It was a Tuesday. Kacey and Kori were having breakfast. Kacey's Skype ring went off on her phone. She pressed the button to connect. John popped up on the screen.

"Hi." John said.

"Hi."

"Mommy I want to talk to John." Kacey handed Kori her phone. "Hi John."

"Hi Kori." John said.

"How are you?"

"I'm good." "How are you?"

"Excited."

"What are you excited about?"

"I'm going to my daddy's this weekend."

"Cool."

"Kori are you done with your breakfast?" Kacey asked.

"Yes mommy." Kori said.

"Go upstairs and get ready for your bath." "I'll be right there

"Ok mommy." "Bye John."

"Bye." John said. She handed the phone back to Kacey and went upstairs. "Do you have to work this weekend?

"No." Kacey said. "I plan on sitting here and relaxing."

"Do you want to come on the road with me instead?"

"Sure." "I'll book my flight after Kori's bath."

"Ok."

"I've gotta go."

"See you this weekend."

"Bye."

"Bye." They disconnected.

That weekend Kacey had just gotten to her hotel room. She sat down on the couch and fell asleep. She awoke two hours later to her cell phone ringing. She sat up and answered it.

"Hello?" She said.

"Hi." John said.

"Hi."

"Do you wanna go to lunch?"

"Sure."

Later that night Kacey and John were in catering. Randy came over to them.

"Hey Randy." Kacey said.

"Hi."

"How's Kim?"

"Good."

"How's Kori?"

"She's good." "She's with her dad."

"I'm just glad he still comes around." "The father of Kim's boys abandoned them."

"Well lucky they have you."

"We should all get together next time you're in town."

"Yeah."

John had just won his match. Kacey was waiting for John in his locker room. He came in a few minutes later. His adrenaline was pumping.

"Good job." She said.

"Come here." He went up to her and kissed her passionately. She kissed him back with the same intensity. They went into the bathroom. John turned on the water. They quickly undressed each other and got in the shower.

They went back to John hotel room and it was more on the same. There was a trail of their clothes from the front door to the bedroom. They were having sex. He was on top of her.

"Ohhh, ohhhh, ohhhh, John." She moaned giving in

"God Kacey." He groaned giving in.

He was still on top of her. They kissed. He looked down at her, completely lost in the moment.

"I love you." He said. She got a surprised look on her face.
