Izuku midoriya is not quirkless not even close in fact he has 3 of 'em! Can he be a hero?

so i plan on making a new my hero academia fan fic where deku has 3 quirks:

HealThe ability to heal any fresh wound.

Energy sourcing Ability to draw power from large or small but abundant sources of energy, such as turning kinetic energy into physical blasts or converting solar energy into other forms. Sometimes based on proximity to source, sometimes stored for future use.

MetamorphosisAbility to change one's physical, biological form to mimic the appearance, characteristics or power set of other individuals (shapeshifting)
