I would like to thank Ermengarde de Neustrie for your supportive review. I also welcome you to Percy Jackson fanfiction. I hope you enjoy the stories you read here! Thank you for your support!
I would like to thank Hippie Painter and Sidaqlotay07 for your supportive reviews. Thank you for your continued support!
In reference to IceFire99's review, I am glad that you are enjoying the story. You are right, there is a reason I have excluded Athena's bane. But I'll stop there as I have a surprise :) Thank you for your continued support!
Addressing JoJo Jesus' review, I am glad that you agree with me on the topic of altering Percy's fatal flaw. Now I know that the name Percy did not exist during the times of Ancient Greece. However just for the sake of the character, I have set the nickname for Percy. I have done this so that the readers can connect with the Percy of PJO. Even though this Percy is vastly different, there are a few things that shouldn't be altered. At least that's what I believe. Thank you for your continued support and have a great day!
Coming to ShadowThanatos' review, l have tried to a portray a different take on the Olympians and I am glad that you liked it. I will give some insight into Amphitrite's POV in the footnote. I am glad that you liked the fight scene in the previous chapter. It was my attempt to mix it up a little. Thank you for your continued support!
All credit for the characters goes exclusively to Rick Riordan.
Percy was trying to generate and manipulate lightning. He had read numerous books on the formation of lightning in clouds and had decided to test if he could indirectly create it by causing large thunderstorms.
He had enveloped the entire Royal Arena in a large air bubble, in order to isolate it from the rest of Atlantis, and then he had created a small, anvil shaped cloud right above him. He carefully observed the small flashes of light within the cloud and tried to direct them. To his dismay, he failed to control the power and, in a bright flash, a small streak of electricity struck him. While it did not hurt him in any way, it did cause some momentary disorientation.
After coming out of his mild shock, Percy racked his brain for ideas as he tried to come up with a way to control the lightning. It hit him suddenly; he didn't need to control the lightning, he could just redirect it. If he created a cylinder of solidified water, it would conduct the electricity and the energy and heat of the lightning would breakdown the water into a rod of plasma. He could then release the cylinder as an electrically charged missile. In an attempt to test his theory, he drew upon his powers of atmokinesis and created a large cloud that covered the entire Royal Arena.
As soon as the cloud took shape, a torrential downpour started. Percy solidified the water to form a large, cylindrical rod and positioned it below the region in the cloud where he could see the sparks and a few flashes.
Suddenly, a blinding flash of lightning struck the rod and it turned into a soup of sizzling plasma. Instantly, Percy directed this plasma at a wooden board in the side and the rod unleashed an explosion when it came in contact with the wood. When the dust settled, Percy observed that the wooden board had been splintered. As a proud smirk broke out on his face, he heard his mother's voice.
"Your uncle is not going to be pleased when he finds out that you are capable of wielding lightning." Amphitrite stated from the side with amusement evident in her voice.
"Hello Mother, how long have been here?" Percy questioned his mother with a wide smile.
"Long enough to see you shock yourself." Amphitrite teased with a small smile. Percy gave her a sheepish smile in return.
"What brings you here, mother?" Percy asked. Instantly, Amphitrite's face turned serious.
"Son, we have to talk. Ever since you finished your rehabilitation, your personality has been altered. I am not happy with the ruthless disposition that you have adopted. Fighting and killing the gigantes has become the sole purpose of your life. This is not a good sign, I am worried about you." Amphitrite sternly stated.
"You are talking about Otis' interrogation." Percy quietly retorted in realisation.
"Yes. Hestia told me about the incident. Before the fall, you would have never personally engaged in such brutality. Doing it in the heat of battle is completely different than willingly torturing someone, even if that certain someone is a gigas. Son, you are the best of both worlds, you cannot fall to the level of the monsters that you fight ." Amphitrite reprimanded with a soft voice.
"This is war, mother. There is no time to ponder about the moral repercussions of every action. We are fighting one of the strongest protogenoi. Even while slumbering, the Earth Mother was powerful enough to suppress the divine essence of father and he is the strongest god. She has the Olympian God of War in her custody and she plans to capture an Olympian goddess in order to awake from her slumber. The only way to stop her is by completely annihilating all her forces on the surface world. She threatens everyone we love along with threatening the entire human civilization. We have to do whatever it takes in order to win this war." Percy replied with darkened eyes.
"Is that your justification for this cruelty? If you are willing to torture your prisoner, what else are you willing to do in order to win this war? Will you let an entire city be destroyed in order to obliterate the army of a gigas? Will you exhaust yourself to the brink of death for the sake of winning this war?" Amphitrite unwaveringly stared into her son's sea green eyes as she questioned him.
"I will not let innocent bystanders get caught in the middle of this divine war. You of all people should know that." Percy hotly countered, hurt over his mother's comments.
"I have observed your training carefully and I have realised that you plan to create a torrential downpour in order to aid you in this invasion. I know that you are fully aware of the disastrous side effects such a downpour will have on the isthmus of Corinth." Amphitrite stated with a tinge of anger in her voice.
"As soon as the invasion is over, I will divert any harmful and dangerous floods. Besides, if you are so worried about the flood affecting the people of Isthmus, why don't you divert the waters yourself? You are perfectly capable of doing it and you will not be breaking any Ancient Law as it will be a natural disaster." Percy argued with narrowed eyes.
"Yes, I may prevent any floods this time, but what does this say about you? The Percy I knew would not have even considered a proposition if there was the offshoot probability of innocent bystanders being harmed. That was the mentality of the Percy who captured three minor gods without a single civilian casualty. Look at you now, you are willing to risk anything and anyone if it means that you can win this war faster." Amphitrite responded in a voice that conveyed her disappointment.
"I am not proud of this proposition, mother, but time will make all the difference in this battle. We cannot let the Earth Mother significantly interfere in this battle under any circumstance. This is a turning point in this war. I will atone for these actions in my own time. For now, I have no other choice. If it means that my actions may protect another Olympian from getting captured, then I will do whatever it takes to achieve that victory." Percy stated with determination.
"Percy, the defeat on top of Mount Olympus was not only your fault. The gods are more in fault for initially ignoring the threat that the Earth Mother possessed. The weight of the world is not on your shoulders. You are not just a loyal soldier; you are my son and a Prince of Atlantis, not some disposable fighter. Stop thinking like one. Son, this is a manifestation of your fatal flaw. Please don't fall prey to it." Amphitrite replied with a desperate edge to her voice.
"I will do everything in my power to prevent any unfortunate casualties. But I cannot abandon this plan. This has the potential to permanently alter the divine landscape and I can't roll the dice on that. I hope you can forgive me." Percy sincerely apologized and vanished in a blue mist.
Amphitrite sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose in frustration. Percy's final statement had been the one that worried her the most. She couldn't help but feel that her talk with him would do more harm than good.
(One Week Later)
The tension was soaring in the halls of Athena's palace. The members of the invasion were discussing a plan of attack for tomorrow and they were sitting in a large circular table around a three-dimensional map of the enemy camp.
Athena was seated at the head of the table. Percy, Artemis and Aphrodite were seated to her right while Apollo, Hermes and Hephaestus were seated on her left. The atmosphere was intense as Athena, Artemis and Hermes were going back and forth through different battle plans and were heatedly discussing the fastest way to end the battle.
Percy on the other hand was having an internal debate. He had spent the past week trying to come up with an efficient way other than summoning a thunderstorm in order to win this battle so as to avoid putting the mortals in any danger. So far, he had failed to come up with a suitable alternative.
He was running out of time. He wanted to honour his mother's words but there was no choice, he had to make his proposition. He would find a way to keep the mortals out of danger later.
"I have a plan." Percy quietly stated. Everyone turned to him as the table fell silent.
"After we infiltrate the camp, I can cause a torrential downpour on the monster camp. The rain will continuously hinder the monster armies and the gigantes." Percy explained.
"What about us? Won't the rain hinder our capabilities as well?" Hermes questioned.
"I will take care of that, cousin." Percy stated with a smile. Percy prayed to his father and explained his plan to him. A moment later, six sea green bands materialised in his hands. He handed them to all the six immortals present in the room. He continued at the quizzical look on their faces.
"These bands will maintain a thin air bubble around your skin for the duration of the battle and will prevent the rain from buffering you." Percy explained.
"The water will make our enemies slower and weaker. Now that we have these bands, we have a massive advantage over even the gigantes. It doesn't stop there though. The rain will not only hinder our enemies, it will also propel you past your peak physical attributes. This is the perfect plan." Athena complimented with a smile.
"Getting a power boost is just one of the helpful side-effects of causing a downpour." Percy replied with a small smirk.
"Leaving that aside, how long will it take for the three of you to defeat all the monsters?" Apollo questioned.
"Even with the rain aiding us, it will take us at least an hour and a half to finish all of them. But the four of you don't need wait that long. As soon as one of you manages to lethally wound your bane, send a telepathic message to Perseus, once he deals the killing blow, join the fight. We will follow this motive and kill all of them until only of them is left. We will find out about Ares from this Gigas. Alternatively, if any of you come across a bronze jar or if any of your banes gives an indication that they know about Ares' whereabouts, send the message across. Understood?" Athena explained.
"We also have to be prepared for any drakonian surprises that the Earth Mother may spring on us." Percy added.
"I have a question. Perseus, you told us that you will be causing a torrential downpour. Are you sure that such an incident won't harm the isthmus of Corinth?" Aphrodite asked him. The table grew silent at this question and everyone waited for Percy's reply.
"I will make sure that the downpour falls only within the enemy camp. With the fortifications that have been set up, the probability of the flood water escaping the camp is very low. In the offshoot scenario that the water manages to escape the encampment, I will divert the flow away from the isthmus in time to avoid any catastrophes." Percy promised. Athena could sense that he was not telling them something but she brushed those thoughts aside. She knew that he would not withhold anything significant from them. Her thoughts were interpreted by Artemis.
"We still have an issue, how do we reach Corinth? We can't teleport anywhere close to the camp or else the gigantes will notice us." Artemis questioned.
"We can request Hecate to create a few temporary wards to shield our essences." Hermes suggested.
"What if the wards wear off due to the effects of the metaphysical barrier? It's a risk that we cannot afford." Athena countered.
"Lady Athena is right. I have another proposition: we can go on the moon chariot along with Lady Selene and we can fly down from there." Percy proposed. The others considered this for a moment and then nodded in approval. This seemed like the best course of action.
"Are all your weapons in good condition?" Athena questioned.
"The weapons are in perfect shape. They will endure any challenges you put them through." Hephaestus confidently replied .
"What about you Perseus? Do you have all the required supplies or are you in need of anything else?" Athena asked Percy.
"I am perfectly equipped to deal with all threats, Lady Athena. All that is left is to destroy the armies and free Ares." Percy replied.
"Alright. We have spent a fortnight preparing for this and we have come up with the perfect strategy. We will succeed." Athena closed the meeting with a determined declaration. Everyone else nodded with the same fiery glint in their eyes and disappeared from Athena's palace.
Selene was impressed. The younger Olympians had rallied excellently for battle. Each of them was donning the greatest set of armours that she had seen and their respective weapons seemed to be vibrating with power in their hands. What really caught her eye was the Prince of Atlantis who was standing near her with a stoic expression on his face and a faraway look in his eyes.
She had observed his battles and was in slight awe of his tremendous power. When he had come to her palace along with Artemis, she had expected him to be rude and arrogant. To her pleasant surprise, he had been amicable, polite and respectful and she had taken an instant liking to him which was why when he, Athena and Artemis had requested her assistance, she had gladly acquiesced.
"What's the matter Perseus, you seem unusually subdued. You were much more quippy the last time you visited." Selene casually commented. The young Prince turned to her and greeted her with a small smile.
"I had a few things in my mind, Lady Selene." Percy replied.
"Don't worry about the battle, it will go in your favour. You have the grit as well as the power to win this battle. My young nephew, you have to understand that the responsibility to win this battle does not fall only on your shoulders. I learnt a lesson long ago that no matter how powerful you are or how brilliant your battle strategy is, you cannot control everything. Give it your best shot and the light of victory will definitely shine on you. If not today, then some other day. As long as you are pure hearted and sincere in your efforts, you will always win." Selene imparted her sagely advice to Percy.
"Thank you for your words, Lady Selene, I will heed your advice." Percy sincerely promised. Selene gave him a radiant smile before her expression turned serious as the moon chariot stopped. Instantly, silence filled the chariot as the immortals realised that they had arrived at their destination.
Percy's heart was racing as his divine vision took in every detail of the camp. The camp was a few leagues in diameter and monsters seemed to dot every inch of it. He quickly steeled his nerves; he could not afford a moment of hesitation. He could feel he was not alone in his apprehension though, even the Olympians behind him showed a small bit of anxiety.
"We will win." Percy determinedly declared with a steely glint in his eyes. It was a simple statement but the certainty in it reassured and galvanized the other gods. Similar determined expressions made it's on the way faces of the rest of the gods.
"Thank you for your help Aunt Selene. But please, stay out of danger." Artemis warned. Selene smiled at her niece's concern and nodded at her.
"So how does this work, cousin? Is there some way to activate them or do I just jump?" Percy questioned Hermes.
"Say the word Maia and they will activate." Hermes answered.
Percy nodded at Hermes, tilted his head towards Selene in respect and jumped off of the moon chariot. The others followed his lead and jumped. The children of Zeus used the winds to carry themselves while Aphrodite was riding Zephyrus who had taken the shape of a large, transparent dove.
As Percy and rest of the gods were making their rapid, but controlled descent towards the camp, a gigantic cloud stated to form above the camp. In a few seconds, the squad of immortals were only a few hundred feet above the camp and Percy's blades of destruction materialized in his hands.
"FOR OLYMPUS!" Percy shouted as he reached the ground and buried his ethereally glowing swords deep into the ground. A large earthquake linearly tore through the centre of the camp and countless monsters fell into the growing gorge.
"FOR OLYMPUS!" the rest of the gods gave out their own war cry as they shot large beams of energy at the disoriented monster armies. The six beams cleared entire rows of the monster army and to make matters worse, the rain had started.
The downpour began to buffet the armies and the tight monster ranks had completely disintegrated leading to a confused, panicking and disoriented group of monsters that were being slaughtered like sheep.
Wasting no time, Apollo, Hermes, Hephaestus and Aphrodite flew to the location of their banes and engaged then in fierce duels. Meanwhile, Percy, Athena and Artemis had begun wreaking havoc on the army of monsters . The carnage was upon them.
Mimas knew that the Olympians would eventually attack. For that reason, he and his siblings had coalesced their armies and set up a fortified camp to repel any land based assault while his mother had set up a very powerful metaphysical barrier to prevent any pesky Olympians from taking on their divine forms. But even their most paranoid theories had not included the Olympians launching an aerial assault into their camp.
Before he could make preparations to deal with the gods, an earthquake had torn a deep gorge into their camp and thrown him off balance. The following beams of divine energy had disintegrated numerous monsters and an unrelenting downpour had started. The impact of each rain droplet felt like being hit by a small ball of lead. The rain also obscured his vision, a fact compounded by the lack of light in the night sky. By the time his enhanced vision could adapt to these conditions, a large war hammer smashed into his side.
The force behind the strike sent him flying into one of the cyclopes behind him. Another strike followed that one and this time, it hit him square in the face. Minas groaned in pain as ichor flew freely through his broken nose. Fortunately, he managed to block the next strike with his own war hammer as he sneered in contempt at the sight of his attacker.
"Hephaestus." Mimas growled. In response, Hephaestus kicked him a few feet backward and he skidded to a halt with rage evident on his face.
"You will not win gigas. This time, I will pound you to a flattened mass." Hephaestus darkly declared as he and Mimas faced off in a vicious clash of war hammers.
Elsewhere, Athena and Artemis were continuously striking down dozens upon dozens of monsters. They were cutting a line through the monster ranks and after some time, they converged and began shredding the monster ranks like a block of cheese with their combined efforts.
Athena blocked a boulder with Aegis before thrusting her spear through the head of a hellhound. She used Aegis to block a dozen arrows and sent a beam of grey energy at the archers who had fired them. Instantly, the archers were vaporized by the beam of concentrated divine energy. After that, she slammed her shield into the throat of a nearby cyclops and whirled her long spear in a circular fashion. Half a dozen monsters were sliced apart and disintegrated as they were mercilessly cut down by a goddess who was wielding her spear with a precision and power that would make even Atlas jealous.
Meanwhile, Artemis was ruthlessly cutting down monsters with her dual hunting knives. While Athena's speed and agility were of a very high order, Artemis eclipsed her in those attributes. Only a blur of silver could be seen as she simultaneously decapitated two nearby Laistrygonian giants. The arrows of the dracaena archers were far too slow to successfully strike her and she expertly swivelled out of the way when four cyclopes tried to club her from different directions. She jabbed her hunting knives at two of them and they immediately disintegrated. Following this, she flipped backwards and impaled the other two cyclopes.
On the other side of the camp, Percy was leaving his own mark at the monster ranks. He plowed through monsters as if he were tilling a piece of land. While the rain was buffeting and slowing the monsters down, it made Percy invincible. Arrows, clubs and even boulders seemed to have no impact on him whatsoever. Most of them broke when they came on contact with him and even if any bruises were formed, they were instantly healed. A hellhound barrelled into him from behind, but instead of him being launched forward, the hellhound's skull was crushed as it disintegrated into gold dust.
Percy manipulated the rainwater into a dozen highly pressurised jets of water and radially shot them at the monsters that had gathered around him. The jets wiped out entire lines of monsters and it seemed like Percy was unstoppable. But there was one drawback to Percy's seemingly limitless physical capabilities.
He was strictly maintaining the storm only within the borders of the camp. Due to this, he was expending much more of his elemental energy reserves and this was preventing him from unleashing the wrath of his shockwaves upon the monster army.
Through his atmokinesis, he sensed that a barrage of lightning strikes would strike the monster army and he was right. Four humongous and bright flashes of lightning simultaneously struck different parts of the scattered armies and for a moment, the light illuminated the sky so brightly that night turned into day. The flashes were followed by a roar of thunder that was so deafening, the entire battlefield stilled for a moment. Suddenly, without warning another bolt of lightning dropped to the point where Percy was standing. But Percy was ready for it.
He solidified the water into a large cylinder and as soon as the lightning hit the water, he split the plasma into two parts. He sent one part at the army in front of him and the other half was sent at the unsuspecting female gigas that Aphrodite was fighting.
Both the halves did their job as the monster army in front of him disintegrated and the gigas was blown fifty feet backwards. He vanished in a blue mist with the intent to kill the gigas.
Periboia was not having a good day. When the pesky godling had caused an earthquake, she had taken the brunt of it as she was unfortunately patrolling the walled fortifications along the line of propagation. The earthquake caused severe injuries. Thankfully, the worst of them had been healed by the earth. However, she was not prepared to fight an Olympian goddess who was attacking her with a deep rooted desire to kill.
Aphrodite was determined not to lose. She had lost the previous time due to her own arrogance and she had no intent for this battle to turn out the same way. Granted, she was not as powerful as Athena or as fast as Artemis, but she was an Olympian goddess for a reason and that power was being shown in all its glory in her fight against her bane. She had had the advantage from the start and had slowly cornered the injured gigas.
She nimbly dodged a powerful overhead slash from her opponent and through her sword, she shot a massive beam of pink energy at her overextended opponent. Instantly after that, four bright flashes of lightning tore through the monster ranks and they were followed by a roar of thunder. Once the thunder subsided, she was about to land a lethal blow on her disoriented opponent, but a beam of pulsating plasma interrupted her and smashed into her bane. This was followed by large explosion and a shrill scream of agony.
When the dust settled, she observed her disfigured opponent. The entire left side of her bane was covered in third degree burns and the heat of the plasma had been so intense that it had cauterized all her wounds. But it didn't end there.
Percy materialised above the gigas and drove his swords into the gigas' exposed head. In a flash, Aphrodite impaled the gigas and she dissolved into rose thorns and reptilian skin.
"Thank you for your help, Perseus." Aphrodite sincerely thanked.
"You deserve all the credit, Lady Aphrodite. I just helped deliver the killing blow." Percy replied with a small smile.
Aphrodite was impressed by his modesty and genuine respect. Most people normally looked down on her and thought that she was incapable of combat due to her position as the goddess of love. This lack of judgement was certainly pleasant.
As if acutely aware of her thoughts, Percy responded "You are the oldest Olympian, Lady Aphrodite. It is foolish to think that you are incapable of combat just because you are the goddess of love. You deserve just as much respect as the other Olympian goddesses."
Aphrodite beamed back at Percy. She would honour him and the respect he had shown her would be returned.
"Call me Aphrodite, Perseus. For the respect that you have shown me, I will never meddle with your romantic life and you will always have a friend on the Olympian council." Aphrodite promised.
"That is very gracious of you. It is only fair that you call me Percy in return then." Percy replied with a smile. Aphrodite melodiously laughed and nodded at him. Percy gave her a nod of respect and disappeared.
He rematerialized a hundred feet above the ground and his face turned serious as he solidified the rainwater into hundreds of javelins and rained them down on the monsters. He had wiped out an entire section of the monster army and he quickly gobbled a large square of Ambrosia to regain his strength.
While the rain pushed his attributes past their peak, he had used a considerable amount of energy executing that attack. The Ambrosia instantaneously restored his energy and he gazed at the cornered monster army. More than half of the monsters had been wiped out and with Aphrodite joining the battle, more monsters continuously fell. He looked around and spotted his next target. His spear materialised in his hand as he threw it with all his might at his target. A scream of pain confirmed that he had hit his mark and Percy vanished in a blue mist.
Apollo was winning. He had fought the lion headed gigas before and had made it out victorious. So he was trying to replicate his prior success. So far, he had been firmly in control of the battle as the rain continuously slowed down the gigas and speed was something that Apollo had in abundance. No one apart from Hermes and his sister could match his speed and it was that speed which was responsible for the panting and bleeding state of his enemy.
He fired another golden arrow at the gigas' lion head which the monster swatted aside. The gigas sent a spear thrust in his way, but Apollo managed to dodge it. At that moment, a gleaming bronze spear impaled his bane's overextended and exposed arm and a second later, Percy tried to impale the gigas' head. To his dismay, his swords did not completely cut through the mane and the monster punched Percy with his free hand.
The attack caught Percy by surprise and he flew twenty feet backwards, barrelling into a Laistrygonian giant. However, he quickly recovered and decapitated the stunned monster before he solidified therain water into a dozen jets of pressurised water and sent them at Leon.
The lion headed gigas had not expected him to recover so quickly and the jets of highly pressurised water tore multiple holes in his left side. He dropped his guard for a moment and that was all it took. A moment later, a volley of golden arrows embedded themselves into all his exposed parts.
The killing blow came in the form of a Celestial Bronze spear and this time, Percy had aimed it at the gigas' vulnerable neck. The spear cleanly passed through Leon's thick neck and he dissolved into poisonous goop and reptilian skin.
"Perce, you intervened at just the right time. We have one less gigas to worry about now." Apollo greeted.
"Yes, the battle seems to be heading in our favour. Did the gigas tell you anything about Ares?" Percy questioned. After Apollo shook his head, Percy disappointedly nodded at him and was about to disappear, but a small tremor stopped him in his tracks. He turned towards the source of the tremor and he was met with a large earthen fist that sent him skidding backwards. When he came to halt, a wave of fear and anxiety coursed through him as he realised that the Earth Mother had decided to intervene.
Hey guys! I know that this chapter took a bit longer to come out but that was because I wrote a big chapter of 8k+ words and then decided to break into two for a more detailed and slightly slower narrative.
Amphitrite's speech and Percy's indifferent response might seem a little redundant but I have embedded a few very important, yet, subtle plot points in them. Also, I want to bring out the contrast between Amphitrite's reception to Percy's ruthless edge and Poseidon's reception to it. While Poseidon is not pleased with Percy's actions, he knows that war forces people to do things. On the other hand, Amphitrite is more of an idealist and is far less accepting of war crimes.
I definitely do not endorse nor do I support any war crimes, I have merely used some concepts for the sake of the plot.
I want to explain the water plasma a bit in detail. Ignore this if you don't like lengthy scientific explanations. Basically, lightning has so much energy and heat in it that it can turn the water into a plasma of hydrogen and oxygen. However this can only happen when you take water in relatively smaller quantities and does not apply to large bodies of water.
Also due to its immense voltage, lightning causes a dielectric breakdown of the air that is surrounding the water. This is in turn causes the air to become ionized for a very short interval of time. Thus, the plasma is stabilized for a very short period of time through strong magnetic interactions and allows Percy to direct it at others. Of course the science behind it is not perfect but I have attempted to give it a proper scientific background instead of just having him control lightning.
Now let's come to the more controversial parts of the chapter. I know that I am taking a big risk by portraying an aspect of Aphrodite that is in contradiction with Rick Riordan's portrayal of her. But I feel that we give her way too much flak. I mean she is an Olympian goddess and I don't want to degrade her as she has always seemed like a somewhat nice person. I just want to portray a different version of the Olympians. Of course, I will not be altering something too drastically but there will be some changes here and there for the sake of the plot and character development.
1 nautical league= 3.45 miles=5.56 kilometres.
Read and review, I hope all of you enjoyed this chapter. Have a great day!
