaking her head, she approached Glossaryck. He spun his head around to see Moon stepping towards him. Glossaryck scrunched his face trying to think of a reason on why Moon would be here so soon.

"What do you want Moon?"

"I want you to teach Marco magic."

Glossaryck thought he heard her wrong but one glance at Moon told him she was serious. Wasn't the boy an earthling? Earth isn't supposed to have magic. If this is rampant then he had to contact the rest of the Magic High Commission. Glossaryck inquired, "So when did Marco learn he could use magic?"

"He learnt that rather recently. His magic is a result of the Blood Moon."

"Wait he's bonded with you?"

"He is."

Glossaryck breathed a sigh of relief. 'At least Earth isn't magical' Glossaryck thought. It would of been a difficult task to investigate Earth if it indeed had magic. Luckily he didn't have to do that. But should he train the boy? He was supposed to only train the princesses of Mewni, but Moon wanted him to train someone. That was against protocol so he was about to object.

"And if you train him I'll give you six packs of puddings a day for a week."

Glossaryck grinned at hearing her proposition. Moon would make an excellent queen as she was great at negotiating. Even though he had pudding poisoning, he could still eat the pudding tomorrow. As far as he was concerned it was a win win for everybody.

"Deal!"

Glossaryck levitated the spell book to the portal. He then entered the portal followed by Moon. Once they were through they saw Marco waiting patiently. Glossaryck took a moment to study the boy. He was good looking if Glossaryck had to say so himself, and he seemed like a rather patient person. Then Glossaryck tried to gauge at how powerful the boy was. It was difficult without the correct equipment but possible. He needed to perform a test to see how powerful the boy was.

"Marco my boy I'm here to teach you magic. First I need to run a few tests to see how powerful are you at full potential. Let me get my equipment." Glossaryck snapped his finger and several pieces of equipment appeared. He got a recording device with some wires. On it. This device will allow a person to gauge a person's base strength in magic.

"Alright stay still as I attach these wires on you", Glossaryck told Marco.

" Well while you guys are having fun I'll practice some magic now", Moon said.

Marco gave Moon a thumbs up before staying still for Glossaryck. Marco had never really liked Glossaryck from his Mewni since he was a jerk or annoying most of the time. From what he could gather the other Glossaryck was similar to his Glossaryck. He prayed that the two would never meet each other. His thoughts were interrupted when he heard a loud beep coming from Glossaryck's recorder.

"Hmm it says here you have a good bit of base magic. It will come in handy when mastering the basic magic", Glossaryck read out.

" Now onto the next test! "

Glossaryck pulled out a box and antenna. The box is supposed to examine a person's magical stamina. Some spells require a lot of stamina, and the more stamina someone has, the longer a person a sustain spells. The average Butterflies could sustain magical fight for around one to two hours before they tire out.

"Now open your mouth."

" Why? "

"Because I need to put in this sensor on you mouth.

Marco relented and opened his mouth. Glossaryck carefully placed a sensor in the middle of his tongue. Then Glossaryck carefully closed Marco's mouth. The scanner would usually take around a minute to get a reading. Glossaryck began to whistle an old tune while waiting for the results. When the results got back, Glossaryck was little surprised at Marco's stamina. It was above average than the average Butterfly but not by much, unlike Moon.

" Well you have an above average stamina but not too crazy. "

"Is that good?"

" That's good for someone who lives in a no magic dimension. Now you need to the final test. "

Glossaryck grabbed a magic gauge that would determine a person's peak power. Everyone had different peaks, but around fifty percent of Butterflies have similar peaks. Judging from the boy's other results, Glossaryck expected Marco to have a slightly above peak. This test was by far the simplest test out of the three. It only requires a small sensor on a person's arm to determine the potential of a person.

"Now roll up your shirts so I can do the test."

" Is this the final test? "

"It is. Now can we get this done."

Glossaryck despised teaching most people on how to use magic, and he wished sometimes that he could retire someday. He attached the sensor on Marco's arm until it beeped after a few seconds. The readings once again read that Marco was indeed above average but not insanely high. When Glossaryck read the results for the tests of Moon, he almost had a heart attack. She had the highest base magic, stamina, and potential out of any Butterfly. She even dwarfed the three great queens of Mewni, Vega, Solaria, and Eclipsa. In fact her potential was off the charts of the scale so no one knew of her full potential.

"Everything about you seems to be above average. You'll be quite powerful."

"Thanks Glossaryck?"

" You know I only did it for the pudding so don't get too hyped. "

Of course Glossaryck was a jerk in this reality. It seemed like all of the Glossarycks seemed to be similar. Maybe Marco could introduce Glossaryck to social media. Yeah that would be a plan.

"Now Marco let's get started on a basic spell."

"Let's start with Levitato." The spell was relatively simple to master, and most people who dip down mastered it first. That is if you're not Moon. Moon's first dipping down spell caused a massive surplus of sugar for well over a year. Glossaryck would never forget just how cheap sugary food was. He ate so much pudding during that period, and he even thanked Moon for the spell.

" What's that? "

"It's a spell that can levitate people of objects."

Glossaryck flipped through the page until he reached the spell. He pointed to the spell, and Marco squinted to see the spell. Glossaryck snapped his fingers to conjure up an apple on a log.

"Now it's simple if you have a wand. Just say Levitato like I just said, and you should be golden. Dipping down requires a bit more effort, but I have confidence in you. Now try to levitate that apple"

" Ok here goes nothing. Levitato", Marco chanted. Nothing happened. Marco decided that maybe he had to do it several times before he got it. He repeated it again, but once again nothing happened. He let out a grown of frustration and tried again.

"It's mind of hard to do it you never used magic before" , Glossaryck chuckled.

Marco was beginning to become annoyed and angry after about ten attempts. He then strained his brain by concentrating even more. The results were the same as his previous attempts, nothing happened. After about an hour, Marco let out a roar of frustration. 'Why is it so difficult to use magic!' Marco seethed. Marco was about to pound his fists into the ground when Moon reassured him. I wouldn't be too sure about you not being able to use magic, look, Moon encouraged Marco. Marco looked at the apple, and he saw it wasn't there anymore.

Marco looked around to see where the apple went. He then looked at Glossaryck and found that Glossaryck wasn't happy. Apparently when he let out his roar, the apple exploded into Glossaryck's direction. Glossaryck looked pissed for good reason.

"Can you not splatter fruit onto me?", Glossaryck grumbled.

"Sorry Glossaryck."

"Deep breathes Glossaryck. Now let's try it again but try to refrain from splattering me again."

Marco nodded his head as Glossaryck conjured up another apple. This time Marco raised his hand and calm said, "Levitato."

There was a faint red glow surrounding the apple. It moved a little bit before Moving down again. Marco widened his eyes in excitement. He had just successfully casted his first spell! He couldn't wait to tell Moon and Star about his success. Speaking of Moon he looked around to see Moon summoning a dark diamond projectile at a dummy. The dummy promptly exploded when the diamond reached its target.

"That's a good start but try to lift it this time", Glossaryck said.

" Alright", Marco responded. He chanted Levitato again and this time tried to move the apple. This time the Apple moved upwards. He then pictured the apple going into his hand. The apple wobbled a bit before floating to Marco's waiting hand. Marco grabbed the apple and studied it for a little. Then he took a big bite out of the apple.

"Delicious" , Marco said while he munched on the apple.

"You did well. Now we need to practice more spells."

" Really?! "

"Yep, let's begin!"

Today was going to be a long day. He just hoped that Moon had some extra sugar packets when he was done. He had a feeling that he would need some extra energy later.

Mewni Prime

Star was following Vega's direction into the Forest of Certain Death. Star wanted to see what Vega's training involved. Star had to walk a great distance though the Forest of Certain Death. She had to avoid several carnivorous plants and animals while walking there. After a couple of hours, Star was beginning to believe that her mind was playing tricks on her. Vega seemingly read her thoughts and responded,'We are almost there.' Star nodded her head and continued to walk further into the forest.

After another half hour, she saw the ruins of a circular building. It looked like an arena at one point, but it was abandoned long ago. 'No one will find you here', Vega told Star. Vega then guided Star through the maze of the ruins to the opening. The ruins were indeed of an arena, and a big arena. 'Go to the center', Vega instructed Star. Star walked towards the center until she stopped at at the carvings of a sun.

There was a blinding flash, and Star had to cover her eyes. When the light subsided, Star slowly opened her eyes. In the middle was a cloaked figure who was crossing its hands. Only the figure's lower face was revealed. Star guessed that this was indeed Vega.

"I presume you're Vega", Star guessed.

" Indeed Lady Utilioes. From now on I will address you as Lady Utilioes or apprentice, and you shall call me master. Understood? ", Vega said with a sharp tone.

" Understood my master ", Star said immediately.

" Good now I shall complete your training. You must master dark magic. "

"But didn't dark magic bad?" , Star asked. She had been taught that dark magic was bad as it corrupts the user and harms innocents. Star didn't necessarily believe that Eclipsa was evil, but everyone else seems to believe Eclipsa was evil for using dark magic. Star knew that Eclipsa was actually really nice even though Eclipsa used dark magic. She didn't seem corrupted at all.

"Don't listen to the brain dead idiots who believe dark magic is evil. Now let me ask you a question, if someone uses normal magic to harm someone, is normal magic evil?"

" No? ", Star replied. Star knew that she had done some bad things with normal magic, but she still finds that normal magic wasn't harmful. Maybe Vega was right after all.

" See so normal magic isn't that much different from dark magic. Dark magic is only evil if the user is evil. The same can be said about normal magic", Vega explained.

"That actually makes sense", Star nodded her agreement. Now that she thought about it, Vega wasn't wrong. Magic can be used for both good and evil. Eclipsa didn't do anything evil when Star spent time with her. That meant everything about magic she had been told was a lie!

" Good, good. Now let's start your training. "

"Yes my master", Star said quietly.

And that wraps it up! Sorry for the slightly late update, but I'll still release a new chapter this weekend. The endgame is just around the corner. Stick around to see what happens next. Until next time, Peace!
