Ahhhhh~
Ever had that feeling that a particular anime just left a lot to be desired?
Well I'm almost certain that this author had that feeling in spades. This retelling of the classic ' Darling in the franxx' anime is proof enough of that.
In a world where the prince never forgot the princess, and the doctor kept his promise; the heroine and her hero strive to survive the insurmountable odds placed agaainst them by the rest of the world, while holding on to one another.
Although most people could get turned off by the dialogues in the story – especially from the mind of the heroine, it would truly be worth it to brave the story for as long as possible to get into the nitty-gritty of the tales. With riveting battles and amazing romantic scenes, this tale truly is one which anyone would enjoy.
However, the ending in and of itself is not all we expected it to be, it is satisfactory and blissful- yes, but the lack of a clearer ending seems quite off-putting.
But don't let that stop you from getting on the bandwagon of this story, it doesn't show any signs of being boring. Not. At. All.
And with a whole new plethora of stories from the same author and universe coming out soon, you'll definitely want to be up to date with this one.
