CONGRATULATIONS roban05! Yes! One of my favorite fonts :) And the other is somewhere! I can't think of a good clue right now, sorry.

"I thought It'd be nice if I invited my birth parents to the wedding. I've wanted to meet them anyways, maybe this would be the perfect reason." Mya explained.
"I think that's a wonderfully beautiful idea." Sarah replied, smiling widely.
"There's only one catch." Mya replied.
"Adoption agencies keep records for this very reason, what could possibly be the problem?" Myles asked.
"I can't find a single record of the agency on the internet. At all. Not a newspaper article, nothing." She explained.
"Do you know the right name of the agency?" Bobby asked.
Mya glared at him. "Yes. I talked to my parents Friday night about it, and they told me what they remembered, and they're going to send me all the documentation they have. I just can't believe I can't find it!"
"You will." Bobby said. "Such a special occasion like that, you should definitely have your birth parents by your side as well."
Mya smiled at him. "Thank you. I just wish I had some leads!"
?-?
"What's that?" Maddy asked as her sister opened a thick envelope Wednesday evening.
"All the adoption stuff that might help me find my birth parents." Mya explained as she perused through the paperwork.
"Will it help?"
"DON'T KNOW." Mya replied as she read. A few seconds later, she jogged to her computer to do some research. "Hrm." She said, reading. "Something's not right." With that, she continued to dive herself deeper into the project.
?-?
"Sleeping at our desk, are we?" Myles said to Mya as he walked in Thursday morning.
"Huh?" Mya sleepily said, raising her head off her keyboard and squinting at the bright sunlight coming into the room. "No, I was here early, researching."
"Researching what? We aren't on any mandatory research all night cases right now." Bobby said, walking in behind Myles.
"No, but I think we will be, very soon." She replied.
"Why? What do you know?" Jack asked, sitting down at his desk.
Mya sighed before delving into her story. "Babies From Heaven Adoption Agency was incorporated in 1990, 5 years before I was adopted from there. In 1999, they were shut down because they were selling babies on the black market. Some were legit, like me, but others, not so lucky. After some deep research, I was finally able to find some info."
"So you won't be able to find your birth parents through them. All the records are gone." Sarah said, sadly realizing what she was saying.
Mya nodded in her direction. "The woman who was labeled as the CEO of Babies From Heaven, Kimberly Ashton, came up in my research as currently owning another adoption agency, Angelic Angels Adoption Agency, this time instead of in Kansas like last time, it's here in DC."
"In our jurisdiction." Jack stated. Mya nodded.
"You know, I think this Kimberly has some kind of fascination with heaven and angles, don't you think?" Myles asked, thinking about the name. "Strange, she doesn't practice what she preaches."
"And you think, with her reputation with the last agency, she's at it again?" Bobby asked, ignoring Myles.
Mya nodded. "They couldn't pinpoint anything specific on her the first time, it was all inconclusive, but they did send her off with a warning. She shouldn't be in the vicinity of any managerial role with kids, with what she did!" She exclaimed.
"I agree, and it's definitely worth looking into, do you have a plan?" Jack asked.
"I was thinking, you and Sue could go in there as employees or something, read some conversation if possible, snoop in some files, and catch her in the act?" Mya suggested.
"Good, but we need some probable cause first. How about," He replied, thinking. "How about you and Josh go in as a couple looking to adopt? Hopefully you'll see something suspicious, and with what you've found online, I think we'll have enough for a case. Do you think you could do that?"
Mya slowly nodded. "Taking down the woman that ruined my chances of meeting my birth parents? Definitely."
"Good. Call and make an appointment for tomorrow. The less babies that will wrongly get adopted, the better." Jack replied.
"Already dialing." She said, staring at her computer as she pressed numbers on her phone.
"Sorry you can't find your parents." Sarah said sadly.
Mya half smiled at her as she put the phone to her ear. "It is what it is. We can't change the past, but we can change the future. That's all that matters."
Sarah sadly smiled at her, happy she was taking the news so well.
?-?
"I've got an assignment for you." Mya said as she placed dinner in front of Josh that evening.
"Do I want to know what that is?" He asked, weary when she seemed excited about an assignment. It usually required work on his end.
"You'll like it. It requires your team to work with us." She replied, sitting down across from him.
"Oh, so this is work-related?"
She half shrugged. "It started out personal, but now it's a case, hopefully. Well, not really hopefully, but yeah." She rambled.
"What is it?" He asked, slightly smiling from her rambling.
"We're going undercover as a couple looking to adopt a child."
"Oh?" He asked, raising his eyebrows questioningly.
She nodded. "Mmhmm. You know I was looking for my birth parents?"
"Yeah, the agency closed because of fraud you said."
"And now she's opened another one, this time here in DC."
"And of course, she should be locked away for good, not selling babies on the black market." He surmised.
"Yep." She replied, nodding. "So? You in?"
He smiled at her. "Definitely."
She smiled at him as well. "Good. We have an appointment for tomorrow morning at 10."
"Oh, we do, do we?" He asked. She nodded. "Is this going to happen from now on, you scheduling my life without my knowledge?"
"I had to! Tomorrow's Friday! We want to get this going this week!" She said defensively.
He smiled at her. "I know. But a bit more warning would be nice!"
"I promise you, next time, I will tell you immediately after I schedule something, OK?"
"PERFECT." He signed.
She smiled at him. "PERFECT."
