I hate you.

She walks into the apartment that they practically share now, using the key he gave her, and slams the door shut. She's angry. Frustrated. She could kill him and kiss him at the exact same time right now. "Olivia. Before you say anything." David says getting up from the sofa.

"I just had IAB ripping me to shreds for over an hour because of you David. They spoke to my neighbours. They know everything. They know how I practially live with you. Tucker practially suspended me right there. If Frank's defense find this information out the case against him is fucked." She sighs and shoves her, shaking, hands inside her jacket.

"Are you done?" David asks getting up from his seat.

She sighs and looks at him. "Not really but... Yeah." She says. "This is toxic." She says. "It shouldn't be like this."

"We are in a toxic relationship, Olivia." David says getting up. "We may have just costed you your career. For what? A toxic relationship that never should have happened." He says.

"You want me to blame you?" Olivia asks and David just looks a her. "Easy. Done."

"Thank you!" He almost shouts, making Olivia jump.

"You should have just said nothing was going on. You put me in a position where I have to defend you, again. I did it once with Cragen."

"You didn't have to." David says and Olivia looks at him.

"I did." She says. "You made it so I have to bend my morals, again. Where I have to go against every single thing I believe in, again, because I love you!" She shouts.

"Then stop loving me!" He says at the same volume.

"I can't!" She practically yells.

"Well that's the problem! We don't work. It doesn't work." He says.

"I know." Olivia sighs.

It's only then she notices 2 things.

1 he has tears in his eyes.

2 he is shirtless.

"Then we agree, this has to end." David says with a slight quiver of his lip.

"It just did. I'll go pack up my stuff and get out." Olivia says.

"It's over - we're over." David says almost confirming it to himself.

She walks past him, almost bumping into him. He spins her around and his lips mash against hers, as if trying to flatten and destroy her mouth. She hungrily pushes back, her mouth open, tongue pushing past his clenched teeth to the moist space within.

The cool wall meets Olivia's back as David pushes her against it, burying his face into her neck, pressing a deep kiss against her shoulder. A deep, gasping breath escaped Olivia's throat without her control as her hands dig into his hair, her head dipping backwards. He lifts his head and met her eyes briefly, before she aggressively slams her lips against his, leaving lipstick stains on his mouth. Her lipstick leaves dark red prints. Marking him as her's. The possessive gesture turns Olivia on, sending every inch of her flesh begging to be touched by him. Her heart races rapidly when she feels his hand tuck under her thigh, pulling it around his waist. Olivia keeps her legs tightly around his waist, one of the few opportunities she was at eye level with him, considering the height difference. Her fingers wrap tightly around the back of his neck, messing up his typically perfect hair. "I hate you so much." She says into his ear.

"I hate you more." David replies, trailing his lips down her neck. Olivia inhales in a sharp breath as she feels him suck on her neck. She has no idea how she'd be able to hide the hickey at work tomorrow but that was the furtherest thought in her mind.

"So fucking much..." She says. David nibbles at her earlobe as she begins to talk again. "Like...You should go to hell for the rest of your life." She says and David laughs.

"You'll be there with me, sweetheart. At least I'll still be able to give you hickeys and we can have sex there too," David cockily replies, raising his head to face her again.

"I'll look forward to that. Executive District Attorney." She says and David goes to kiss her again, however he is stopped by her next question for him. "Do you still want me to move out?"

"For the record I never told you to move out." David says. He carries her into the bedroom and she kicks the door shut. "I love you way too much for you to leave." He says.

She kisses him again. "I still hate you."

"Hate you too, baby." He smirks into a kiss.
