Lucy thank whatever deities were up there when their food arrived. She knows that any second now, she could strangle her sister due to how much she was chattering

They grew up together but she did not like being surrounded by noise, especially her sister's blabbering. Sure, she loves Michelle so, so much but there will be a time that string snaps.

And that time was now...

"And then, and then-" she let out a loud laugh "I saw Jason nosebleeding! And then when I, we-!" Lucy pushed her sister's cheeks together and mush them hard, not letting Michelle finish her story.

Lucy started pinching it "The reason I went to the café was to write peacefully but that's not what's happening right now is it ?"

Michelle's response of apology was hardly comprehensible. Tears pricked her eyes from the pain she was feeling. She looked at lucy, eyes pleading her to let go. Lucy debated whether or not to release her sister since she was certain that once free her, it's going to start all over again. With a grumble, she let go, stop what she currently writing and put it back her slingbag. Michelle smiled at the action, thinking maybe Lucy would be focus at chatting with her.

Smile were immediately wipe from her face as she watched her sister pulled another book from her bag and began flipping the page until she stopped at the bookmarked page she left the last time, "Which I'm sure it was this morning" Michelle thought.

"You're no fun...drop that book and pay attention to meee" she whined,

Lucy sigh and starts to pour her syrup onto her waffle, watching as syrup dribble from its side.

"Sometimes I wonder whose really the older one here" Lucu said before taking a bite and shifting her focus back to the book again to read.

"Well, it's me obviously. I'm 3 years older than you" Michelle replied after finishing her blueberries.

Lucy mumbled sureee while still fixated on the book.

Michelle keeps watching as her sister keeps switching to reading and taking a bite at her food. Even though Lucy noticed it from the corner of her eyes, she hadn't said anything. She was used to Michelle staring at her. She will admit that it was uncomfortable at first but as time went on, she got used to it although there were times she wants to take a peek at what her sister's thoughts were every time she stared at her; seemingly lost in her own world too.

"Come on, abandon that book for a second and spend some time with me." a sigh escaped from Michelle and Lucy give in with a nod and finally, finallyclosed the book and put it down at their table. They ate and chat with each other for a while about what are they going to do for the rest of the day, what plan do they have, and basically talked about everything and anything. They left after they were done.

"An apartment? Yeah, I found one a few days ago"

"Really? That fast?"

Lucy nod while looking for something in her sling bag, "Yep, and the rent is pretty good considering the room. It's a good start." She stop and pulled a key and shows it to Michelle; the warm light from the setting sun made it glimmer.

"Nice! You don't have any errands today, right?" Lucy nods, "Then let's go! Take me to your domain and spend the night not reading books!" Her sister exclaimed. "Where is at anyway?"

Lucy answered "next street then turn right"

"Great, let's go! Pave the waay sister!" Shout Michelle; running and draging Lucy as she runs.

"That's not even the right way!"

Eventually, they were spent after a long day and barely awake after hours of walking in town. Michelle quickly changed her mind about going to her place and jnsted to explore around.

Looking at her sister sleeping, Lucy couldn't help but smile. It had been long since they get to spend times like this and felt a bit guilty when she pay more attention reading a book rather than spending time with her sister. She made up her mind to get back to her and spend whole day tomorrow doing everything, no reading, no writing, not even bringing a pen with her. Just the two of them spemding the day with each other.

Lucy strips off her clothes amd hopped into the shower. It did not take her long due to wantkng to feel her soft bed again after an exhausting day. After she was finished, she wrapped a soft towel around her and immediately changed into her pajamas.

A knock on her door stopped her from joing her sister on her bed.

"Who would knock at this time?"

She slowly walk until she stands in front of the door. Lucy took a deep breathe and releasing slowly before leaning jer face to the peephole.

She nearly screamed when she saw an eye looking directly at her thrugh the peephole. Lucy stumbled back and released a shaky breath. "What the--what are they doing?" she thought while trying to regulate her breathing.

"Oi let me in! I know that I did not locked myself out."

Lucy hands trembled a little before saying, "I think you are in the wrong apartment"

She heard Haa? then a knocking on her door.

The stranger tsk "If you think you could fool me, think again dumbass! I'm not going to fall from your stupid, annoying doings. Imma break down this wall if you don't let me in!"

Much to say, Lucy's defenitely panicking right now. She heard the person counting and sound of footsteps leading back. Before ths person could finish saying ten, she quickly opens her door with a rolling pin on her right hand.

It was not an intruder, it was just a wasted girl with her right foot in the mid air; ready to kick the door before she opened it.

The girl stood for a minute "Wow, okay, so I guess this isn't really my room huh"

Lucy, with a rolling pin halted mid air answered "uh-huh"

"My bad. Oh well, it was nice knowing you." The dark haired girl said before walking to who knows where her room was.

"What a weird lady" Lucy thought as she closes the door, making sure she lock it even though jt is in the first place before going to her bed and sliding next to her sister.

Sleep eventually claimed her.
