A.N. So yeah, I'm back with chapter 2 and a couple more things you should note:

If any of you are reading and haven't started or finished or are in the middle of writing a fanfic, you should try. If you can't find a fanfic that suits what you have in mind, write your own, be creative, experiment, add a twist or something.

Also note that:

This time line will go AU given time.

As I mentioned in the last chapter, I will be using the english translated names from the webtoon, so Androssi Zahard will be Endorsi Jahad.

The current test for floor two will be administered by Lero Ro, but it will not be at the same time as the one Baam took, so right now Baam is in his classes for Shinsu wave controlling.

Also the last chapter was edited. (what was edited is located in the AN on the last chapter)

Tower of Geass

Arch 1

Second floor test.

Lelouch opened his eyes, finding himself in a field of dry grass, with occasional rocky hills and mountains. There was a floating island with a couple buildings on it, that could be seen in the sky. A box suspended in the air began an announcement.

"Mic test, mic test! Hello everyone! All the regulars who made it to the tower, we welcome you to the 2nd floor, Evankhell's floor!"

Sitting up, Lelouch began to listen to the voice that was coming from the box.

"Also called the "floor of test", because here we carry out the final test to see if you are qualified to go up the tower."

'Another test, just like Headon said', thought Lelouch with exasperation. 'Don't I get a break?'

"Well I'll explain the details to you later!" Continued the announcement. "First let's start the first test! It's been quite long since we warmed up".

'But I've only just got here' thought Lelouch with even more exasperation.

"The first test is simple,! I will explain the rules so listen carefully! The rule for the first test is as follows! There are 300 regulars here! Narrow it down to 150! Try every possible means! The test ends, when the number of regulars reaches 150. Ready, begin!" Finished the voice.

'So a deathmatch, it would seem' thought Lelouch. "I'll have to use my geass sparingly, since some of them could possess a higher shinsu level than I do. Someone could possibly figure out the conditions needed for my geass to work'.

A blood chilling scream was heard across the test floor, interrupting Lelouch from his thoughts. Lelouch looked around and saw a creature heading towards him. It had four arms and looked a little like a demon. Gripped in each of his four hands was a sword. Backing up, slightly on instinct, Lelouch quickly took off his contacts and caught the creature's gaze.

"Lelouch vi Britannia commands you, obey me!" Commanded Lelouch.

The creature immediately stopped in its tracks and knelt down facing Lelouch. Its head bent down, in total submission.

"Now, give me your weapons and tell me what you know about this tower."

The creature gave the handle of the swords, to Lelouch, ignoring the cuts on its hands from the sharp edges of the blade.

The creature then spoke in a trance. "The tower has many floors with a test on it. At the top is King Jahad and the ten great families. There are also princesses of Jahad. They are extremely powerful females that have been given a part of Jahad's powers through a special procedure. They are adopted into his family. There are also rankers, who serve under Jahad. There are some rankers who don't too."

'Don't serve under Jahad? Interesting.' Thought Lelouch with a slight grin of his face. "Tell me more about those rankers."

"There is an organisation called "FUG". Their goal is to kill Jahad and the Ten family leaders. I don't know a lot about them."

"Now next question, what is a ranker?"

"A ranker is a being that has reached the top of Jahad's empire and has been given a rank."

"Now kill your self." Commanded Lelouch.

The creature took one of the swords and plunged it into where its heart was located, killing it immediately.

Lelouch began to walk around, carrying one of the weapons he got from the four armed creature., searching for someone who could give more information about FUG, when he came across two people fighting each other. One of them was wearing armor that resembled that of a medieval knight and wielded a sword and a shield. The other was wearing samurai armor and was wielding a katana.

"Mic test, Everyone stay where you are! The first test is now over! All remaining regulars stop what you are doing and listen carefully! Any regular fighting from now on will be terminated!" Announced the voice.

At that note, the knight and the samurai lowered their weapons and looked around them. The knight spotted Lelouch, and was about to say something before the announcement interrupted him.

"To the 150 regulars that passed the test, congratulations to you! It may seem a bit rushed, but a short second test will be carried out right away!l

Lelouch sighed.

'Another one?' He thought with even more exasperation than that last time.

'All they do is give out tests. Not even a moment to take a break'.

"The next test will be really simple. Now here is the challenge for the challenge for the second test! The challenge is getting teammates! There are 150 regulars remaining. Among those find two regulars to be your teammates! In short, this test is to make teams of 3! Also for your reference, we are giving you a five minute time limit. Ok, starting now make teams of three! Of course if you don't make a team in five minute, you're eliminated."

Turning to the knight and samurai, Lelouch asked them to partner up, to which they agreed as they were on a five minute timer.

"Oh! And one more thing. To be considered a team, you have to be touching some part of your teammates body when the timer is over. So good luck to everyone!"

Time skip: 5 minutes later

Lelouch was touching the shoulder of the samurai, who was touching the shoulder of the knight, as the timer reached 5 minutes..

Once the timer reached 5 minutes, the announcement came back on. "The second test is over!" Announced the voice. "Those who made a team, keep holding on to each other! The three people holding each other at this moment are considered a team!. You will be sent to the next test spot!

A.N. Alright, so there are a lot of points to explain here so I'm going to get straight to the point.

The announcements are slightly different than the one in the webtoon, because I figured that the test administrator would not be saying the same thing over and over.

Also I changed the number from 400 to 300 people because it won't make sense to have 400 people every single time .

Another thing to point out is that this fanfic in all likelihood, will not be getting a pairing, unless it is cannon.

The problem is that the webtoon is not finished yet, so the effects of including a pairing may damage the plot of the fanfic, since I want to keep it as close to the webtoon as possible for now.

Also the OC were introduced as the knight and the samurai. They were the first thing that came to my mind.

This chapter is not as long as I hoped it would be, and part of it was kind of rushed. On that note, I'll end this chapter.
