So let me tell you what happened in the 976th hunter exams. I'm Levin one of the contestants of the exams. That year we had 1316 people pass the preliminary phase but I should first tell you about the preliminaries. There was three stages. The stage was a simple train journey. The phase part was a written 'application'. The application was actually a test to see how worthy we were. We were told that we would be dropped at one of two stations so that we can start the exams with less competitors at each preliminary phase. Sadly for the people dropped at station one that was a lie. We were told after they were dropped of that they failed. The next stage was a moral stage. They tested our morals with a multiple choice quiz. Not many people lost in the moral stage but a few scary looking competitors failed so that seemed pretty lucky for me.the last section of the preliminary phase was the reaction phase. We were all sent through a tunnel where we were attacked with paint. Those who hadn't been hit with paint and reached the end of the tunnel had passed the phase. Me and the around sixty other people who made it entered and got badges. I was number 1079. I waited for about an hour when I heard a horn and a man announced "The deadline has been reached. You will be the only competitors." and that was it everyone stood up. Then we begun the first phase and just like the exams you probably all know it kicked of with a running phase.
