Forgiveness
Summary: This chapter has Gwen making amends with Luther a week after what happened.

Chapter 2: The Forgiving
It has been a week since Luther's sudden arrival as Gwen was in the living room, thinking about what happened to herself.
"What if he is telling the truth... what if he wanted to really change." Gwen said before she sighed deeply before ruffling her own hair.
"I should give Luther a call." Gwen said to herself before she dialed his phone number as she waited for a 5 seconds before he soon answered her call.
"Hello?" Luther asked Gwen.
"Hello Luther." Gwen said to Luther who was taken a back.
"Gwen! This is... a shocker." Luther said to Gwen.
"I know, listen... I may have overreacted when you came by unexpectedly." Gwen said to Luther.
"I know that I'm the last person you want to talk to, and what I said to your wife was more than asinine, I screwed up." Luther said to Gwen.
"Yes you did but... I did as well in a way." Gwen said before she sighed and resumed speaking.
"Look... if you swear you are telling the truth... I can let you come in and we can speak." Gwen said to Luther who looked surprised.
"Really?!" Luther asked Gwen.
"Yeah." Gwen answered Luther.
"Wow, this is truly a blessing from God, thank you so much." Luther said to Gwen.
"Can you be over in a few minutes?" Gwen asked Luther.
"Of course, I'll be right over." Luther said before they both hung up.
"Okies then... he really is coming." Gwen said to herself before she walked up to her and Courtney's bedroom.
"Hey Gwen." Courtney greeted her wife.
"Princess, can we talk?" Gwen said before she asked Courtney.
"Sure Gwenny." Courtney answered Gwen.
"Please don't get mad at me... but I asked Luther if we can talk because after thinking it through, he might actually be telling the truth and changing for the better." Gwen said to Luther who looked surprised.
"For real?" Courtney asked Gwen who nodded slowly.
"Gwenny, are you sure this is a good decision?" Courtney asked Gwen.
"I don't know but... I can't shake this feeling that he might be right." Gwen answered Courtney.
"Look, I want you to take the kids out to the park. I don't want them to see him though, okay?" Gwen said before she asked Courtney.
"Gwenny, of course I'll do that." Courtney answered Gwen.
"Thankies." Gwen said to Courtney before they hugged and kissed.
"Get the kids ready okay?" Gwen said before she asked Courtney.
"Sure." Courtney said before she turned her attention to the kids.
"Kids, we're going to the park." Courtney said as she got Maybelle and the twins ready.
"We'll be back in an hour." Courtney said to Gwen.
"Bye mommy!" Maybelle said to Gwen.
"Bye mama!" The twins said to Gwen who hugged them, Maybelle, and Courtney.
"Bye you guys." Gwen said before Courtney and the kids left for the park, then Gwen sat down on the sofa until the doorbell rang.
"I got it." Gwen said before she opened the door as Luther arrived.
"Hello Gwen." Luther greeted Courtney.
"Luther... come in please." Gwen greeted before she told him to come in which he did as they sat down on the couch.
"So... can I give you something to drink?" Gwen asked Luther.
"Sure, I can take a water." Luther answered Gwen.
"Cool." Gwen said before she went into the kitchen and got out two glasses of water before she head over to the couch.
"Thank you." Luther said to Gwen.
"You're welcome... now are you telling the truth?" Gwen said before she asked.
"Yes, I have changed." Luther answered Gwen.
"Are you? Luther, I want to know truly. Were you telling the truth? Did you really change?" Gwen asked Luther.
"Yes, I have changed, Gwen. Believe me, I am not lying at all. I am telling you the truth." Luther answered Gwen.
"Then why did you call my wife those malicious names?" Gwen asked Luther.
"I was mad at myself for all the harm and abuse that I have caused your mom, your step-dad, your brother and you... plus your wife was just in the line of fire, besides I also am not the same person that I was last week, I owe you, your mom, your step-dad, your brother, and your wife an apology... I am very, very, very, very, very sorry... with a capital "S" and a capital "ORRY.", excuse me for a second." Luther said before he got down on his knees before he teared up and started crying a bit.
"Gwen, you may be my daughter by blood but you are absolutely correct... I am not your father. I treated you and everyone around you like garbage. I did so many horrible things and I am sorry for what I have done, please... I am not forcing you but I am asking... can you find it in your heart... to forgive me?" Luther tearfully admitted that Gwen was right, despite being related by blood as she was shocked.
"Do you really mean it?" Gwen asked Luther.
"Yes, yes I do... the past week has been emotional, I got right with God, I stopped drinking, and now I'm asking you for forgiveness, like when I asked God for forgiveness, it has changed my life." Luther said to Gwen.
"Luther, I have an answer to your question." Gwen said to Luther.
"Really?" Luther asked Gwen.
"Yes." Gwen answered before she began to tell Luther whether she forgives him.
"I forgive you." Gwen said to Luther which made him gasp as he looked shocked.
"You do?!" Luther asked Gwen who nodded before she hugged her biological father.
"I can hear it in your voice, that you are truly sorry." Gwen said to him.
"Yes, but I'm going to back it up, actions will always defy your beliefs." Luther said to Gwen.
"True, anyway... Courtney and I started dating 6 years ago before we got married, as you have learned." Gwen said to Luther.
"Yes I've learned a bit about you two being married and your children look beautiful." Luther said to Gwen.
"Thank you, anyway Courtney and I also started doing an alternative lifestyle a few years ago, that has really made the both of us feel happy." Gwen said back to Luther.
"Really?" Luther asked Gwen.
"Yes, it's the ABDL lifestyle. We wear adult diapers and they helped us a lot over the years." Gwen answered before she briefly explained.
"Really?" Luther asked Gwen again.
"Yes, it helped me and Courtney becomes friends again but it also helped us show that we love each other." Gwen answered Luther once again.
"Well, I can respect that very much... but other then that why do you love Courtney?" Luther asked Gwen.
"I love Courtney because she is a great woman, she is super smart, strong, brave, and she is beautiful as well." Gwen answered Luther.
"I am happy you found someone in your life." Luther said to Gwen.
"Thanks Luther, I'm not ready to call you "Dad" yet." Gwen said to Luther.
"I know, I have a long way to go, but thank you for giving me your forgiveness, it has set me free." Luther said to Gwen before they hugged again before Courtney, Maybelle, and the kids arrived home.
"Gwenny, we're home!" Courtney told Gwen.
"Who's Gwenny? Courtney's pet dog?" Luther asked Gwen.
"Um... no hehehe." Gwen answerd before she chuckled.
"It's her nickname for me." Gwen said to Luther.
"I see." Luther said before Gwen went to Courtney and the kids.
"Mommy, who's that man?" Maybelle asked Gwen.
"Hello I'm Luther." Luther introduced himself.
"He's... a friend of mine." Gwen answered Maybelle.
"Oh! Cool!" Maybelle said before she walked up to Luther.
"Hello Mr. Luther." Maybelle said to Luther.
"Hello Maybelle." Luther said to Maybelle.
"These are our twins our son Brady, and our daughter Lita... they are two while Maybelle is our oldest, she is four." Gwen introduced Luther to the twins.
"Hi." The twins
"These two look cute." Luther said to Gwen.
"We just got back from the park." Courtney said to Gwen and Luther.
"How was it?" Gwen asked the kids.
"Fun!" The kids answered Gwen.
"Gwen, I'm gonna join you in a second but I'm gonna our these tykes down for their naps." Courtney said to Gwen.
"Okay Princess." Gwen said to Courtney.
"Nickname for Courtney?" Luther asked Gwen.
"Yeah." Gwen answered Luther.
"Cool." Luther said before Courtney put the kids down before she joined Gwen and Luther.
"Hi Courtney." Luther greeted Courtney.
"Luther." Courtney said back as she was a bit nervous.
"I want to personally say that I am truly sorry for what I said last week, I was mad at myself, and I took it out on the wrong people... my ex-wife didn't deserve it, my kids didn't deserve it, Eric didn't deserve it, and neither did you last week Courtney but just because I said I was sorry... doesn't make what I did okay." Luther apologized, and explained his actions.
"Well Luther... I'm glad you decided to change your ways." Courtney said to Luther.
"Thank you... since last week I haven't had a sip of alcohol at all, what happened last week changed me, and saved my life as I explained to Gwen... I know I got a long way to go so that's why I'm gonna go stay with one of my former college roommates who has offered me a spare bedroom as he's a school teacher." Luther said to Courtney before he turned his focus to both women.
"That's nice." They said to Luther.
"I'm hopeful we can make a fresh start." Gwen said to Luther.
"Same here Gwen... I gotta go, I'm having lunch in 20 minutes with my roomate." Luther said to Gwen.
"Okay then." Gwen said before she hugged Luther who soon hugged her back.
"I hope you keep your word, Luther." Gwen said to him.
"I will... I promise." Luther said before he and Courtney shook hands.
"I'm off, goodbye ladies." Luther said back to them.
"Bye Luther." Gwen and Courtney said before he left as she was stunned, surprised, and happy.
"I can't believe he's changed... my god." Gwen said to Courtney.
"You okay Gwenny?" Courtney asked Gwen.
"I'm fine but I'm just... stunned and... happy." Gwen answered Courtney.
"Me too." Courtney said before they hugged and kissed.
"So, do you wanna relax and watch a movie in our shirts and diapers?" Gwen asked Courtney.
"Yes I do." Courtney answered Gwen.
"Yay!" Gwen cheered before she and Courtney went to their bedroom, taking off their bottoms revealing their diapers as they both felt relief about being in them.
"That's much better." Gwen said to Courtney.
"Totes." Courtney said in agreement.
"So what you wanna watch?" Gwen asked Courtney.
"The Notebook." Courtney answered with a seductive tone in her voice.
"I think that sounds lovely Princess." Gwen said to Courtney before they kissed again as they put on the movie and they cuddled to watch it.
