I saw Nico studying in the Hades Cabin.
Pieces of paper were scattered everywhere. I stood in the doorway waiting for Nico to notice me.
"Okay, I just have to type up what the different rates of change shown on the graph, which is here" he murmured, as he shifted through a bunch of papers.
He typed stuff down for another 20 minutes.
This is getting ridiculous, I thought.
"Nico." I said.
He jumped violently knocking over a cup of Mango juice onto some notes.
"No,no,no,no,no,no,no!" he said, grabbing some tissues.
He tried mopping up the orange mess with the handful of tissues he had grabbed.
I sat down next to him and tried to help him.
After a minute of that, Nico turned to me and glared.
"Now look what you've done!", he said, crossing his arms at me.
I cringed at his expression, "Sorry." I said.
"What do you want Solace?"
I hesitated. I felt to embarrassed to say' I came here because I want to cuddle with you and watch some Netflix' so instead I said," I want you to get out of the Hades Cabin and soak up some sunlight.
"No, you came here for something else." Nico replied slowly.
"How did you know?" I asked, confused
"You hesitated." He said.
I internally cursed myself." Fine, I came here because I want to spend some time with you. Ever since summer school you haven't been talking to me that much and I hate it. I miss you! We don't talk anymore! Last night doesn't count, you just texted me goodnight! You know I can't live without talking to you at least 5 times a day! Now with summer school your always so busy and-",my ranting was cut off with a deep kiss.
I immediately responded by kissing back. I wrapped my arms around him and pulled him closer.
"Is that all, Tesero." Nico said softly.
"Yeah."I replied breathlessly.
I was about to kiss him again, but Nico is faster than me.
He kissed me and wrapped his arms around my neck.
"This is what I live for." I said, pulling away so I could breathe.
"Same." He said into my shoulder.
"How about we go get some Mcdonalds?" I asked as Nico sat down and cleaned looked through his homework again
He shot up and looked up at me, his eyes shining with excitement.
"Really? I thought you hated that stuff." he asked.
"I do, but you like it so... might as well try it." I replied and we both laughed.
Together we walked out of the Hades cabin.
"Okay, i'll call Argus and he can take us there", I said, whipping out my monster proof phone, but before I could call Argus, Nico grabbed my arm and shadow traveled me to the nearest mcDonalds.
"Nico! How many times have I told you not to shadow travel! I should take you back to the infirmary-" I said, but Nico cut me off.
"Please, Sunshine? Just this once?" he said, using those adorable puppy eyes and I practically melted at the boy in front of me.
I sighed. "Fine. Just this once."
I looked up at the setting sun and walked up to the cashier.
"Two happy meals and two Cocoa-Cola's" I told the register and he nodded.
"IS that to go?", he asked.
"No.", I replied and we sat down at the nearest table.
I looked at Nico and as he looked out the window.
I wondered how he managed to be beautiful and adorable at the same time.
He caught me staring ad I blushed and looked down.
He smirked, "Something caught your eye, Solace?"
I decided to ignore the question," Nico! Grammar! It's did something catch your eye."
he rolled his eyes, "Since when were you a son of Athena?"
"Since Athena became jealous of dad, and messed with fate so that she could have me as a child."
We both laughed and our cocoa-Cola's came.
"Thanks." ,I said to the waiter an he nodded and walked away.
I saw someone at the front of the fast food restaurant moving a karaoke machine to the front, I perked up.
"Nico, do you want to have a karaoke battle?" ,I asked him.
"Not really." he replied.
I smirked, "Unless your scared. Is the great, the fearless, the unstoppable Nico Di Angelo scared?", I asked.
He rolled his eyes, "It's on."
We both stood up and ran to the Karaoke machines.
I whispered a song into a worker's ear and he nodded and played that song.

I gaped at Nico and he looked at me innocently, as if he hadn't just sang like my father.
"Is something wrong, Tesoro?" he asked, smirking.
I gaped at him some more and he laughed, asking the worker for another song.
Together, we sang until our throats were sore.

I laughed as Nico made this weird face and took a sip of coke.
I loved Nico, I loved him with all my heart.
I pulled him into a deep kiss and breathed in his familiar scent, my legs turned to jelly.
People wee looking at us weirdly but right then I couldn't care less, oh how I loved Nico.
He kissed back and wrapped his arms around my neck.
We broke apart and Nico smiled at me softly, "What was that for, "he asked.
"For being adorable," I replied, and right then, only Nico mattered.
